Never get my delivery on time, always rescheduling my deliverys & i got charged for something i didnt even know about after having to cancel my membership.
Never coming back to ready refresh again!
Wont collect the empties but happy to keep delivering and leave you with a big collection of bottles - they are rude and don't care.
Keeps reopening my account.
I closed the account and received an email confirming: "This email serves as confirmation that your service with ReadyRefresh has been cancelled, effective on 01/30/2023. We have scheduled the pick-up of your 5 Gallon NPL Empties and Ambient & Cold Water Dispenser (No Spill) on Feb 9,2023."
I, then received an email that they were sending me water on July 29th and they even tried to bill my account. After fighting with them again, they stopped.
Today I receive another email about their delivery policy being updated and it will affect my delivery for August 18th.
They have awful service, I called customer service and all I get is they couldn't find a supervisor to talk to me. REALLY!? What a horrible company.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH READYREFRESH.
Desired outcome: Close my account and quit reopening it.
This company is trash outside of the delivery drivers. I'm canceling this service I've already written to the BBB! I really don't know how this company stays in business just all around trash!
This company should be ashamed of themselves. I live on the second floor and they are supposed to deliver water to my door and they don't. They leave the empty bottles for me to take care of and I am DONE WITH THEM. Do not get water from this company. I have called and complained numerous times and they say they will take care of it but they don't. I am so OVER ITTTTTTT. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE SO STEESSED OUT
Love this company it is so great and I love how the water always keeps me refreshed it is just such a great company people should start buying more water If I do say so myself.
I have had ReadyRefresh water and it's predessors delivered for over 20 years. They now charge if you call. I called often because the online site kept saying my login was wrong when they verified it online! In the last year the billing has been close to fraudulent. They told me they'd bill me at the end of the month so i wouldn't have an issue. Then they recently sent me a bill for $0. Who gets a bill like this? I thought it was because i had paid more the month before. I called to make sure. They assured me it was correct. Then the following month i got a double bill snd a $20 penalty fee! After much explaining and probably paying more, they took off the fee. Their billing is unlike any other corporation and I feel it is meant to confuse customers. The website doesn't always work, and it's difficult to navigate. They make it so difficult to talk to anyone to get an issue settled or clarified without charging these fees! In the meantime, the customer has spent many hours just trying to correct them!
I don't know if it's because it's Nestles or what, but i feel they make a lot in credit card billing.
The people on the phone are very nice and try to fix the problem but the system is not always in sync.
The delivery has been very good and it's convenient but one must be vigilant about the billing!
It's just so difficult to contact customer service representatives without paying a rather large fee!
They started out fine. 1st problem, they would call me the morning they where coming to drop water. So I often had a a hard to giving them my used bottles. Now you might think I should know when they are coming but I usually didn't and if that was the case why are they calling me at 830am to tell me they are coming that day? Problem 2 - and really this is the big one. My credit card changed months ago and I have spent hours trying to give them the new card. Couldn't do it. Then I got a "your late and your service is stopping". I have been trying to pay them for months. They don't pick up and when get through on line it stops me to say they have sent my account to collections - I call the number for collections they don't have the account. So no one will let me pay and I am sitting with eight empty water jugs outside my house. Wtf am I suppose to do. Today I decided to wait the twenty five minutes to speak to someone. 20 minute in and the phone disconnected.
If iI ever get to pay them, I will pay them and then cancel my service… this way to time consuming… and I will tell anyone who asks - wort customer service ever…
They have rescheduled my delivery 8 times so far. If it's rescheduled one more time I'm changing companies
Please! Do not go with this company there service and prices changes and is not worth it. I try ed not to give them a Star that's how bad they are
I have been a customer of your company for 20 years as of this September. Recently, I requested a replacement dispenser as my old dispenser which I have had for 15 or more years no longer worked. I received the new dispenser which was classified as a No Spill dispenser. I have all old style bottles.The deliveryman instructed me to contact customer service to have my old bottles; which were not No Spill bottles, replaced. He said you do this all the time. Today I spoke with a rep. First she told me those bottles were not available for my area. Then she told me I couldn't get a dispenser replacement that was NOT No spill technology. She checked with her supervisors. Then she told me I could just cut a hole in each bottle to minimize the spill, I told her I wanted the bottles and the supervisors said not going to happen. I sent this email to them and got a canned messaged saying they checked records and their service folks had addressed my concerns. I wrote back saying no one addressed my issues. Got another email saying your account is close. No more deliveries will be made. DUH!
