Bought 4 wheels about 4 months ago. Had an issue and needed another one. Checked prices again online before buying. Found the same wheel I needed for $16 less and they wouldn't match the price. Won't buy from them again.
After a lot of research... I ordered chrome rain guards for my son for his birthday on April 21st. Website said they would arrive in 4-6 days. My some birthday was the 28th. I got an alert saying they would be delivered on the 24th. Still no package on May 1st. Constantly track it and nothing! Call customer service and no help! But they had no problem taking money from my account immediately! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
When placing an order, next day shipping was promised. The next day email confirmation stated the items would ship in a minimum of a week, possibly 10 days. When I called customer service they made excuses for false advertising. Oder at your own risk and do not expect next day shipping even when the website states so.
Still no refund after a month. Canceled the order after 3 weeks. They shipped the order after I canceled it. I returned the order and I still haven't got a refund. This is a horrible company to do business with.
This company is a total farce. I ordered a Black Horse Classic Black Grille Guard from Real Truck (at a cost of nearly $400) for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I received the item after it was finally shipped after several updated delivery dates. Once the weather cooperated (received in dead of winter) I installed the grille guard per the manufacturers instruction and within days a rupture developed in the metal (see the attached photo). I contacted Real Truck who told me I had to go to Black Horse, I contacted Black Horse, who by the way have a highly unprofessional and rude staff, sent me back to Real Truck I uploaded the photos to both Real Truck and Black Horse numerous times. Black Horse said it was damaged during shipment, then they accused me of hitting something. It was not, and I did not. Real Truck said the "their upper management" decided it was out of the warranty period and sent me back to Black Horse. This has now gone on, this back and forth, for over a month without any resolution. I'm now (for the time being) stuck with an item that is obviously inferior and defective and neither Real Truck or Black Horse will live up to this reality and do the right thing and replace it. They keep giving me the runaround and are more than happy to leave me with an expensive defective item. Stay away from Real Truck. Once they have your money they could care less about customer service or satisfaction. They have plenty of competitors that are the opposite of Real Truck and I will be using them in the future. I would recommend you do the same. Never again will I purchase anything from Real Truck.

Once again. Should have done my homework first. Ordered some fender flares on 4/15/21.6 days no movement. Looks like a label was printed for FedEx but they don't have my merchandise. Called customer service and was told sorry but we are not FedEx. (No Shi?). Told them I want my money back so cancel my order. Sorry can't do that until we track your shipment that will take 5-7 days. (WT?). Then I get an email from them asking for the tracking number. ( They sent the number to me saying my product had shipped). I have been in the shipping industry for 40 years and know every aspect of how things work. This company is a complete nightmare. They will never see another dime from me. Run run run as fast as you can. Realtruck sould stand for your fu#*ed. Never again!

I ordered a Vortrak Bak toneau cover. It shipped fine and I received it when I was supposed to, but upon opening the box, it was badly dented in two places on the housing. I immediately called and a support ticket was filed. I was sent an email and asked to send pictures and a serial number. I did that all within minutes of receiving the item. It has been six days, no communication and I need the cover on my truck, but I paid for a new cover, not a damaged cover. I'm ready to see if paypal credit can reverse the charge of they don't respond soon. I'm not paying close to $1000 for a defective product and no response to resolve it after nearly a week. I have followed up and still nothing.

They may have a good price and an countdown for shipping the item today. Don't believe it. Two weeks in and my products are still pending. I have been in contact with customer service and they just keep pushing the shipping date further and further out. All they have is excuses about when items will ship. But don't worry, they already charged my credit card. Yeah, I paid for items that they didn't have in stock and don't have a shipping date.
The customer service is great, but getting your parts is very slow. I ordered a truck cover and there was a problem between manufacturer and Real truck, so they said the part would get to me within 30 days. I thought that would be a rather large window to wait for a trifold cover.
I also ordered nerf bars for my truck and was happy with the way they customer service handled the return.

I ordered the parts and they took the money from my account in 1.2 seconds. They shiped the parts out and they got here in less than a week. Good. The step bars didn't fit my model truck. So I called them on 3/8/21 to ship them back and get a refund. It took them 4 days to send me a shipping tag to ship them back. Of course now since they have my money, they want to take 1.2 months to return my money to me. Shipping shows they recvd my parts on 3/22/21 and its 03/2521 and still no refund. I called and no answer from my rep. I sent emails asking for the status. No reply. I called and spoke to another rep and sorry... the one who is ghosting me is the only one who can help. So as usual for a company like this they think great customer service ends when you need to return the parts. They could care less. Now what are the odds I am going to ever buy anything else from them again? Zero.

