I was promised in the chat that my items were in stock and would ship "today" if I ordered "now". I proceeded to place my order and it did not ship that morning or afternoon. I sent 2 emails to the rep, Tara, (I think the last name was Cook?) and never received a response. I canceled the orders after a 24 hour period having not received a response and order not shipped.

The man that took my order walked me through everything was very helpful…I would have ordered the wrong size if it wasn't for him.

Please include written install guide. Overall real truck did what they said they would do, seems to be rare in this day and age. Shout out to KIM for exceptional customer service!

Ordered over live chat but now can't find out about shipping. Website says it can't find me. Can't get live chat on at 2:10 central time. Trying the phone but says i have to wait over 30mins. Not happy probably winding me up with them.

I bought this cover with my truck. Before I could install it, I misplace the hardware bag. I call to order a replacement hardware and was told that I needed to buy three different piece to complete the hardware bag. Once I received the parts everything I needed was in one bag, I didn't need to buy the other two.

The person on my chat experience was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I was trying to decide on a new tonneau cover and floor mats for a new GMC truck. Purchased the tonneau cover but passed on the floor mats because of color options.
