My online assistant Ms Keifer. Did a good job. However I was a bit confused when someone else called from Realtruck to take my order. It made me think I was being scammed. Ms. Kiefer did take the order later.
Parts were easy to replace when given the old part number IAT-*******-3 - STEP TREAD REPLACEMENT - 90" - each - Ionic 41 Series—superb Job by the service rep. Matthew Tuffy.
I placed an order with the Chat person who was able to give me a discount as a first time customer. I didn't realize until today when I found the email confirmation that the order was wrong. 2 of the same item was ordered and they forgot to order my Cargo Liner. I was able to call and cancel the one item and order what I needed. I'm glad I caught it or I would have had to ship back the duplicate item. The text the Chat person sent to me was correct but was ordered was different. I'm glad to all worked out. I had to pay more than I thought but hopefully the order will be ok when it arrives.
Real truck customer service is right there ready to answer all my questions. Very satisfied will definitely use them again.
Everything went very well, until I proceeded to checkout, and my debit/credit card was declined twice. Had to call sales and place the order over the phone, and the same credit card went through without any problems. I called my bank afterwards, and they verified there are not restrictions on my card/account, so it was something in Real Truck's web site.

Price was about half the price for the other popular Brand that advertises so much on TV for their brand of similar product. I have seen the other popular brand in a friend's SUV that were a few years old and the mats were already stiff. We recently purchased a used SUV that came with Husky Weather Beater floor mats. The Husky brand is shaped like the other popular brand however the Husky Weather Beater mats that came in the used SUV we recently purchased are still very flexible and still look great. The other popular brand is most likely priced so much higher to cover their advertising expenses.
The mats were a great fit for my suv and they are a good quality. I tried other brands but these were the best.

We've been looking at bed covers and knew we wanted a retrax. We had decided to order one and when we went to the website they were on sale. We spoke to Cris through text and it was a very simple process. Our previous order was for running boards which we really like. We haven't received our bed cover yet, but when we do, I'll send in another review
