Ordered and got rotten boards for my 2025 ram 2500 for $360receiving the boards which were pretty pretty nice read the directions said that I had to buy mounting brackets that were not supplied if I had known I'll bought them when I ordered to run boards. Had to call in wait on the phone for 30 minutes to find out they were on another $140 would've been nice to know I need a brackets when I ordered running boards who sells running boards without mounting brackets. But on a good note, customer service was nice and very helpful.
The day before I tried to purchase, and was getting another 10% off. But I couldn't get through the pay pal or credit card so as to pay. So tried next day all worked but was 10% higher in price. So didn't like that. Other wise all was ok

The associate explained that this sometimes happens with smartphones (not acceptable). She finally resorted to sending me a link via text and email and that worked. Very frustrating.
