I was overall happy with product and installation instructions. There were two plastic brackets used to fasten cover when it is up that I had to bore out to get the provided threaded bushings to fit through. I also had to go to hardware store to get screws long enough to attach brackets. The screws provided were not long enough. There are also two plastic pieces meant for install on each side of tailgate that are not going to stay in place no matter what I do. They are fastened with glue strips and will not last long. There are also two small brackets on each side of tailgate attached with one screw each. One side has broken off and the other side does not look like it is straight. I bought and installed this yesterday. Overall product is good. The detail parts and their install are really bad.

Working with the folks at Realtruck was quite a treat! I received great customer service and the price was very competitive. My only reason for a reduced star rating is because FedEx is, quite literally, the absolute worst shipping company on the planet. I only reduced by one star though, because Realtruck should not have to bear the burden of FedEx's lousy service, and the shipping was free, so I really don't have that much to complain about; first world problems being lousy shipping that I didn't have to pay for...
Overall, my experience with Realtruck was great and I would still recommend them to anyone looking for parts that are available at Realtruck, even if they still use FedEx.

RealTruck is the only company who had these for my 2026 Kia Sportage so I was quite skeptical. I am not disappointed at all. They make my Sportage look so so good.

Getting ready to install the mx4. Product came highly recommended by a friend. Looking forward to having it installed. Major advantage between it and other models is that the cover folds out of the way allowing almost full use of truck bed
Had questions regarding my AMP steps. Very helpful. Disappointed in the time it takes to get replacement parts (6 to 8 weeks). Much more helpful than Summitt. Still need to order replacement controller.

Many choices for soft roll up tonneau cover. Have a 22 RAM 1500 Crew Cab with the short bed. Called in to chat with an agent. Very knowledgeable and helped me decide on which cover to order. Very pleased with the cover and easy install. Watching you tubes were more helpful than the instructions. I had a tool box in the bed. Very pleased to remove that and use the tonneau cover instead. After waiting over a week with no product I called only to find out my product had not shipped and upon talking to some one to find out the product was no longer carried by the manufacturer yet no one from real Truck notified me and I was told be the sales rep I would receive the product within a week and had even received texts that they had shipped. How unprofessional of this company and disgusted I am with this company.
What I liked was that they were friendly, generally courteous, and they seemed helpful. A small dislike was that the first service representative was somewhat condescending and could have listened a bit better. That was tolerable and I would have ignored it as far as posting in this review, except that it seems related to the real problem: the fact that they sent the wrong parts. I even emailed an image of the parts I needed during the phone call (they looked at it), and I received something that's is incompatible with my tonneau cover. On looking again, it seems that the actual correct part number is also listed in the owner's manual.
