I didn't get any packing material JUSt THE BOX
I ordered Westin wheel to wheel nerf steps for my 2018 Ford Super Crew Cab with 6 1/2 bed. Although assured the parts would fit my truck since Realtrucks site selected the part, the part did not fit my truck, which appears to have come out of the Canadian market. Working with Westin and sending them several pictures showing how the isolater brackert would not fit on my truck, they concurred the part did not fit, based on the alignment of the holes on the rocker panel to mount the isolater bracket. They asked I contact the seller which I did the next day. Real trucks eventually said they would accept the part back with a 20% retocking fee. Almost $100. I have contacted the BBB and as of yesterday real trucks has gone totally silent. I guess they figure just keep ignoring the customer will go away. The nerf steps are still sitting on a pallet in my garage.
All I can say is if yiu deal with this business be prepared for battle. Real Truck is a complete headache to deal with, they tie up your money for no reason. I ordered some steps for my truck on Sunday night at 10:0" pm and changed my mi d soon thereafter I called immediately on Monday morning to cancel the order but was told the order had already shipped. Yet, when I inquired about refund RealTruck told me that these steps came from manufacturer. Just not logical. It too me 21/2 weeks to get a refund even though I has ordered the steps I really wanted from them. To top it off, when my new steps arrived one side was dented. I don't have it in me to fight with these jerks so I'll just eat it. Real Trucks is just problematic to say the least
Ordered a Dash mat and they show a picture of really fine material, Carthartt. It was light weight soft foam. I just paid $60 dollars for a fake tiny trade mark,
Do not buy from this company. Ordered a bull bar from them, cost 439.00. I ordered the part the sales rep said would fit my make and model. The part arrived but it was the wrong part number and would not even come close to fitting my car. Called real truck, tried to return and exchange part for the correct one.
Never got a real person. However got an e-mail from my assigned rep, Jessica H. Ext 1451, saying they had to get permission from the Chinese manufacturer to return the incorrect part THEY SENT BY MISTAKE. Two weeks down the road and they will not return my calls. I have spent more time trying to chase this down than the 439.00 is worth. BUYER BEWARE, you have been warned. Next stop the better business bureau and to raise some hell on the internet.

I know this name, because he wrote me an email on June 18th, 2020 to confirm to me Real Truck's commitment to its Price Guarantee asking me to provide via email any legitimate competitor's published offer. When I sent him LOWES' online offer to sell a DK2 MMT5X7 trailer for $978 which is also offered by RealTruck for $1,324.99, he argued that LOWES wouldn't deliver. Wrong, because the manufacturer dropships to the buyer's home, so no difference. So he hung up on me and never answered the phone again. So not only did I buy the same $1,324.99 trailer instead for $978 at LOWES, but I also received my LOWES 5% Discount for using my LOWES card. Total price at LOWES $930.05 DELIVERED (plus tax)!
I ordered an Eibach pro lift kit from them for a Toyota Tacoma. Everywhere else I looked couldn't get the kit, It was sold out everywhere and if they could get it, it was going to take anywhere between 30-60 days for delivery. I called up to see when it would be here and the gentleman that I spoke with went way out of his way to double check availability of the parts and to confirm when it would be delivered. He even checked availability of parts im considering purchasing but wasn't ready to. All this on what im sure is a busy Monday morning. Very happy with RealTruck.com.
Never again. I was immediately charged for all items ordered, even thought one item was on backorder. I ordered over the phone, but the rep never mentioned it wasn't in stock. Instead of backordering the item, they cancelled my order, but never refunded. After many days and many emails back and forth, I finally get the refund, more than 3 weeks after the order.
Ordered the parts I need from someone else, they show up in less than a week, no hassle. Too many better options out there than RealTruck.
Update: I decided to return the front sway bar I received since I couldn't get the rear (above). I was able to order them elsewhere. It took 10 days to get a reply from anyone at RealTruck to get an RMA/shipping label. Both the RMA people and the backorder guy I dealt with had a condescending attitude as though I was the one causing problems. Are they trained this way?
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It took them two months to let me know my rims were on back order and every time I reached out in those two months and they said they would call me back I didn't hear back once emailed them 5 to 10 times got no response. Absolutely will never order from them again.
Ordered a $1,300 fifth wheel hitch on 9/22–was told it was in stock at Colorado warehouse; on 9/24, received a message it shipped; today (10/2), called them to learn it never shipped (and they gave me some BS story about how it was in stock in a Pennsylvania warehouse and I should hear back later today on updated shipping info. This review is the first in a series of how I intend to pursue any/all legal remedies to receive my $ back. This Company is horrible and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about it.
I ordered a roll n lock bed cover and cargo manager early in 2020. I received the bed cover but never received the cargo manager. Many calls and attempts to resolve the problem have resulted in total lack of response. The item shorted was nearly a $300 item. Currently attempting to find process agent to initiate a law suit.
ZERO is the actual response - not 1. They are AWFUL for customer service as well as not showing the proper equipment to purchase on their website. Ordered something and only got partial of what was shown online. Requested a refund, over and over and over - left messages, sent emails and got early responses, however, later emails and requests were ignored. Been trying for over 3 weeks to get a return label to send product back.

