I never had a company that gives you a delivery date for your water and reschedules the water delivery many many times the same order
I had ready fresh and they wouldn't take my payments and now they put my account into collections. I am very upset

Worst service ever. They keep telling me water will be delivered and it never arrives. My delivery has been cancelled 4x. Something is not right.
Since Ready Refresh took over Poland Spring they have been awful to work with. The deliveries don't happen when they say and then it's wrong. I had so many things happen this summer that they said they would give me an extra water bottle for July and one for August. My September Delivery was to be 4 bottles total - 2 bottles I get each month and 2 free 5gal. When I was on my way home I get a text my order was Delivered. I got home and there were 4 bottles on one side of my steps and another 4 bottles on the other side of steps. I couldn't believe my eyes! I immediately called Ready Refresh and the Custimer service Rep telling her to call the driver to come back and pick up the 4 extra bottles I didn't order. The rep said they had 8 bottles written down. I told her I have no need for that much water for my husband and I. She said let me call him. Of course nobody picked up. The Rep said I can't get hold of him so just keep the 4 extra bottles. I said I don't want to be billed for this. She said you will not. It's our mistake. I told her please don't deliver water in October just pick up my empties. Today I see my checking account had $86 taken out. I was only suppose to be charged my usual $32. They charged me for all the bottles. I called them and the customer service rep said it has to go back into billing and they will have to figure it out. They wanted to give me credit for when I need water. I told them I won't need it til January and I want my money returned immediately. They are holding my my money hostage. I will get my bank on this as fraud. Can't believe my entire lunchtime between waiting and finally talking to the Rep took over a half hour and nothing got settled. Totally disgusted with this company!
These folks are the worst, I purchase the same item EVERY SINGLE MONTH, then when it's time to deliver NO STOCK.
I CHANGED ADDRESS AS I MOVED. YOU CANT CALL THEM. IVE BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR WEEKS BUT NO ONE EVER RESPONDS EVEN THOUGH THEY STILL CHARGE ME.
I called customer servixe to reschedule my delivery date to fet extra water before the holiday. I recieved a confirmation email.for the changed delivery date and I checked my account to verify that the date had been changed. I placed my empites outside the as instructed and waited all day for a delivery. When the delivery didn't happened after 5 pm I called customer service. I was left on hold twice until the calls disconnected. When I called back the third time and asked to speak to a supervisor, after being on hold, I was told there was no supervisor available becasue they were busy with other customers.Not surprised. SonI spoke to the third customer service rep who nmade several excuses to why I am not getting my delivery. Under staffed being the main issue. When I asked why I didn't get a notification the rep sounded surprised and ince again apologized for the fact that I wasn't going to get my water before Christmas! He took off the delivery fee. From what I am reading in the other comments I shouldn't be surprised if this happens again!
This is the third time that I have gotten "rescheduled". I am done with this company! I can even get my 2nd delivery! 1st I just grey text messages dadi of the delivery after I got the notification stating it was coming on 6/12. Then it wad rescheduled for 6/17... no one showed so I called &was told they're having trouble with the online scheduling, sho she "manually" scheduled my delivery. Horrible customer service. Phone Service is aweful. Billing is shady. RUN from signing with them.

