Ready Fresh has a very bad attitude & very poor customer service, they responded very badly to my requests
Asked for CEO or manager refused to connect me
I recently signed up for this service at my local Sam's Club. My delivery was scheduled for the next day. The window was 8-5 pm. No one showed so I called customer service. They said it was still out for delivery give them until 7pm. At 7pm still no delivery. When I called again, I was told that they were behind no further explanation given. When I asked about a reschedule, I was told it would take 2wks. I immediately cancelled my subscription. Although, my was refunded right away. I noticed that I couldn't delete my card information from their site. I called to have them delete and notify me. I was initially told that my card information couldn't be deleted. I asked to speak w/ escalations because this is unacceptable. Once speaking to them, I was told that there's a lengthy process to have this done. When I mentioned a lawsuit finally I was able to start the process! It took a few days but I received an email stating it was deleted. I didn't trust it so. I cancelled my card and got a new one w/ a new number!
Multiple times I have planned out monthly deliveries online only to have them changed, the date changed, or completely missed without notification.
They charged me for things I didn't received. Late fees was applied as well. They threaten me about debt collection too. Ridiculous
Can not get in touch with a person keep pushing my delivery back It has been a week now and still no water Very poor do not get involved with them
Last email I sent is for them to refund my $40 and cancel my subscription with them as they always charging me for goods not delivered
The only way to cancel is to call their customer service line and no one ever answers. I've left messages to no avail. What a scam.
There's no option to cancel in the website. I sent many emails, and I'm still receiving messages saying there're deliveries scheduled…
Was charged for deliveries that were never made. Tried to discontinue services and that's even hard.
John Grysko is my ready refresh delivery guy He is the most polite and helpful delivery person we have ever had.
I've been with Ready Refresh for nearly a year. The cooler (which is supposed to be new) has had to be replaced twice. Deliveries are consistently late or do not show up for weeks. They cite the pandemic as the issue. I'm a nurse manager of a critical care unit. Don't tell me about staffing issues! We cannot say "we're short, so we can't do what we promised!" Each month, the deliveries are tardy to the point of us having to go to the store and get crates of water, which defeats the purpose of having a water delivery service. I had surgery on both feet, so I cannot go to the store to get crates of water. My mom is 72 years old so she struggles to get them. That's insane!
This time around, the water cooler needs to be replaced again. RR was supposed to deliver between 0755-1155AM today. We're still waiting at 443pm. When I call the company to complain, there's always an excuse. Today, they state it was rescheduled... and I never received notification. They plan to come Monday. NO! I'm not going an entire weekend without a water cooler that I've paid hundreds of dollars for because Ready Refresh is incompetent! When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told someone could get back to me within the day. NO! I'll hold and get someone on the line while I wait! Ridiculous. They consistently tell me they don't have a number for the local store, which is absolutely a lie. I don't know if they think I'm boo boo the fool or what, but I know better. Either they want business or not. GET IT TOGETHER! We'd die of thirst waiting for them to learn how to deliver what they promised and when they promise it.
I've written Blue Triton, the parent company, numerous times. Never heard back. They want their money on time though.
The charge you delivery fees only after a fey delivers you shouldn't realize it
Coustmer services is very bad
I have been with Poland Spring" water since the mid 1990's, and did not see much of a difference when they became ready refresh apart from their being more expensive. I lived in the Lower East Side of NYC from 2005, to 2018 without issue. I moved to the upper west side THREE YEARS AGO< and since then FOR THAT ENTIRE TIME my water deliveries have been either postponed almost every time they were due, either the driver just did not show up, or I received an email saying that "we've rescheduled your delivery for the next day". I initially chalked a lot of this up to Covid disruption but now I see it is just incompetence on the part of the company. It is Monday Dec. 20th, IM on hold now, Ive been holding for literally 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, as not only did my delivery not show up LAST MONDAY, even after the flurry of emails promising "next day" delivery three days in a row, they have the nerve to TRIPLE CHARGE ME for 18 bottles of water the last time they delivered IN November, when in actuality they delivered SIX bottles. This company is terrible, their billing is completely dishonest, they should be avoided at all costs. Ive complained MULTIPLE TIMES> Not to mention they call begging for empties to be returned because they run out, I literally had to call five times a few months ago to comply and have them come to pick up my empties, when they are the ones who requested that the customer reach out to THEM with empties. This company is the worst, get your water ANYWHERE ELSE but from Ready Refresh
The company's customer service is intimidating, and of the poorest in the States. Wasted an hour of my life trying to ask for empties pickup
They charge $50 cancellation fee, no notice about that, unbelievable and wrong. They keep raising prices and it's a fortune. Used a local guy instead
Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind. I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to "pause" my delivery of water bottles. They don't offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didn't use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isn't a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you can't cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated "cancel service" and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They don't offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. One month later and they are still there. PHOTO attached.
