This company bought out Palomar Water in San Diego. Not only did they raise my price, but the product is substandard (purified) water. My bill was $34.99 and they charged me a $20 late fee in the middle of a pandemic. Rude service. They lost this customer. Hope their conscious allows them to sleep well at night.

I ordered Ready Fresh only to stop them from coming to my door waking me up multiple times during the week as I'm a 3rd shifter. I've called to cancel and sent multiple contact forms to cancel. Nothing! A case of water and 10 jugs later I continue to be charged for water that I'm not using. They just drop it off at the door and keep going. Please don't order from this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
Had to cancel service. Never deliver on the day they say. Over billing. Had to take off for them to pick up cooler and bottles never showed up. But can deliver water when didn't order it. Why would I order 4-5 gallons when I just ordered that one week earlier
We ordered a dispenser and water as our old machine suddenly broke. We were supposed to receive the delivery Wed. 7/26, to no avail. The driver called his supervisor on speaker phone who could not be bothered to talk to us about the issue. Said "I have to go outside for something"! I was finally able to be transferred to a local supervisor who took all the details of the issue and has not followed up yet. Bear in mind this is a medical facility and the weather today is 90+ degrees.
This is unacceptable. No wonder this company's rating is so low!
Our first water dispenser had no hot water, then our replacement was unbelievably loud, then our last replacement leaked about 2 gallons of water on my hardwood floors. When we called customer service we were transfered seven times!
The incompetence of this company is off the charts!
Now we are waiting for a full refund for six five gallon bottles.

This company has the worst customer service. Sometimes products show up with no notice and it is extremely challenging to get a live person to speak with as I waited more than 45 minutes on hold. Then good luck trying to get anyone to close your account. They purposefully make it impossible, so they collect as much rent for the cooler as possible. Won't close account via email they just respond stating you have to call in and they hope you give up so they collect another month or two of cooler rental and they deliver more unwanted product.
"Cancelled" orders twice without explanation. Third order was for double the amount that I had ordered. Customer service totally unacceptable. And on top of all the problems they request a tip for the driver be added to the total! Ridiculous. Dont order from this company, it will be nothing but a headache.
Our scheduled deliveries didn't show up and were automatically re-scheduled by Ready Refresh to a later date varies from 3 days to 10 days, without notifications.
I called the customer service but they didn't offer any help, the rep is worse than the app.
Buy a water dispenser from them then get the water yourself.
Their delivery service is extremely inconsistent and their customer service will treat you like $#*!, dont bother with this company for recurring deliveries.
Multiple missed or messed up deliveries. I had an auto-delivery set up for every 2 months. They came monthly for a little while, then stopped showing up altogether. I tried one more time for a delivery today. I received notification that the order had been delivered, but no one ever showed up. Good luck trying to cancel anything with them. They also refuse to take empties. I have a warehouse full of them. These guys suck
They over charge and just got my statement from my back that I was charged 2 times that same month every time I call it's a robot answering. Tried the chat something. Had to cancel my card to avoid more charges shame on them
I will no longer be getting delivery service from ready. Refresh they reschedule every time I place an order and I wanted a big order for this weekend. They rescheduled twice in two days they don't apologize. The very unprofessional would not do business with them ever again I recommend going to another water delivery service that would be much cheaper anyway they're very expensive.
You can easily add new products to your recurring delivery on their website. But when you want to cancel your recurring delivery, they just don't have that option on their website at all. Instead you are given an instruction to proceed to Contact Us form (which is also implemented in quite a confusing way) and send them a request. Then they process this request 5-7 business days. What dishonest people are behind this company! Definitely do not recommend.
Ready fresh does shady business they tacked on hundreds of dollars in late fees even after I closed my account. A guy goes in the hospital for a little while and Shady people like this take advantage of you.

The absolute worst company I have ever felt with. I was scheduled for a delivery but ended up in th he hospital. I attempted over 30 phone calls and e-mils and my friend tried to contact them for two days. They do not have a human being answering their phones and here I am a month later with not one response to any of my emails. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business bureau to finally have someone contact me so I could cancel my subscription. Beware of dealing with this company...
Due to non viable drinking water in South Florida due to blue algae. A nice young lady came to my door. I was told I would get free deliveries. 20.00 bottle deposit which would be removed if bottles were returned for 6.99 every month. This includes four 5 gallons and a case of bottled water. Was promised the price would remain 6.99. As long as bottles were recycled. This payment was $59.95... Seriously? Was not refunded for the retuned bottles. And charged another 20.00 for the bottles and paid full price for the items I was promised were discounted and free case of bottled water was charged! Trust me stay away don't fall for the okydoke... When I complained via website they blocked my access to the online account. Tried to cancel but keep getting hung up on. Very not happy customer! Everyone needs to file a BBB Complaint I know I am!
$#*!ing liar employees! I have dealt with your liar employee for the past week. They $#*!ing claim to come to my house, and never $#*!ing show up. I'm livid! Drug your piece of $#*! dispenser outside for pickup. I'm disabled, so that wasn't an easy task! I'm leaving that MF on my porch. If it gets stolen, it's your lying MF employees fault. Y'all must be losing a $#*! load of customers. Believe me, I'll be spreading the word around!
Last delivery was the wrong brand, driver unable to remedy. Today's delivery was even worse. Received a Ready Refresh text message showing their delivery just minutes ago. I was standing in my driveway with no delivery truck in sight. Called Nestle within 3 minutes of text, was bounced around 30 minutes between staff, they said they would call back. No call back and driver never showed. Now we're left without our delivery and likely face another credit card fight. They have become impossible to do business with.
Deliveries rescheduled without notice, prices increased, service quality decreased and errors in billing, I cancelled my service, which they delayed doing and charged me more fees. I had to call 3 times to get through waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone. The people are nice but they are not working well as a company.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
