I had ordered a truck bed cover back in September of 2020. On the same day I cancelled the order and changed it to a different bed cover. No problem. Lady was very helpful and nice. Well the 2nd order never came and eventually I got tired of waiting on it so I cancelled that order as well. I recently was looking through my credit card statement and I noticed I had two Real Truck charges one for about $333 and another for $306. I found where the $333 had been refunded, but the $306 had never been refunded. I contacted Real Truck on 1-14-2021 I believe. I explained to a lady name Shirley that I had been charged for an order that I had cancelled, but never refunded. She replied that I was refunded the $333 on a certain date which was true. I explained to her I was talking about the $306 that was charged on the same day. She replied back that order had never been cancelled and was delivered by Fedex 9-10-2020. Which was completely untrue. 1. I had cancelled the order and 2. Fedex or any other carrier had every delivered anything from Real Truck on that date or any other date to my address. She then replied back that it was too late for her to dispute Fedex and they did not refund for items that had been delivered. But nothing was every delivered and it was not even noticed because the order was cancelled and no deliver was ever expected. In my opinion, something shady going on. Just on a side note there was nothing from Fedex about this delivery. No tracking number, no email stating delivery complete, etc. I believe this company simply stole $306 from me.
Purchased nerf bars for my husband's truck for Christmas and ordered the wrong length. Read the reviews after and became very nervous we wouldn't be able to exchange them. Called customer service 32 days after we received them in the mail so technically outside the 30 day return window. Called customer service in the middle of the day and there was a 4 hour wait to speak to someone. Waited the next day and called right at 8am and was place in the Q for a return call. They called me back and created a ticket and said that a customer service agent would be in contact after the case was reviewed. Received an email about two days later that they were sending me the correct length and to destroy or get rid of the originals. I didn't have to pay any extra shipping or anything for the replacements. This site has received terrible reviews but we had a great experience with them!

The ones I ordered were the wrong size. Have been trying to get a return label for over week. Two phone calls, and emails. The last email 4 days ago said to field destroy and they will get back to me about a refund in 1-2 days. So far no word.

I ordered an "in stock" item on Nov 26th. I awaited an email to track the order once it was shipped but still had not gotten one weeks later. I reached out and they said that the order hadn't shipped and they didn't know why. They created a ticket. Costumer service reached out and said they would contact the manufacturer (not sure why since the item was in stock). On December 17th I am notified that the order cannot be filled and that bc of backed up requests I cannot receive my refund for up to 10 business days!? So now I am missing a Christmas present ordered in plenty of time and I have no money back to buy it from a company that is worth using and can deliver as promised! This is a terrible company! Stay away!
Returns are a nightmare and extremely slow. Had to pay for return of an item myself because they did not send enough labels. Refused to reimburse the return shipping despite their stating that returns are free.
I ordered a set of headers that were IN STOCK! A week before Thanksgiving 2020 and as of December 16 2020. Still haven't received them I left emails and voicemails Because they won't answer phone. Now got a email stating it will be shipped out between January 19-21 2021 WTF! Already took money from card and will not refund money! They aren't reliable. Should've never sold parts they didn't have in stock and took money out if you have not shipped them. So I guess if I don't get them or hear something by the end of January I was file a lawsuit against them. I've spent over $81,000 in 2020 on parts online and this is the last time I try a different company! Be aware.

It has been 3 weeks since I received a damaged tonneau cover from RealTruck. I still have the damaged tonneau cover. I have called and e-mailed RealTruck several times, sent pictures of the damage, requested a return ticket. I've been told that a person named "Isaac" has my ticket and would contact me within twenty minutes, however, he never did call me back. I don't believe "Isaac" exists because he won't answer his e-mails, phone calls or return calls. This has been an exhausting situation. Each time I call or e-mail RealTruck I get another ticket number. Now I'm told that every time they issue a new ticket it goes to the bottom of the ticket process. I took it upon myself to contact the manufacturer of the Extang Trifecta tonneau cover. They have been very helpful from the beginning. I'm waiting on a return ticket from Extang so I can send back the damaged tonneau cover and was advised they will send a replacement. It's nice doing business with a legitimate company that cares about their reputation and customer service. While RealTruck has "0" customer service who always seems to be "out to lunch" when I call. As I stated in my original post 3 weeks ago, "Do not buy from RealTruck company.
Worst Customer Service ever! Cancelled order they shipped anyways. I refused delivery from freight company. 8 days after cancelling I get email saying I'm unable to cancel or return. Waiting for an item that they said was in stock. After waiting for it to ship for a week, I called and was told it was on backorder. Looked up reviews and decided I wanted nothing to do with these guys. Called to cancel it three times, then I get an email telling me it's gonna ship in a week, after I already told them I didn't want it, then called a fourth person who told me the other three people never canceled it and that "she" canceled it for real this time and will get a refund. I'm scared and angry. I just want my $1700 back, I worked too hard for that money.

When a cancellation ticket is put in, it is not automatically canceled, we need to reach out to the manufacturer to confirm the order has been canceled before we issue a refund in case for some reason the item shipped out without our knowledge. Usually this is done within 24-48 business hours, however this is not always the case such as in this instance. I do apologize that your order was not canceled within a more timely manner and that you had to make several attempt to do so. On September 6,2020 I ordered a Ranchhand Legend Series bumper from Realtruck. As of October 26,2020 I had not received my bumper nor had I been contacted by Realtruck. I called customer service and asked that someone check the status of my order. I was told my bumper would ship November 11,2020. I would receive a tracking number once it had shipped.
Nov 11,2020 came and there was no tracking number. I called to check the status of my bumper and was told it wont ship for another 3 weeks, which would put my ship date into December.
The lack of communication and follow-up is terrible. I would not recommend Realtruck.

It took them three months to send my order only once I called them to cancel my order for the fourth time all of a sudden it was on the loading talk coming and it was build to the truck. If you do order from them cut all packaging off make sure there's no scratches or scrapes or nothing wrong with it and it's the write product before you sign because once you sign it's your issue.
I ordered some adjustable struts and was missing a key piece to be able to install them. Called them and explained I needed this part to get my truck out of the shop and they told no problem they would hurry and resolve this. It's been a month and haven't heard back from them. I found the part on my own and told them that they should reimburse me something for there horrible service and he agreed. They told me I would hear. Back from a agent in 2 days. It's been 3 weeks now waiting. Never order from them again
