If I could rate the company minus a star I would. Zero customer service along with high price. Very hard to have phone contact with the company.
For 2 months no water this company had been changing the delivery date's I will never recommend this company.
I wish I could see the review before using their service, they overcharged and very bad customer service, very disappointed, never come back.
I started this service in 2021 at first the service was great. I got my deliveries on time towards the end of 2021. I got a text saying my water was delivered I go outside to bring them in and the empties were gone but no water was delivered.
January 2022 I had several reschedules fast forward to February 2022 I was supposed to get a delivery on 2/10 which I didn't get and when I called because the deliveries are normally early and the CSR said the drivers had until 5pm to deliver. Needless to say I didn't get that delivery.
When I called the next day the CSR said you didn't get your delivery because the minimums had went up to $25. I said it would have not been a problem to add to get it to the minimum had I been made aware the minimum had gone up.
I was getting 3-5G jugs of water so I added 1-3G to get me to the minimum and the delivery was put on for 2/24. On 2/18 I received a notification that they were trying to take money for the 2/10 delivery I didn't not get. Another phone call had to be made.
2/24 the delivery did not arrive so I called CS again and was informed my order was called because it did not meet the minimum. I informed the CSR that I had added to the order to need the $25 minimum at which point I was advised that the $25 minimum was a typo and the minimum is $35. The order is then scheduled for today 2/28. Currently now waiting to see if I even get this delivery.
What was meant for convenience had now become inconvenient
Never deliver on time instead of every other week deliver in 2 1/2- 3 weeks,
They never ask do whatever they want to do.

They always had delivered re scheduled for the services of my order,sometimes 2 weeks or more. They must improve for the delivery services on time.
Phone Customer service always not too helpful, wait times are too long sometimes up to 2 hours! Canceled my service already. Sucks.
I canceled there service and they still kept charging me after I paid the balance. I will never use this company again.

I used to get charged about 37 dollars then they started charging 63 dollars and then they started skipping my deliveries but still charging me.
The best investment! The rep was very helpful by walking me step by step, and everything got delivered quickly!
My delivery driver Jonathan Logan is a great worker and works very hard. He does a great job whenever he delivers and he is very well mannered.

They told you they coming tomorrow with the water they don't come they put at other day and don't come don't recommended

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
