Terrible company. We rented a water cooler and received 5-6 jugs of water per month. It started pretty well then out of nowhere we kept receiving price increases without warning. They also tried to schedule extra deliveries to scam us. Several times we called to complain and we got the new charges removed. After 2 years and approximately 8-10 calls and being lied to, we decided to cut the chord. DO NOT use this company to deliver water. Buy a water cooler on line and fill your own jugs if possible!
Ready Fresh is the absolute worst company I've EVER experienced. Their Customer Service is, by far, lacking in all areas! They continue to charge my account a monthly rental charge for a dispenser that we own. When I call about this issue, they ALWAYS have a different reason for the monthly charge. Come on guys…at least get your notes correct. They even gave me a credit on my account several months ago because they said "they realised their mistake". However, they continue to charge my account this monthly fee.
You should be ashamed. No wonder your rating is so bad. You should do something to change this. Evidently, you don't even care.
I stopped ordering water over a year ago. I paid for 5 galleon water jugs and they stated there was a problem with my payment. The only issue with that is, they did not get in contact with me until this past month. I have about $200 in late charges so far and when i found out this past month due to them sending multiple invoices to my parents house, i called them to clear this up. Little did i know, this was escalated to a debt collector. I was not reached out to via email, address, or phone. Not sure how, but they managed to charge me monthly for over a year without even getting in touch with my name or email on file. I am currently bouncing between the debt collector and Nestle, who keep saying to deal with each other. Terrible customer support structure has been frustrating me over the last month, with no end in sight! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. Buy from a competitor or the grocery store.
Very poor service & delivery. No service for over 6 months. Cannot call as they are not taking calls at this time so how are you to stop service and come get the dispenser. Would not recommend them for water service or do business with.

Worst customer service ever! From (NON) deliveries, to their customer service call center to the Supervisors in charge of the area.
The water deliveries NEVER come! They reschedule for you, then they miss that appointment too. Supervisors promise follow up calls to make sure water was delivered but they DO NOT call you back. We have been waiting on water for 2 months. The deliveries are never made but they have no problem with billing your account. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.
I am frustrated and disgusted beyond words. Save yourself the headache and choose another vendor.

Great water, and even my deliveries were on time and my driver was very friendly and professional I would always give a tip, now I wonder if the drivers really receive them. I accidentally made a double online payment. Called them immediately, finally after more than twenty minuets on the phone, I was assured it would be taken care of. To make this complaint short, it was never handled. When I tried to discontinue my service, it took another 2 Hrs. On the phone. Not able to do it online, and no-one answers your chat. I finally got to someone only to pay hidden fees to take the money refund they owed me.
Been with this company for past 5 years. They messed up water delivery several times, last time, called their customer service and she was rude saying bottle delivered and empty ones picked up last week which they did not do it. She could check or send somebody to check instead of accusing us of not saying the truth! Cancelled my service but company needs more training for their staff.
If you are thinking of ordering bottle water from Nestle Ready Refresh, think again. Their delivery is erratic and i am now 10 days late on a deliver. Worst of all is their customer service who lie and tell you anything to appease you.
My advice is never to get involved in this mess of a business or you will have nothing but never ending aggravation,
I ordered glass water from them three weeks ago, and I still have not received my order. Every time it gets to the delivery date it does not show up or it says out of stock or they have some excuse on why it's not there. You contact customer support and you get the runaround. Don't waste your time with this company. They are useless.
When making deliveries, Ready Fresh truck drivers should always be mindful and pull over to the side of the road whenever space is available and NOT park directly in the middle of the road. I had to wait for this driver to make his delivery. I asked "how much longer will you be" and he said, "there's two ways to go around on this street". This was Not appropriate at all.
We have been a customer of theirs for 31 years. I am completely fed up with a continuous lack of service over the last 10 years or so. All they care about is increasing their revenue. They can care less about the customer, they're not responsive, they're slow to answer questions, almost impossible getting real person to talk to. Their quality of the product is probably good n their company / it's management is absolutely - awful avoid them at all cost
If I could give less than 1 star I would. AWFUL SERVICE, they charge credit card, don't deliver. Cant get person on phone, chat feature disabled, email contact gives automated reply that someone will get back in 7-10 business days (yes, you read that correctly) but nobody gets back. 4 months I've been trying to close account, finally had to block them from charging credit card. Leave a note or tell driver you don't want water--it doesn't matter they charge anyway. This company is a fraud
This is the worst customer service ever! No way to cancel through app. The CS number hangs up on you or gives message they are busy. I contacted cs through app 2 weeks ago. No response! I'm moving and need dispenser and empty water bottles returned!
I keep trying to cancel my subscription but they won't they just keep charging me… they even had the nerve to deliver 7 bottles after I been writing them for months because you can't get anyone on the phone. Please save yourself aggravation and money Im going to the better business bureau next
I have tried countless times to talk with a live person only to get a message saying there is no one available to assist with your call and you need to go on the website and send a message waiting an additional 5-7 days for someone to hopefully get back to you. Other times waited for an hour and then got hung up on or when I call the phone call drops. Unbelievable! Since we started using their services again in September, not once did we receive an invoice and now they stopped delivering. I hate this company.
In the past year, they have made changes that are causing unauthorized purchases and late fees despite automatic deductions. As best I can determine, there are problems with their operating systems (both general operating and software) that create recurring difficulties to the end user. Customer service was nice, but the problems are outside of their control.
I do not recommend this company due to the terrible drivers. Want to give zero stars. This is not the first time every delivery they leave bottles like this. We have to go and carry it. Today they left 4 bottles while they are charging us 5 bottles. Never pick up empty bottles as they leave bottles somewhere. Our office is their storage.
I want to close my account ASAP! Due to poor services. I have been trying for 2 months to resolve my issues 1. Water filter not received but charged 2. Water dispenser leaking waiting for replacement still 3. Water gallons not being delivered to my door but states it's delivered & charged as well 4. Customer service no one answers. 5. Charges for items not received. 6. Empty water bottle not being picked up 12 empty bottles still in my apt for a month.
I return the broken water dispenser when I receive my newly purchased one since the replacement ones still not exchanged. Out of 4 months only 2 customer service representative answered. Everything else is emailed and it says call C. Service but no answer. For this I'm cancelling. It's sad that I had to join this company after it was doing so well, the new management or owner now has destroyed this company.

This company is the worst managed company that anyone could do business with. Not only are they a rip off, but their customer service personnel are some of the most arrogant people you could ever talk to. The only thing about this company that is worth it is the delivery drivers, who are always kind and helpful. The management of those deliveries though, are never accurate, and will overcharge you for no reason, for product that you never received. Their customer service on several occasions failed to change my account resulting in service that would be "credited" but I never saw any credit. Through out the 5 years I have had them they have been moving steadily down hill. I think it is time to move on. Would never recommend.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would! A couple of months ago when they had their 1st increase we called to cancel and they said they would give us a deal for one year to keep us. So we went with it. Today I get an email telling me that we are going to be increased in January! They bait and switch you! Bad service and very expensive! It's freaking water!
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