I ordered my running boards on 8/12 and on 8/13 they took the money out of my checking account. I received an email that my running boards would be here late Aug, which I was fine with. Then a week later I get another email that I would receive my running boards by Sept 12th. On 9/8 I contacted them asking for a tracking number since my order showed still pending. I had already done the live chat several times and kept getting the same answer that someone would be calling me. I never got a call back and that's why I contacted them thru their phone number. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. When a human FINALLY picked up I once again could never get an answer from them and got the same BS that someone would contact me about my order. Well, here it is now 9/18/20 and still no running boards and no answer as to why they haven't been shipped. I canceled my order with them on 9/18/20 and I will up date on when my money is put back in my account. I then went and ordered my N-Fab running boards thru N-Fab themselves and it was only. 01ct higher in price. Plus, I still got FREE shipping and my running boards will be here in 5 days or less. I will NEVER go thru this company EVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service and they LIE about the items being in stock. Please, just go straight to the manufacture for the item you need, cause this company is a RIP-OFF!
This company is a third party vendor. They hold no physical stock. You order the product, pay for it. Then they order product from vendor have it shipped to you directly from vendor. So if you have a problem like I do, you can not deal with product vendor you need to deal with REAL TRUCK. When you talk to some one from REAL TRUCK, you are waiting for them to correspond with the other vendor. REAL TRUCK is very slow to respond back to consumer. Im waiting to return miss sent product so that i can receive my ordered product. I truly recommend that you deal with original manufacture before you deal with Real Truck. Dean.
Be very careful about shopping at Real Truck. I ordered a set of weather tech floor mats off of their website because they sent me an email for 10%off. My credit card was charged and I never heard anything else about my order. A week later I called to find out where my order was. I was told that I had not paid for my order yet. I contacted my credit card and it was billed the date of purchase. They blamed the accounting department for the problem. Instead of just sending me my products, they told me I would have to wait until the accounting department fixed the problem. They then could not tell me how long it would take. I canceled my order and was told that it would take 10 days to get a refund. Don't waste your time. DO NOT BY THINGS FROM HERE. Go somewhere else!
Ordered general grabber xts. Within 2 wks was sent email saying pushed out for 3 more wks. Then checked reviews on Realtruck.com. Boy it should be called Real #$@*ed.com. They never send out product. Just emails pushing off shipdate. And more emails to buy more of there crap! How bout sending me what I ordered? You took my MONEY! REAL SUCK COMPANY!

These people $#*!ing suck so $#*!ing bad! I've been waiting months to get my front bushwhacked fenders. The first time they sent them they never got to my door at all. Then the second time they sent them to my old address because no one does their $#*!ing job of checking emails. I informed them via email and by phone that I had moved. Also they sent me the wrong pieces to attach my nerf bars to my truck and swore up and down over the phone that they are the correct pieces. I've taken them to 4 mechanics now and none of them have been able to harness them with the mounts they have given me. $#*! this company!