Can I give them 0.25 stars?
1. EVERY delivery is delayed--since we started the subscription. I'm starting to think they use horse-drawn carts to deliver and hire only retired WalMart greeters as delivery people.
2. We are never notified that the delivery will be delayed. There is frequently no e-mail and no notice for several days. We just wait and then have to go through the trouble of logging-in to see their little message that the delivery has been rescheduled.
3. Eventually, the deliveries come--after we've bought extra water elsewhere to fill in the gap. Two times, they left all our water bottles outside on the street rather than bringing them up to the apartment as agreed upon, presumably so that the neighborhood dogs could urinate on them. Or, perhaps they were feeling charitable enough to donate our water to the passers-by on the street. At least once, they left the bottles in the rain. At least the dog pee had been washed off so it was not quite as unpleasant to carry several giant 5-gallon bottles up myself.
4. Customer service resolves nothing--even when we call to say the delivery did not come. Usually, it's "Thank you for telling us; we value your input and we want to improve. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it." Other times, it's "Yes sir! We completely understand your displeasure! That was very frustrating, I'm sure. We'll take care of that right away!" Of course, NOTHING gets taken care of. The delivery still doesn't come, and the next delivery is still late--as usual. I'm not sure which I dislike most--being told the truth or being lied to. I get that the customer service people are just relaying messages; it's not their fault--they need to eat. But clearly, they have no power to do anything but be a voice to make you think the company cares and is trying to resolve an issue. "Mm-hmm! Oh yes! That's 100% right! I agree with you! How terrible of us to be so remiss! We'll take care of this immediately!"
5. When the dispenser cleaning is scheduled (which you must pay for), they are quite prompt--early service with a smile. That never gets delayed because they charge extra for it. But for regular everyday service? There is no sense of urgency or even the slightest effort to do proper customer care. I think I've wasted a good ten hours of my life calling and waiting for customer service, buying extra water and trying to get resolution. I could have bought a dolly and delivered my own water for the time it has taken.
They will never let you cancel. Their dispensers are a hub for cockroaches! They should be dried!
I wish could give them a -0 COME GET YOUR BOTTLES! OMG THIS IS RIDDICULUS NOONE HAS ROOM FOR ALL OF THIS IN THERE HOME

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life.
Was scheduled to have 6 cases of water delivered to our office on Feb 25. Received an email in the morning that the delivery was on the way, then later saying that it was delivered - except the email saying that it was delivered was showing the wrong product, and we didn't receive a delivery. Asked our neighbors if they maybe received it on accident, and the chiropractor right next door let us know that someone TRIED to deliver a jug of water, but they told the driver that it wasn't theirs and sent it back. The driver never even attempted to find the right business (right next door...), just said that it was delivered and did not provide proof of delivery.
Tried to call their customer service line, but in the nearly 100 times I have called since then, I have never been able to get in touch with a representative. It always says "all reps are busy at this time" no matter what time you call and you have to submit a customer service inquiry online and hope for a response within 3-5 days. I have submitted 3 and never received any response. Then, I get an email that they have decided to terminate our service.
We are going to have to dispute the charge to get our money back for a product that we never ordered or received since no one will get back to us and make this right. Its a good thing they canceled our service, because I was going to do it anyways.
Just want our money back and confirmation that they will never charge our card again, because I've seen a lot of complaints that they have continued to charge after cancellation. Read the other reviews and DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
I am irritated frustrated all in one I live in East Palo Alto California I'm a new customer got my first order next order is not until the 28th of this month which is August but ran out of water last month went to the app put in for a new delivery date the 3rd of August I'm thinking I'm fixing to get water okay I'll go back in the app they skip the delivery I'm like okay I put a new delivery in for the 10th of August I even called customer service and spoke to them they said yes your delivery is the 10th of August I said well I went in the after this skipped he said no your order is the 10th of August so it's the 9th I look up in there it still say skipped a whole week it was saying delivery date the 10th of August I go in there today and it says skipped next delivery not into September 28th what is going on here is it the location because if you go across the street with a billionaires live at but when you come over here it's a problem politics is real I just need my water y'all have no problem with taking the money but y'all got a problem with doing deliveries real life
I normally purchase a box of 6 1-gallon waters from Costco. I thought having 5 gallons delivered at a reasonable price would save me time and hassle of carrying so much water. I placed the order along with a water cooler: Everything was delivered as expected. Everything after that just was a complete disaster. On 1/22 I received confirmation text that my next delivery will be on 1/26. The night before I received an update stating that my 1/26 delivery is being rescheduled to 1/27. On the morning of 1/27 at 8:12am I received a text " ReadyRefresh will deliver your order today between 11:24am and 03:24pm. If you have empty 3 or 5 gallon bottles, please leave them out for us to pick up…. I placed everything outside and headed to work. Then at 4:13pm I received another update " ReadyRefresh: We are unable to deliver your order as scheduled and

Appreciate your patience." Came home late from work and brought all bottles back inside…
No longer a surprise on 1/31 I received another update " ReadyRefresh: We are unable to

Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
