Never came across such poor customer service. I cancelled my account by e-mail which they acknowledged and they keep delivering if I'm not home to cancel. I have had to close my checking account to prevent them trying to bill me. That is a nightmare in it's self. I have donated those unwanted deliveries to a local summer camp. How long is this going to continue. Ugh.
I hate that they bought Diamond Springs, they were wonderful to deal with. Their customer service is awful! It took forever to get our order, because it was supposedly never entered, and the website is a joke!
This company is the absolute worst
They are weeks late always with no excuse, no notice that they will be late. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they give you I'm sorry I can get that to you tomorrow and still shows up 4 days after that. And to top it off they charge you 9 dollars for cancelling an order they never delivered in the first place and set a new date.

This company continues to cancel our home deliveries without telling us. It is the most unreliable service we have ever had. We recommend locating another provider. Hands down the worst service imaginable.
We had been having issues with our water cooler tower working and had struggled to find meaningful solutions month after month. I work for a larger company with 100+ accounts (some are active and some are not.) After 4 months without access to the water containers that continued to be delivered, we finally met Lee. Lee at Ready Fresh was a friendly face from the moment he walked in. He helped us to replace the individual part that was impacting our ability to utilize the water jugs. Not only did he have a quick fix, he really talked about how his entire purpose was to help people and that he felt that it was meant to be for him to visit us today. While not all customer service with this company has been great, Lee was a 5 Star review. Thank you to all the Lee's out there! We need you in this world!
I would never recommend Ready Refresh to anybody. Worst customer service, all they can say is, sorry this occurred, but we cannot do anything to fix the issue. I have been trying to get them to come to pick up the Water dispenser for over two months since we are moving locations, and the appointment keeps getting rescheduled over and over.

Customer reps lie that your orders are on their way when in reality they do NOT even save the orders on their system. You have to call at least 5 or 6 times for them to actually put in the order, THEN wait for another century for the actual deliveries to arrive. One of the customer reps was blaming an "unpaid bill" for the delayed order. Then I called again on another occasion, and they said that was a false statement. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but it's unethical that people pay for this type of service. STAY AWAY.
Terrible company, from customer service all the way to delivery. Every order is a problem. They either deliver the wrong products, don't come for delivery or deliver to the wrong home. When they do either that I mentioned, you have to wait another week for them to try to rectify. You end up purchasing bottles from elsewhere while you thought you had a delivery system in place. After waiting on the customer service line for approximately half hr, they just might tell you what you want to hear but don't fall for it cause they're lying. NO STARS! Awful service. Wrong delivery information provided and when you call, you will only get a call center in which are unhelpful and will hang up if you have a compliant. You will also likely not be transferred to a manager. They will just say "let me try to locate one" and then leave you on hold until you hang up. This has been my experience along with 2 of my neighbors. We all cancelled. Too many other places to buy WATER than to deal with the frustration of this unreliable and unhelpful call center.
I was a customer since 2005 had great service until this year. Now you are lucky to get service. After a week of constant rescheduling I canceled my service. They were supposed to pick up empty bottles today and they just rescheduled to next week. Glad I moved and now have crystal springs delivered. And it arrived same day they said it would. Go somewhere else. 1 is to high a rating. They don't allow for zero. Horrible horrible service
Constant problem with this Company. Water bottle orders were wrong constantly and now 5 times I called them to get my refund which and customer service is terrible. 5 times I was told my check was in the mail and guess what? After 2 months I still do not have my check. I am now bringing in Commonwealth of Virginia's State Attorneys Office for Consumer Protection.
This company has really gone off the deep end. Our company has used them for years, and recently everything from their new website to their customer service has been AWFUL.
Their website doesn't work and deliveries have gotten skipped. I call and after huge wait times, I get people that are CLUELESS. Saying they've fixed things and haven't. Then hung up on me when I kindly asked to speak to a manager. I'm getting ready to find a new company...
The reminder email/text comes after business hours on a Friday. Log in Monday morning to "skip" the delivery and it says it is too late. Called customer service and the rep said there is nothing they can do. What? I cannot tell you to not show up at my place of business? The only option is to wait around for the driver, refuse the delivery, with a fee of course! Sad
We have been on the phone for over an hour with no human response. We just received a notice that our water bottle and base delivery are increasing in price with out justification. A request for a "tip" for delivery service is not "free delivery". We wish to cancel the base rental effective immediately. Please advise as to when you can pick up the base. We still want to continue our normal 4- 5 gallon bottle delivery until we can arrange otherwise.
The worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. You are on hold for over an hour before anyone picks up. Their website is a joke. You put in a complaint and get no response. Driver's do not read the order. Just put an increase on water. Absolutely outrageous. No human contact unless you want to hold forever on the phone.

I am a current customer and my most recent order has been rescheduled 4 times in a row, without explanation or notice until AFTER the fact.
My orders are often rescheduled (~30% - 40% of the time) without notification until after the delivery time.
Ready Refresh touts "reliability". They are anything but.
Save yourself a great deal of frustration - choose another provider.
If there were zero stars I'd give zero. They constantly messed up deliveries, missing items being charged for etc. Tried to close the account and stop the auto pay charges to credit card. They do not answer their phones or electronic communications.
I contacted them thru their contactusrr.us.nestle.com on 7/1/2022@ 6:17pm, 7/12/2022 at 6:14pm also thru emails at *******@billing.readyrefresh.com 8/5/2022 at 11:33pm and 11/26/2022 at 5:23pm ----I could not get a call back or any response to close the account...and they had the nerve to send a balance to debt collectors. Use anyone but these guys!
Since they bought out Poland Spring, going down hill every day. Charges up, pay for delivery clause, pay for paper bill clause and now if you call in to cancel or change your order, you have to pay $5 unless you go on line. I am ready to quit these crooks.
It used to be a really good reliable company and the shipping ironically was free, now you have to pay for shipping, they ask you for a tip, and service is one of the worse. They tend to change delivery days often, bottles are always filthy dirty, and they never place the bottles where you asked them. Needless to say is super expensive. I don't mind paying for good service, but I don't know what happened in the last few years, that their service went down the toilet. After maybe 8 years of being a member I finally got fed up
I had an awful experience with a water delivery service. I waited for three Wednesdays, but my delivery never came. The customer service was unhelpful and gave conflicting information, making matters worse. I'll be looking for a different provider due to this disappointing experience.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