Back in early January i purchased a tool box for the bed of my 2002 Toyota Tacoma pick up truck. I wanted something real nice as I have completely restored and maintained this vehicle. I did not want junk or something that didn't not fit my truck. I ordered a tool box from Real Truck. I had to cal a few times to see why it was taking so long to receive my box so I called to follow up. I explained to the sales person that I originally liked the two wheel well tool box but it didn't fit my year truck so I had to stick with the box I ordered. The salesman reassured me 100% that the wheel well tool box did fit my truck after researching for a while. I was also told that it would not interfere with my tunnel cover.
With that said I asked to not ship the other tool box and ordered two wheel well swing tool boxes.
I was happy to know that I could get what I wanted from the beginning.
Once the tool boxes arrived a few weeks later I began to install per instructions drilling holes through my bed liner and body of my truck. I then had to install the latch to each side but couldn't figure why it would not fit.
Nevertheless the two tool boxes did not fit my year truck. I was upset that this didn't work out and now lady with holes on my bed liner and holes in my body of the truck.
I immediately called customer service who wanted me to rig the tool boxes to fit. I advised the person I was talking to that the tunnel cover did not shut due to the fact that the tool boxes were in the way.
I decided to ask foe a refund and return the tool boxes. Real Truck ultimately told me to keep the tool boxes and refunded my money but the main important thing is the damage that was left behind. Real Truck told me that they would not be able to do anything with the damage knowing they told me it was the right part.
I would never buy from them again. Customer Service was the worst ever and the salesman do not know what there doing. It's all about commission.
BEWARE AS YOU BEEN WARNED. Blame yourself for all the aggravation you go through if you decide to purchase anything from them. I give them one star but would rather give them none.

Awful! Anything with customer service takes 2-3 business days to get a response. Their live chat is a "virtual assistant" that takes your info and says a service rep will contact you in 1-2 business days (I'm on day 4 and still waiting for a response). Items do not ship when they are supposed to. My item was 7-8 business days to ship per the website. I am now on business day 10 and still no shipment. Been trying for over 24 hours to cancel my order, but guess what, no response from customer service!

After placing an order on Realtruck on a Saturday evening, I quickly decided it was the wrong item and I immediately cancelled the order. Realtruck paid no regard to this cancellation and went ahead and placed the order on Monday morning. I received an email on Monday regarding someone assigned to help me with my cancellation only to be told the order was already on its way. I was then told that an associate in the returns department would be handling my ticket and contacting me to arrange the return. That was 10 days ago and no one has contacted me nor have they returned any further inquiries from me. This is a crooked way to run a business. I would steer clear of Realtruck.

Long story short, I was gifted a set of seat covers for Christmas from my wife. I caught COVID on Christmas Eve and was hospitalized for two weeks and have had 3 months of intensive recovery. Finally got around to putting on my new seat covers and discovered the rear ones were for a truck with armrests. Called Real Truck and they refused to even trade them for the correct ones. They told me to try and sell them. I will never buy another thing from this company. Period

Bought my husband the pulsar LT for his birthday we got it on time put it on his truck and after it was installed the product made is engine tick. And it wasn't a quiet tick either, took the pulsar off and no tick. I contacted real truck the woman said edge, which is who makes the pulsar should have to approve it then they would send me an email with return label. I said ok cool. Waited two weeks nothing. Called edge they couldn't tell me anything, another week goes by my husband calls real truck and the woman said that edge approved the return and she didn't know why the woman didn't send the label for us and that she would contact her and we would get a label sent to us by the end of the day. End of the day still nothing we both tried to call again that following Monday and couldn't reach anyone. Don't spend your money here they are scammers and don't care to help you at all

Just would like to start this email off correctly. Realtruck is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bumper on December 12, let me repeat that DECEMBER 12th it has been almost two months and my bumper has not even SHIPPED yet. Next order of business is the customer service team. Your customer service team is completely terrible, I have called and talked to mutual people and all I get for a response is "I can send in a request" nobody has ever been of any sort of assistance to me. I have asked for a discount which probably won't happen because your team is horrible at what they do. I have asked to speak to a manager which is never on site, also needs a request for that. Lastly I have not been given ANY information on this bumper, when it will ship, ETA, location or status of my bumper. Every time I call there are no records of my email found I have called so many times and still get asked for two emails. I am tired of waiting around for answers and am tired of waiting for my bumper. This needs resolved and shipped NOW YOUR COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.
