I have been searching online for a tonneau cover for my 2023 RAM with a multifunction tailgate and came up empty handed and very frustrated and disappointed. I decided to call RealTruck to see what they might know about anything up and coming on the market. And just like that, I was told that I simply needed to change my vehicle info to a 2022 versus a 2023 model year. They are the exact same beds. Two Truxedo covers turned up that fit my truck and I placed the order right then. Thank you for having knowledgeable people on staff ready to help. My truck will be delivered in 2 weeks and now I can relax knowing I'm all set.

DON'T BUY GATOR TONNEUA COVERS. (TRUXEDO) from REALTRUCK.COM
Let me be clear. Truxedo (Gator tonneau covers) are the manufacturers of this cover WHICH is sold to a 3rd party Realtruck.com. I bought the SR1 Gator cover (2nd truck I bought it for) and after it was delivered I had come to find it was missing the installation parts.
Well a few things here, if you buy from Realtruck.com and your missing parts they are not the manufacturers of the Gator cover so you then have to go thru the hassle of emailing Truxedo,they make the cover and gather a serial number off the part, find the invoice, and send it into Truxedo and they will then send the part to you "when they can."
Oh, and according to Kelly at Truxedo, they are seriously behind in taking care of the customers needs and getting me the parts that are missing.
SO, here I am stuck with a cover I can't even install that paid in full. The business Realtruck.com is deceptive in its business tactics marketing products they can't even warranty and the manufacturer (Truxedo are well aware of this.) Please save yourself the headache and buy another brand.
I ordered running boards on March 19,2023 and was told that they would arrive on March 29. I received several notices that shipping was delayed. I had to call Real Truck two times in an attempt to find out what the problem was with my order. The only response was that the order is pending and should be arriving shortly. They charged my credit immediately. I finally cancelled my order on April11 and ordered the same running boards from a different seller. They arrived on April 13,2023. Will never do business with this seller again. Stay away.
Very happy with my purchase, very easy to install. It's kept my cargo dry and survived a 800+ trip in the pouring rain. Mostly highway miles at up to 90 mph.
