I ordered GoRhino sidesteps for my 1995 F250 super cab and the ordering and shipping process was fantastic. Estimated arrival was 5 days, got here in 2. Everything in the box…steps and installation parts. Awesome. Product itself if very good quality and am very satisfied with that. My only negative is the installation instructions. You get one sheet of paper which is barely legible with one diagram only. Also the parts are specific to right and left but are not marked so the "trial and error" effort made installation frustrating and time consuming. I guess if you'd installed these before it would be easy. Looked online for a video and found one deep in YouTube which was just some amateur in his garage having as much trouble as me. Anyway, how long would it take GoRhino to put together an instruction video and post it on RealTruck…15 minutes? Anyway, finally figured it all out and love them on my truck, so there's that.
Very unhappy with my first order. When the box came it had been all taped up from holes in it and looked like it had been opened and tapped back up. I opened the box and seeing all 4 had been put together. The bolts had been put in and the rubber molding had been put on. Took them out and could tell one had already bolted on to a truck. Checked them all out and found that I had two left front ones and two left rear one. I could not believe that something like this could have got shipped out to me!

I've ordered from this company twice. Both times were via chat session in order to obtain any hidden discounts. Both times I received discounts. Unfortunately, both times there were issues. Thefirst time the rep got my billing and shipping addresses mixed up. Part of my billing address was mixed with part of my shipping address. I had to call them to fix and hoped they fixed it. I had only found out AFTER I got a shipping notification as that was the first email I received after my order rather than order confirmation. I was unsure of the resolution. So, I had to call the shipping company to ensure the address issues was fixed. I finally got word from RealTrucks that the issue was resolved ONLY after the item was received. I decided to order again a few weeks later figuring the issue1st issue was just a one time fluke. I was wrong. They did it again. Despite their quick ship and decent discounts, I'm done with them.

I was looking for a replacement part for my running boards. Keemar Ward was super helpful and found the part I was looking for. I looked on line for the part but couldn't find it, so I try 5 different times to contact the manufacturer who made my running boards and still have not heard a response from them in over 10 days. When Keemar looked it up he found if within a couple of minutes and it reminded me what great customer service was! Thanks Keemar!

Now I'm working on my second return of a bed cover. The frist one was for the wrong year Ram and now the second one came in damaged. All together it's been almost a month now waiting to get a cover for my truck. Not to mention I've been out 1600 + bucks for that long. I just wished I wouldn't have to wait almost a week just to get a return approved. FYI FedEx is a sub-par shipping company and I would suggest giving your customers the option of alternative shipping. I would pay more not to have FedEx handle any of my items.
