I never got them. Why pay them at least $115 a year to get discounted delivered and cleaning when the cleaning does not protect one if they own their water dispenser to damage. On the 4th year the so called "Professional" left me with a non-working water dispenser.
Here is the Nasty agreement that you agreed to: Risk of loss
Customer assumes risk of loss or damage to the Equipment and Bottles in Customer's possession and is responsible for all liability resulting from their use and operation. Customer will pay Company upon demand costs to repair or replace any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed Equipment and/or Bottles, as determined by Company. Customer will, to the full extent permitted by law, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any loss, damage, liability, cost, fine or expense, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with this Agreement. This provision will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

When I complained by phone the rep hard to understand and not in America had no idea what I was talking about He just read off scripts. Went to a higher level more no help.
My complaint was after the so-called tech cleaned my 4-year-old bottled water dispenser stopped working I was that I was not protected to fix by this unless I leased one of their dispensers. I was also told that was were nothing disconnected in the cleaning process. How is this possible? It is now about 4 week's that I was told that someone would get back to me and it never happened. My dispensers have specific cleaning processes. Give us another choice for hydration super hero than the not so professional Cleaning make it $40.00 of free samples once a year for example. What do you think?

Opened an account for my business in August. Initially very happy with the customer service and service, that changed quickly. They delivered the wrong water cooler. No big deal they said the one I ordered was on back order and when it comes in they would replace the one they gave me with the correct unit. Ok, they worked that out (after being on hold for almost 30 minutes then the automated system tells you to call back and disconnects the call. This happened 3 times). Then I my delivery dates kept getting delayed and we were out of water so back to the store I was running to get cases of water. Had my water delivery switched several days in a row for times outside my business hours. Every time I call the hold time is so long or i'm just told to call back later. When I finally got through after several calls I told them to just pick everything up and cancel my order. They showed up 2-3 days later and picked everything up but never closed my account. So there I am on hold for a total of several hours over a few days before I get someone. The gentleman told me he would put me through to someone who would be able to close my account and issue me my credits. I then spoke with someone who closed the account but also informed me that my membership fees could not be refunded. I told her that's insane. She then put me through to another department after another long hold where I was told there is a 3 day cancellation period. I then explained that how was I to know their service would suck! She then spoke with her supervisor and a credit is being issued. I would drink toilet water before using their service again!
The guy who came to the house to sell the water was great but they brought thewrong cooler was broken.
Placed order delivery was changed not by me. I order machine n 3 jugs. Charged 2 x and no order. No one can tell me why oh never received. Scam!
Never delivered, claims they delivered but I got nothing - certainly took my money though. I have to go through a dispute process with my bank now...

**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH READYREFRESH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES**
After non-delivery of 5 gallon water and RR continuously changing delivery dates, I had enough of these idiots that call themselves a business. I tried to cancel my account and found that the company deliberately confuses customers as to the correct process for cancelling their account. If you go to the website to cancel, you submit a form and then you'll receive an email that tells you to call the customer service center. When you call the customer service center, the recorded message tells customers there is no customer service agents to help you - with no offer to call you back, and no communication about providing a day/time for when agents may free up. Thus, it's a deliberate scam to keep you on their product. Unacceptable. If you call your credit card provider, you can have them blocked from future purchases - so that's how to best cancel your account as RR won't let you. Words cannot describe the God-awful customer experience in dealing with ReadyRefresh. Again, don't do business with ReadyRefresh under any circumstances whatsoever. There are other much better providers.
Been with them since 2020 and almost every delivery has been horrible. Finally decided to cancel and they charge an astronomical cancellation fee
Terrible, terrible- do not order from them. They no longer carry Deer Park and will just remove it from your delivery without notification.

Prices have doubled they deliver when they feel like it. They sen 2 different bill every month, your company has become a joke

This company is a scam. When you try to cancel your subscription it takes forever they wouldn't answer the phone everytime I tried to cancel it but there office was currently "closed". But one day I got a call and this girl was like hey this is blah blah blah from ready refresh I was calling cuz you wanted to cancel your service I was like yeah I just can't afford it rn it was really convenient but I just can't afford it. She was saying no problem I'll give you 10$ off your next service I kept saying no and she kept being like but I'm giving you 10 dollars off and it came to the point where I just had to like kinda yell at her like dude I don't want it anymore! And she was like oh okay well have a good day bye. Trying to hang up and I was like WAIT when are you gonna pick up the water jugs and dispenser she said on the 25th with attitude and I left my jugs and dispenser outside. They didn't pick it up until the 28th. And they even charged me $7 for nothing?! I didn't even get my deposit fee back for the jugs. Do not get this promotion with anybody that walks up to ur door tell them to quit that job cuz they don't treat there sells reps good either. Brainwashing company and horrible service!

I live in an apartment complex and they come up and try to sell it to you by telling you its a service that the apartment complex is REQUIRING but they were not so they lie in order to get the sale. Then when I sign up they delivered the wrong water dispenser 2 times before I finally wrote to them that I want to cancel everything since they got the order wrong 2 times and then I was ignored and was delivered a new dispenser when I just wanted my money back. They would not give me my money back so finally just asked them to come pick everything up and cancel my account which was super challenging but finally, they did so but with no reimbursement. 4 months after canceling they charged me for a water delivery when I canceled everything 4 months ago so wrote back again asking them to cancel everything and refund me and they wrote back saying they canceled the shipment and with credit me on my account for the next order when I already canceled everything. I finally was able to get a refund for the canceled shipment. Then I get spam called from them and I finally answered and they kept pressing me to re open my account when I said I no longer needed it but kept pressing and pressing on why I need it and why I am wrong when I finally just hung up.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
Answer: Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor right away.
