I referred to friends but never received a bonus. Many excuses were given. Lots of false information provided and I would not trust this company ever
Not a satisfied customer. We been making payments and still no water have been delivered in two months. This is ridiculous, keep rescheduling
It is impossible to reach Ready Refresh, no one ever answers the phone and they do not respond to emails! Cancelling my service!
After a faithful 15 yr customer, you can't cancel on phone because you've waited over 20 min, so you send a cancellation thru their online cancellation contact that says they will get back to you ( but they don't!) Then they say they have no record of any contact or cancellation. (Bullpoops) So a month later you put out the equipment and empties and hand the driver a letter and driver is GREAT ( and a veteran)... I pay what I think is my final bill but NOPE... this month they sent TWICE my monthly order... 8 bottles for 2 people wth! Altho I canceled in nov they are not going to come get them and gonna charge me. I no longer have a dispenser. I'm disabled and can't lift the bottles that are going to freeze in my driveway. BBB and AG should be looking into this outfit... N. S. Out of Needham is 2/3 $, family owned, and very accomodating. I wish I could say cancel ready refresh and go elsewhere, easier said than done. If you're tempted by the Von Trapp Family Aires... DON'T. Go more local. RR stinks.
They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I've given them written notice through their comments section (which is how they ask you to cancel, that or call a number no one answers) and attempted to call numerous times after their deliveries billed me multiple times for items not delivered and set up recurring deliveries when I specifically did one time orders to avoid any hassle. They also neglected to take my empty bottles, then fraudulently billed me 19.99 to collect them a month later. Check your statements for accuracy people. File complaints with the Kentucky attorney generals office to start a class action if you have had similar issues. I can't believe a company forces you to retain their services. I warned them I would call police for trespass if they attempted delivery again and they ignored me and snuck onto my property and left bottles I didn't order and billed me anyways. Still to this day there are more deliveries I don't want set on their site and I expect will show up anyways. There's no way to get through to them. Hopefully I am there and notice the guy show up so I can tell him in person to stop. "I don't have any rented equipment so just stop bringing me 5 gallon bottles I am not ordering please" I expect I will say.
Needed to cancel my credit card and file fraud charges with them. Have never been able to reach a person at any of their phone numbers and tried calling multiple times at different times of day and week over course of a few months. The recording just tell me they are too busy and hang up after waiting through the prompts.
I surmise there are others this has happened or is happening to. Yeesh what a nightmare. I like never ever leave reviews about anything... this was my experience. Perhaps yours will differ?
Run...don't walk...hide from this company. I have seventeen empty bottles of water on my front porch to attest to their incompetence.
Can't believe this good deal. I can control everything by myself and it's easy. I don't have any issues at all.
They are no longer in business so save your time and money however you should call your credit card to cancel.
I wish I could leave no stars! If you are looking for a water delivery service please save yourself from a headache and do not use READYREFRESH! They never deliver on time and will reschedule your delivery the night before your delivery is due! They gave many discounts and hen screwed up all my invoices saying bill past due when there was card on file and account was set to autopay! They overcharged me and charged me a late fee for late payment, how is the payment late when the card is on file and set to autopay?! Complete BS! Yet they then come and charge my card that was on file with the late fee, plus I didn't even owe them a balance, they gave me 3 free bottles to continue service with them and then tried to be sneaky and charge me for those free bottles as well! This company is the worst! It was pure hell to even try and cancel the account! You call the number and can't get a live person and when you do get a person they act like they can't hear you, then hang up on you! Not to mention one of them sounded like they were on a farm with animals in the background! Please take this review to heart and save yourself from a traumatizing experience!
I wish I could give this company negative infinity score. I was supposed to receive water on September 16,2022 and it never came. I called and found out they changed it to September 26,2022. I get an email saying I owe them $36.00 for them to deliver my next round. I called them on September 25,2022 and they assured me I will get my water on September 26…Like an idiot I paid. I waited all day yesterday no water. I get an email saying my water is on the way and will be here between 6:45 am and 12 pm…No water. I called at 3pm they said it was a delay due to the storm but it will be here. 6:52 pm still no water. I called and was finally told my water comes from Fort Myers, FL and as we all know Fort Myers is closed due to Hurricane Ian…I didn't go to Walmart or Sam's' club thinking I would get my water…So my family has no spring water only tap…Of course I canceled my subscription and pray they give me a full refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone…. Shame on you ReadyRefresh for being scam artist
Did not deliver water on two scheduled occasions. Took my money and never was able to speak to someone.
Delivering water without option to cancel. We will be suing this company, I encourage others to do the same.
Whatever you do do not order any water coolers from this company, they will continue to charge you and never come by for a service delivery.
Have had a rep knock on my door 2 1/2 months ago. Have had 1 delivery. Never was told that only automated payment is accepted when I explained to rep I keep card locked until I send payment for safety reasons. I need email notification before payment is taken. Was told no problem. They lid, there is no other option. I've had no more deliveries. Call customer service multitude of times to make payment. To be lied to again, laughed at, rudeness, disconnected and transferred to be toyed with. This company is a joke. Refuse to take payment via phone. Wont let you talk to accounting, made up rules, not even a manager to talk to. A scam portraying to be a company. So if a rep knocks on your door my advice is to not answer. Run as far away from them. Deal with a more reputable water delivery service company. Cause this one is a laughable joke with rude and childish so called employees. I've reported them to the BBB as well. I hope this serves as a warning to many. DONT DEAL WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY RUN AROUNDS AND HEADACHES AND FRAUD.

After the 1st week of doing business with this company I cancelled with Ready Refresh. They are bad.
They deliver water hood and that's it. Third dispenser in two months and their call center is worthless.
Five time is a row the company rescheduled my water delivery. The distribution site seems to do whatever they want and customer service is useless!
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