Apparently Nestle operates on a old school model of trapping the customer and making very hard to cancel service. News alert Nestle! This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis. The negative publicity that people like me are creating against your company will eventually break your outdated business model.
I have had an account with these guys for a little under a year. I got it through Costco and I was very happy initially. In September they sent me an early shipment that I was not at home for and just prayed that it would not be taken. Then in November, they missed a delivery date and delivered at another time. During all this time they were not available by phone and I sent them emails to which I only received a generated response. Then in December, they started missing all of the delivery dates and they would reschedule, not asking if it was convenient - all of this via text or email. My emails to them went unanswered and you could not get through to them on the phone. I had a total of 7 cancellations of delivery of service from their end in December alone. I finally gave up and tried to cancel my account, which they say is possible on the app but it's only a messaging center. And they still kept trying to send me water. I sent the second delivery guy away this morning and the poor guy was so frustrated that I felt really bad for him. Do not use this service because if they leave water and you don't disrupt the delivery, they will charge you for water that they have left even after you have cancelled your account. Just to be clear, they attempted to deliveries to my house after I canceled my account with them and after I got a confirmation email saying they were sorry to see me go. The driver let me know that they would still charge me for the water even though I canceled my account with them. And because you can't get them on the phone, you can't get them to pick the water back up. Do yourself a favor and go with another source. I have had multiple conversations with other people that use their service and they have said that since Nestle took it over it has been an absolute sh*t show. I feel really badly for their delivery guys.
Don't use them, they don't deliver on time, they reschedule deliveries without notifying you,
Customer service does not try to help you at all
This company has provided the worst customer service ever. The original water cooler that I purchased was supposed to be a black water cooler and 5 Large bottles of water. They delivered me the 5 Bottles of water without sending me a cooler to use it with even though it was supposed to be delivered on the same date. Then when they delivered the cooler it was gray instead of black. The cooler's hot water function did not work so it had to be replaced. Since it was replaced, I had the cooler for 10 months until it started leaking all over my hardwood floors and water damaged my basement ceiling, I called customer service to notify them of my ceiling damage and the defective water cooler. They sent me a replacement cooler but the hot water function did not work. I informed them of the issue and they delivered a black water cooler. The water cooler was supposed to be gray as I repainted my house and matched the water cooler color since we were stuck with the incorrect gray color from the very time of ordering it, but they sent us a black water color to replace the second defective water color from their company. We sent the equipment back to the company on the day of the delivery because they did not send us the gray cooler. Its been over a week and a half and I still have a non-operational water cooler. The company refuses to replace the cooler with a gray cooler as they said that the original cooler that we purchased was supposed to be black even though we've had the gray color for the past 10 months. I will be sending this company an invoice for the damage to my home and will be informing Costco that they should not be referring this company to any of its customers since Costco offers superior service and should really know how bad this company treats its customers. Never do business with this company unless you like high blood pressure and aggravation!
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.
Answer: Beatriz S. Please tell us as an insider what kinds of policies ready refresh has and why customers are treated so poorly. You can help make the world a better place starting with getting these types of companies to change their awful practices and deceptions.
Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
Answer: Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor right away.
