I recently increased my service with delivery of 6 cases per month and it had worked ok even through the holidays. But last month my delivery ended up being about a week later than ordered, and every day I would get a text they were on the way and then the next day get a text saying my delivery was rescheduled, etc.
I then had to adjust my latest delivery date by a week or so to ensure that I can use what I have (and make room) before the next delivery in March.
While I haven't received any official corporate or account communications about the company having delivery issues (labor shortage, product shortage, fuel shortage, whatever), I assumed at least one of those was an issue and chalked it up to everything being more challenging lately.
But today I got an emailed document saying they are cancelling my account (which I autopay):
"We love all of our customers equally, but in reviewing your account and our service model, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue your ReadyRefresh delivery service. This notice is to inform you that as of February 25th 2022, ReadyRefresh will no longer be providing service to you. This means that you will no longer be able place orders or schedule deliveries online with ReadyRefresh after this date. If you have a delivery scheduled after February 25th 2022, it will be canceled."
Then they offered to sell me their "under-the-sink Full Flow Filtration System"... which is probably better for the environment but this short notice doesn't leave a very good taste with me (and I live in an apartment, so I'd rather not install anything).
Maybe it's because we have a secure apartment complex that's hard to get into early and late, or maybe they are having supply/delivery process issues. I do know their billing has always been irritating in the many years I've been using the service.
This is very unfortunate, but many of the prices were high anyway, so I guess now I have to find another vendor in the next couple of weeks to get my water to me.
If you are a current customer, watch out and be ready to be cancelled in case you are not a convenient delivery account!

Worst customer service ever. I loved this service when I first began using it but they have gone downhill in the past six months. They could care less about their customers. I paid $89 for their annual membership to take advantage of the discounted price & free delivery. One month after it renewed they were out of stock of aqua Panna in the glass bottles. They never bothered to notify me that my scheduled delivery would not be coming since they didn't have any. No inquiry as to if I wanted a different product. I called cust sevice after 2 emails went unresponsive to find out what happened to my delivery that's when I learned it was out of stock & they had no answer as to whether they would be restocking it or if they were discontinuing it. I then placed an order for plastic bottles. Never showed. Another call revealed that the size I ordered, which listed as in stock when I placed the order, was suddenly out of stock hence no delivery. At this point there is only one size available so I order that & questioned if that would place the cases as unavailable so as if it sold out prior to my delivery I would be guaranteed my order & they confirmed it would. Today the truck showed up but left without leaving any water? I can only assume the driver realized it wasn't on the truck. I say assume because despite a text alerting me to the delivery this morning, I received zero communication about not receiving my delivery yet again. I would NEVER Recomend this service to anyone. I want a refund of my membership cost since I haven't been able to take advantage of a single benefit since it renewed in august. So unreliable. No communication. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time.

One star is one star too many. Ready Refresh raised their delivery fee from $2.95 to $8.95. You would think that with such a price hike, the delivery service would be reliable. Delivery is NEVER on the day that is promised - always a day late at least. I also request that the delivery person ring my bell rather than just drop off since I am home during the delivery window and they NEVER DO. TODAY was the worst offense of all. At 6pm today, I still had not received my delivery. I left my apartment to walk my dog and discovered that my 3 5-gallon water bottles were left in the vestibule in the lobby! My apartment number was written on them in MARKER (the top of the bottle that is supposed to remain sanitary and chemical-free).

My current phone number is on file, yet I did not receive a phone call to even notify me that the water had been delivered - not that it should have been left in the lobby. How am I supposed to carry 3 5-gallon bottles of water up to my apartment? Is this not why we pay for delivery service?

I called ReadyRefresh and the person was politely unsympathetic. For someone in customer service he was quite cavalier about the lack of adequate service and asked me if I had someone that could help me carry the bottles. When I told him no, he said he could have someone return on Monday.

I promptly canceled my service and asked for a refund for today's delivery. He canceled my service -- no attempt to make amends or salvage the business and told me that he would have to issue a ticket for my refund and it would be up for review since the office was closed.

So disappointing. Their service has declined considerably since Nestle bought the company. The best thing I can do, I guess is discontinue my service because I don't get the sense that ReadyRefresh really cares about improving the service or hiring employees that actually do their job.

I have been a Nestle Ready Refresh customer for a long time, and never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service as I had in the past 5 months. My service is hardly ever on time... usually being delivered at least two days after the originally scheduled time. In March, the driver delivered two days after it was scheduled and did not even bring my bottles to my door. Instead, he left the bottles outside of my apartment building for the public to steal. Furthermore, the 5 empty bottles were never retrieved. As a result, one of the bottles was stolen from the hallway. I called customer service and explained what had happened, and I was guaranteed that this wouldn't happen again, and a driver would be out the following day to pick up the empty bottles. No one ever came. In April, the driver arrived two days after it was scheduled. Because of the March fiasco, I was reluctant to set my empty bottles out the night before. Instead, I set them in the hallway at 7:30 a.m., the morning of delivery. By 7 pm, there was no delivery, no pick-up, and no phone call with the new delivery time. The next day, I set the bottles out, still no delivery. I brought them back in. The following day, a delivery was made, but because of my past experiences with them, I did not set them out and my empty bottles were not retrieved. This past Tuesdsy, (May's delivery), the driver, again, left my bottles outside of the apartment building, did not pick up the now 9 empty bottles, and will not come back until Friday to pick them up. My apartment has been broken for about two weeks now, so it doesn't even require a code to open, but simply a regular tug. This means that the driver didn't even try to make a delivery. This all happened AFTER I called early this morning to explain what has been happening in the past, to verify delivery, and to verify that they STILL had my door code.

This is VERY disappointing. I am not a fan of your service anymore, and after 6 years, I have cancelled my account. I will never use any of Nestle's services or any of your other water home delivery affiliates. I will be sure to share my horrible experience with my friends, family, and anyone else who could read my review on various websites.
