Costco forwarded me to read fresh. I tried to make an order but their payment processing had problems with processing it. I reverified my data three times and it rejected it all three times and told me to call. I have zero balances on my cards so I know their good. I used a different card and it wouldn't even let me try so I wanted on hold and it told me I'd get a person in"2" minutes, I wanted 20 and decided I didn't and wouldn't be their customer any longer.
I had ready fresh and they wouldn't take my payments and now they put my account into collections. I am very upset
For almost 2 months they keep canceling or delivering on days different than when they scheduled.

Initial delivery was changed by 1 day, not a big deal. When the clown shows up 5 hrs after specified time... well then... you suck.
Our 1st reorder was now change from the Nov 24th to the 29th. Leaving us without water for the holiday... total BS. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
YOU CANNOT COMMUNICATE with them! Telephone calls mean endless waiting while a truly annoying voice tells you how important your call is! Emails to customer service evoke a return email that tells you once again how important you are to them! And nothing happens! If I could find another service in my area I would in a minute. Used to be--many years ago--much better.
I really hate Ready Refresh. I've used them for almost three years. When I schedule a delivery it is not made 4 out of 5 times. Not only does it not come but they don't even tell you it's not coming. Even worse they send you texts and emails that it is coming " at 3:17". Its so unprofessional. There is no phone number to inquire or complain. I only keep them cuz there's no one else and sometimes I actually get my water. I am disgusted with them.
We spend the summers in Massachusetts and the winters in Florida. In the beginning of last summer we contracted with ready Fresh. Two of the five deliveries were left in the wrong place and therefore the empty bottles were not picked up. When I started to communicate with the company about suspending the deliveries for the winter, the real fun begun. I sent an email through the site and got no response. So, I decided to close my account and after the second request (two weeks) I got a text saying that I need to talk to somebody and gave me a number to call. When I called I got the message that they cannot take calls and I need to resolve it on the site. In the mean time, we are in Florida and the empty bottles that I left outside were flown away by the wind.
This is the worst customer service ever! No way to cancel through app. The CS number hangs up on you or gives message they are busy. I contacted cs through app 2 weeks ago. No response! I'm moving and need dispenser and empty water bottles returned!
Worst customer service ever! From (NON) deliveries, to their customer service call center to the Supervisors in charge of the area.
The water deliveries NEVER come! They reschedule for you, then they miss that appointment too. Supervisors promise follow up calls to make sure water was delivered but they DO NOT call you back. We have been waiting on water for 2 months. The deliveries are never made but they have no problem with billing your account. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.
I am frustrated and disgusted beyond words. Save yourself the headache and choose another vendor.

While the product is good and delivery on time, reaching customer service is impossible. They don' t answer the phone nor respond to any emails. Been trying to cancel my account, due to a move, for weeks without any success. Would never use them again. Even if it were for free
Broken accounting system. Keeps marking us unpaid. Even paid over the phone and 2 months in advance. Still missing promised deliveries from unpaid status. My account is always zero.
I want to close my account ASAP! Due to poor services. I have been trying for 2 months to resolve my issues 1. Water filter not received but charged 2. Water dispenser leaking waiting for replacement still 3. Water gallons not being delivered to my door but states it's delivered & charged as well 4. Customer service no one answers. 5. Charges for items not received. 6. Empty water bottle not being picked up 12 empty bottles still in my apt for a month.
I return the broken water dispenser when I receive my newly purchased one since the replacement ones still not exchanged. Out of 4 months only 2 customer service representative answered. Everything else is emailed and it says call C. Service but no answer. For this I'm cancelling. It's sad that I had to join this company after it was doing so well, the new management or owner now has destroyed this company.

This company is a nightmare! They charged me for an extra dispenser for months, would not take it off. Sent me to collections for no reason, all invoices were paid and I proved the checks were cashed by them! The customer representatives have no clue what they are doing nor do they have any access to help with any billing or customer service issues. They charged me $200 per month! I now pay 49.99 for ENDLESS amount of AMAZING Filtered water each month! ReadyFresh is a SCAM!
OMG! I can't begin to tell you the amount of aggravation this company has caused with regards to deliveries and their stupid App! First of all good luck reaching a customer service person and when you do they are useless! I had one say that I had a delivery scheduled for today and she cancelled one for two days later…why I would need three more 5-gallon bottles delivered two days after but oh well that's how they operate! Anyway she said she canceled the Friday and that I had one today on Weds. Right after we hang up I get a call from ready refresh saying my delivery is set for Friday! The complete opposite of what she guaranteed! I tried to call back and now I can't reach anyone so I don't know if my delivery is set for today or friday? The exact question I had when I initially called! One hour of my life I will never get back from this useless service!

You can not get through to anyone ever regarding any issues you have by calling them. Literally every option gets you to no one. You can not live chat on their website either. I can not get any info regarding options other than an email which you need to allow 5-10 business days to get a response. Do yourself a favor and not get them or discontinue service.
Due to non viable drinking water in South Florida due to blue algae. A nice young lady came to my door. I was told I would get free deliveries. 20.00 bottle deposit which would be removed if bottles were returned for 6.99 every month. This includes four 5 gallons and a case of bottled water. Was promised the price would remain 6.99. As long as bottles were recycled. This payment was $59.95... Seriously? Was not refunded for the retuned bottles. And charged another 20.00 for the bottles and paid full price for the items I was promised were discounted and free case of bottled water was charged! Trust me stay away don't fall for the okydoke... When I complained via website they blocked my access to the online account. Tried to cancel but keep getting hung up on. Very not happy customer! Everyone needs to file a BBB Complaint I know I am!
After your first order your order will NEVER arrive on time. If you want to contact customer service you will have to submit an email and wait 5 days for an automated email to respond OR sit on hold for minimum of 30 minutes to speak to somebody. If you want to call them you have to google their number because their app and web page does not publish their phone number because they know it is not acceptable.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
