Not very happy with Real Truck at all. Placed an order with them over the phone, The Lady and her supervisor helped with it and stated that if I placed the order right then it would ship within 10 days. Later on in the evening I received an e-mail stating my order had been updated. When i checked the message it showed I would get the order in June. I feel like I was lied to so they could make a sale! Hope they do not expect to ever get another order from me. I feel this is just another company that will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. Dont like to and wont deal with a company like this again

Second best thing is that customer service was really outstanding. From sales to customer support they were professional. On one of my purchases I needed a replacement part. I provided the S/N to my purchase item and they took care of the rest. Fast and professional. I would definitely buy from this company again!

I was under the impression that my cover had a lifetime warranty but was charged $70 for a new locking mechanism and told my cover only had a 3 year warranty. It was sold to me as lifetime not 3 years but they didn't want to hear it.
Surprised my husband with his dream truck then needed a cover for his bed. This cover is very sturdy and it rained yesterday and not a drop was able to get in.
