Easy as it gets to order, received and install as it gets! The customer service rep who took my order was wonderful and answered all questions I had. The cover has only been on for a couple of hours so I can't say anything more than it was easy to install, it looks great and I'm very very pleased with the product and the company that sold it to me.
I placed an order for a tonneau cover and t rails. They sent me two sets of t rails, then made it extremely difficult to get the tonneau. Now, they sent me another set of t rails! I have sent them 6 messages and they have responded to NONE!
I tried to find what I wanted on the website then opted to call and talk to someone. Christopher was very helpful, determining what I needed to have that would fit my truck and at the same time, be heavy duty enough to use for the Gen2 Smitty Built tent. I cannot wait to get everything installed and take it for a weekend trip this spring! This is a great company with great products. I already bought a tonneau cover form them, this was the last part, unless I find something else that I need, lol.

I had selected a soft top, but since I live in a snow, icy area he recommended a hard cover for my truck. Everything came in great condition, and the instructions was easy to follow. Via a representaive, a backrack with an inside mount tonneau install kit was ordered, but what came in the box for the install kit was not for inside mount tonneau cover. Spoke with customer service to get a replacement ordered and a return label for the previously shipped part. Hopefully the correct part will come this time
