I rec'd delivery on 121/16 & rec'd (4) 3 gal. Bottles. One bottle was seriously damaged before delivery.

Takes forever before/if anyone will pick up the phone (I end hanging up after being on hold forever…only to waste my time yet again by trying another day…when I end up hanging up yet again after wasting yet more time on a "forever" hold) AND they don't respond to emails…Sooo frustrating, indeed. Time to find a new water service.
Every time you call customer service they charge you. I have used automated phone service to add/delete bottles or pay bill. Sometimes your request does not register because the phone system doesn't work. They will charge you a $20 late fee if you pay your bill one day past the due date! I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on an endless hold.
Again they send me a text saying they're going to deliver on a specific date, then nothing. No call, no text, no delivery. The site just says that they canceled the order with no further information. A water company that can't deliver simple sparkling water shouldn't be in business. They also refuse to answer the phone. Just go out of business. It's coming anyway!
UNPROFESSIONAL Customer Service. Submitted two request via email to cancel service with NO response. Finally talked to a representative and got the service cancelled. After ReadyRefresh kept raising the delivery fee, fuel surcharge, price of water and monthly rent of the cooler I opted to cancel the service. Cheaper to go to Publix and buy a 2 gallon jug for the fridge. Then I was charged a 50 buck reconditioning fee.

These people are liars! In the worst meaning of the word! I received a text stating delivery 12/7/21 as of this date I have no water
I have called three times in the last three days and have been promised delivery and I might add that I was guaranteed! Delivery not once but twice and that I was in the route today "rest assured guaranteed delivery today ". My mother has dementia along with other medical conditions that require purified water it is now 7:17 pst your office is closed and STILL NO WATER! How frustrating this is

And God forbid it was your mother or someone you loved! And it was someone you take care of as a caregiver

Company never picks up empty bottles just reschedules. This has been going on for about a month. I believe this is a way to keep charging you for the bottles.
Cancelled the service now have 9 bottles waiting for pickup since Nov 1; they cancelled pickup 10 times so far.

This is, by far, one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with! I have been trying to get in touch with them for months. I've been on hold for hours and still have not been able to reach a live person. I emailed them twice and after waiting for a response for weeks, I was told to call the company!
I received an order of six 5 gallon jugs of water and every jug tasted like mold. I had to dump all of them. The company makes it nearly impossible to cancel your account and it has been impossible for me to reach anyone to get a refund for the foul water or to have someone pick up the jugs that have been sitting on my deck for months! I am extremely frustrated with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.
I have had my order rescheduled 4 times this week with no explanation as to why. I have emailed the company and have not gotten a response. This is not the first time this has happen to me. I would never recommend this company.
Since the summer of 2021 we have had delayed deliveries. Understanding that the labor industry is an issue, we didn't complain or think anything of it, delays are to be expected. Months later, the delay isn't a day or two, the dry emails continue... another delay and another. Meanwhile we have 5 empty bottles sitting on our front porch for a week and I need to go out buy and lift cases of water to get us by until they get it together. Calling customer service? Oh, there is conveniently none of that now. No discounts, no offer for extra bottles for the money we spend and having to go out buy bottled water... not even the decency of a human speaking to us about the delays! Quick to take the money though! Maybe if this is how you treat paying customers, it's no wonder you don't have enough reliable workers to complete your work load... whatever the case is, will be looking elsewhere!
We have been a customer of theirs for 31 years. I am completely fed up with a continuous lack of service over the last 10 years or so. All they care about is increasing their revenue. They can care less about the customer, they're not responsive, they're slow to answer questions, almost impossible getting real person to talk to. Their quality of the product is probably good n their company / it's management is absolutely - awful avoid them at all cost
Ready refresh won't let me close my account and continues to send me invoices. Won't answer the phone or emails. This should be illegal! Worst company ever. They charged me on 11/24 when there was no delivery and no request for delivery. I do not have a planned delivery until 12/15. This is the third time Ready Refresh charges me for a day there is no delivery and they send me a message "Your delivery has been made". When you call or email them there is no response. The customer service is non existent. I am cancelling today and will never order from them again.
I have had nothing but issues since day 1. First I was told a price and not aware that it would change after 2 months. Then I couldn't get anyone to answer to my emails to cancel my account. After that they are coming to get my machine but refuse to cancel my Delivery. Now I don't have the machine and was charged a 50 dollar reconditioning fee that I was NEVER told about.

I was a cbrotherustomer with readyfresh and stopped for personal reasons. I started up again in September again with free delivery for 6 months. My delivery started up again and I was charged for deliveries. This company canceled my order my request but they failed to give me my refund for the deliveries that were suppose to be free. CustomService is terrible they have you on hold for 15 to 30 minutes then if a customer service representative respond they manage to hang up or drop the call and I receive no assistance. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company
