Only because there's no way to give them 0 star I had to gave them one, they were wasting my time for 7 days after I ordered the set of the lift suspension parts. It took me 2 days of the communication with customer services, menager, and logistics specialist to To find out that the parts want be available for another 6 weeks. At the end of that waste that time the only thing they could came up with was promise to return to me the money would then the next 10 days.
Terrible waste of time and energy.

I ordered a set of shocks for my Ram and still have not received them. Started with a shipping issue with wrong address and was apparently getting sent back to the shipper. Which happens no big deal but I contacted the company and i was told it would be taken care of and they would sense a new one. 2 weeks went by and didn't hear anything tracking number, confirmation etc. I had to call again and I was told I would get another confirmation and it would be shipped within 3 days. Almost 2 weeks went by and still nothing. Now all together going on 6 weeks from when I ordered originally and i do not have my parts. As someone who works with customers and has been in the business for years this is wrong. I would take my business elsewhere before making this choice

I paid over $1,500 for my truck bed slide unit. The package I purchased was supposed to include the raised side kick boxes. The two side boxes were included but they did not ship the hardware and rails to connect them with. They stated i would have to pay another $229 to receive 3 brackets and 2 aluminum rails. This is crazy and a scam because I paid for this package for those items to be included in the shipment. So 1 box is sitting on wooden blocks and the other is just laying on the slide itself. Now Real Trucks is not even responding to my email request. If you are looking for a truck bed slide for your vehicle do yourself a favor and find another company unless you just have money to burn
I ordered an item and cancelled it the same day after doing research on the manufacturer. Aaron in sales told me just reply "Please cancel my order" and the item would not ship and I'd get my money back ($527.88). That was Saturday 1/18/2020. Monday 1/20/2020, I received an email stating the item had shipped. I called Real Truck and was assigned to Trystin who went on to tell me that customer service does not communicate with sales in scenarios like this. I asked how we can fix this. She said she would send me an RMA then I would return the item and get my money back. It took her 18 days to send me an RMA. I returned the item the very day I received the RMA. It is now 2/18/2020 and I still don't have my $527.88 back. They won't return my phone calls or emails. I have now started the dispute process with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Purchase brand new Carhartt $500 seat covers for my Toyota tundra. Does she covers did not fit my truck at all and you did to be exchanged or returned for other seat covers. They told me that they will not refund my money or exchange anything and to sell my product locally. Then, good luck and hung up on me. I'm out $500 plus tax. Their website says that they may charge up to a 20% fee for restocking an item that is returned. As that is a rip-off, even that is not true. They will not exchange or return your item. Do not waste your money with these crooks. Every single review that is not from them personally to themselves is at a one star. You've been warned.

Sorry to see all the bad reviews of RealTruck on this site. I ordered a tonneau cover, using the chat function to request (and receive) a nice discount on the price. Order was delivered, undamaged, a scant four days later, and it was the correct cover with no parts missing. It fit my truck perfectly, and installation went smoothly. I'm happy with the ordering process, delivery, and product.
I ordered a $250.00 truck cover for my husband back in early November so it would be here on time for Christmas. I gave it to him on Christmas day, but It was the wrong one and now they will not take it back because they said it is after the 30 day return policy. It was a CHRISTMAS present! They told me I should have put it on- myself- or given it to him when I got it in November to make sure it fit?!?! They refuse to let me trade it for the right one and basically told me "too bad your stuck with it " HORRIBLE company

Ordered some door sills for my truck. Arrived damaged. I contacted realtruck "customer service" and after multiple 45 minute+ hold times finally got ahold of someone and he opened a ticket and said someone called "victor" would contact me with the authorization to return in 48 hours. 1 week later haven't heard from "victor" and chat agents apparently can do nothing other than "elevate ticket status to urgent" and also apparently have no ability to contact a supervisor. Maybe my states Attorney General and BBB can get a hold of a manager. Shouldn't be this difficult to get your own money back. Do not give this company your business.
First order sent completely something for a different truck. Reordered got delivered opened up box, tape missing on object, plus a chip on my purchase. To get a reordered or money back Real Truck asked to destroyed purchase. Waste of time. Costumer as in myself may not wanna destroy cause if safety like getting cut or unsafe braking object. Reached out though the online chat to confirm availability of some bed rails for my GMC Sierra. Online chat confirmed they were in stock, and I should have them within a few days. I paid for the product and away we went. Two weeks goes by - no product and no shipping information. I reach out to support - "Sorry, product was back ordered, wait another two weeks". So, I wait another two weeks - no updates, and no product. At this point, I had waited for over a month and advised them to either deliver the product or refund my purchase. They choose to do neither. I finally had to submit a charge back through my credit card company, who after researching the issue agreed with me and refunded the full amount. Through this entire process Real Truck never once tried to make things right with me, nor even apologized for the issue. Highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