Don't do business with these people.
The worst delivery service and customer service in India will return you call with an India caller ID. So upset with this company, I will not even buy Deer Park off the shelf
I scheduled to have the water cooler and 6 gallons pick up for a second time. The first time I got a text that they were going to be there between a window of time they didn't show up within that time and texted me that they did. I called and schedule for the pick up again for June 11. I received a text around 7 am that they will pick up between 8:39 and 12:39 the items were outside before by 7:35am. They didn't show up they sent me a confirmation that the pick up was done. I called customer service again in their system the driver put picked up one gallon. I had 6 gallons all 6 of them are still behind the door. At this point if they are thrown away I don't care. I canceled my service with Ready Refresh because I order a minimum of 3 gallons of which I don't need, you charge $79 to clean the cooler and it will cost another $50.00 for them to pick it up. I went to Sparkletts, it will only cost $23.00 a month compare to $35.00 in addition, there's no minimum to order. Ready Refresh service is horrible and it cost too much.
Ordered for the first time and while I got a text saying my water was delivered, it wasn't. Their website doesn't make it easy to find a phone number to contact them but once I did, I called up and was on hold forever only to be spoken to rudely by a man who stated my order was stated as delivered. It wasn't. I can assure you. He said well I'll have it redelivered and I verified several times that I would not be charged twice. Be assured me I would not. Guess what?! I was charged again. Called again. Hung up on 7 times before I finally got thru. Cancelled my order entirely. Was given no definite reason why I was charged twice. Was told it would take 10-20 days to get back to my card. Ummmmm what? No. Let me speak to someone who can help with this. Sorry she said. It will take too long. Ummmmm what? I have time I said. 14 minutes later and a very abrubt woman gets on saying my account will be credited back within five days for the first charge and 24 hours for the second offering no explanation why I was even charged when I was assured I would not be. Boy, for a first time customer this was a horrible impression. Won't be using them ever. Stay away!
We have used Ready Refresh to service our small business in South Daytona for DECADES. Since COVID they have zero customer service and shipped their Support Off Shore...needless to say, there were a lot of errors. We finally changed to a larger Customer Oriented Name Brand service and are delighted. We stopped our service in August of 2023, the Coolers were picked up, all used and unused bottles were picked up and signed for by the driver. I confirmed on line and with "Customer Service" the account was closed. Fortunately I was smart enough, given the history, to remove my autopay information after the final bill. Yesterday I received a Collection Notice from some low end collection agency for money we do not owe. They said they can't help me, to call Ready Refresh, called Ready Refresh, "Off Shore Customer Service", not only could they not help me, they could not understand what I was talking about and told me to call the collection company.
I scanned ALL my notes, Names, Dates and Times of people I spoke with confirming all paid up, copy of zero balance receipt to the Low End Collection Company.
Still no response from either. I am all about customer service, going above and beyond, these folks don't even provide any type of service and are wanting payment for things I do not have in my possession.
Very frustrating, so if you like being treated poorly and can handle zero customer care or service, this is the Company for you.

UNPROFESSIONAL Customer Service. Submitted two request via email to cancel service with NO response. Finally talked to a representative and got the service cancelled. After ReadyRefresh kept raising the delivery fee, fuel surcharge, price of water and monthly rent of the cooler I opted to cancel the service. Cheaper to go to Publix and buy a 2 gallon jug for the fridge. Then I was charged a 50 buck reconditioning fee.

Money hungry, unprofessional, don't care company. Had to give 1 star in order to post. Otherwise It would be a negative star!
Not reliable or dependable. Have been rescheduled 5 times this month. Asked them to pick up water dispenser and bottles that was as also rescheduled.
They have been pushing back our order for about two weeks now. If you have literally any other options do not go with them.
Nothing but trouble and their customer service is out of whack. You will regret doing business with them. Try something else. You have been warned!

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
