Continued billing and delivery after cancellation
November 3, 2021

Terrible business practices. I requested a termination of my account in August and continued receiving bottles three months later... at a higher price! After the third request and the second dispute through my credit card company, the customer service agent even asked me for a cancellation reason!
Avoid at all costs.

This company is just looting money. They don't deliver on time, cancel deliveries without customers attention. They cancel deliveries 3 times and when I call hem to cancel my account I don't need such services they deliver me very next with 12 bottles whereas my regular order was 6 bottles. They charge me twice for a delivery and never pickup empty bottles. Now I have almost 13 empty bottles ready to pickup but my bad luck I have to order / purchase minimum $20 so someone will come to deliver and pickup those bottles. Prices are really high and keep raising day by day. I decided to move on with other company and now it's your decision do you really want to continue with such a bad services?

Actual Garbage Company

They keep making marketers open events in Costco knowing that they aren't gonna make any money. Always telling customers lies like "we don't know when will be back" knowing damn well we'll be back like 2 months later. They pay marketers base minimum wage and always threatening bosses with not paying those who make under 5 sign ups. I really loved my job untill I was stuck doing ready refresh sales every week for months. Eventually I had to take up late night gigs to be able to pay my bills while waiting for a different client to sell for. The downside of that is that it caused me to over sleep which resulted in me losing my job. Ready refresh is evil please don't buy from them. Look at the amount of negative reviews. It's even worse as a marketer. Literally everyday I had at least 2 customers coming up to me asking how to cancel the service because they never received their water but constantly get charged. They're crooks and liars. New Marketing Generation please stop working with ready refresh. It's a horrible company and It's just turning future business owners into aggressive lying sales people who will get nowhere.

Terrible service

Terrible service I have been a Customer of this company for last 10 years recently they have been raising the price when you call the company they do not answer once they answer they put you on hold for 40 to 50 minute I would never recommend this company to anybody anymore even though if they give me a water for free for antidiarrhea very bad service

We were recommended this service because they were in cooperation with Costco. We received our first shipment today. The dispenser and four 5-gallon bottles were sent to my neighbor's patio, which is two doors down. I can't go get it, because I'm recovering from spinal surgery, so I can't lift anything over 8 lbs. Fortunately, my neighbor was kind enough to move the shipment off his patio. When I called their customer service, I waited 30 minutes and got hold of a guy who says he could order a next shipment for me, but it'll take a week to get to me. After I complained that this is unacceptable, the guy stopped talking for 15 minutes and then hung up. This is such an insult. How could they treat their customers like this? I don't think I want to continue using their service anymore.

Service going down hill

I have been a customer for about 16 years and up until this month (October 2021) I have been a happy customer but they have rescheduled my delivery 4 times and then completely cancelled it without notifying me. Once I got a hold of customer service and asked they had no answers as to why any of this has happened and they apologized and said they can reschedule me to 11/9. I told them that was not ok and could I please speak to someone else who can do something and she said she had nobody else for me to speak to and apologized again and gave me a discount on my upcoming order but will it actually arrive? By the looks of all of these reviews and the comments on their Facebook page doesn't make me feel to good about it. I would hate to have to switch to another company but I will. Times likes these that we are living in people don't have time for YOU to be playing with their time, money or water so get it together RR! If it is a driver shortage than convey that so the customers understand what is going on! Give an explanation. It is clearly a problem across the board here so address it. Where is your integrity?

I have been with Ready Refresh over 10 years, paying in access of $50.00 per month. I recently bought my own machine and will now just get water at Costco. I have for years contacted them for issues and always reached them, always signed online and made changes. Last week started calling, and when hit the discontinue service on the phone options, it says customer service isn't available to sign online to do it. I attempt to sign online and it says to call collections because my account is in collections. I am auto pay, always came out of my account, not late nor ever have been. I call collections and they don't have my account at all, and says to call Ready fresh back, I get same thing telling me to sign online. None of this were issues until trying to cancel, now all of a sudden its a revolving door and hours of my time and stress and still no resolution to even get in touch with them or sign online.

This company has completely crumbled.

We have had Arrowhead delivery through ReadyRefresh for several years. Our neighbors use Sparkletts through Costco. We also preferred the spring water options with Arrowhead so we tolerated the occasional service hiccups and price increases. Over the last six years however, our price has gone from 6.49 per 5 gallon bottle to now 14.49 for the exact same thing. They also started charging an additional delivery fee on top of everything else, even though they claimed the previous price increases were to cover the cost of delivery and fuel. The final straw was when our delivery was due Oct 1, at which point we had been out of water for nearly a week and were supplementing with store-bought water. They rescheduled the delivery for Oct 2, then 3, 4, 5, 10, 12, 15, at which point we called to cancel and switch services. Their number for service and support has a recording stating they no longer offer phone based service and to submit an email which can take 3-5 business days for response. Even now, nearly two weeks later, they have not come to pick up their dispenser or bottles. To cancel, they of course had phone service for that request and tried numerous retention offers but it was far too late. Now we're with Sparkletts and it's half the price and reliable. I don't think I'll ever deal with ReadyRefresh again.

I never have auto scheduled deliveries of water. I always order when I need water. But this unscrupulous company keeps delivering water and says that their system got it wrong. So, they surreptitiously raised the price of one 5 gallon tank of water to $10.99. WTF?!? It was $6.99 just 6 months ago. I now understand why they keep delivering water that wasn't ordered... so they can just rip you off with ludicrously expensive water with the hopes you don't check your Ready Refresh bill.

How is that essentially a delivery service finds it acceptable to continually reschedule their delivery *every single time*? When I need my water delivered, I need it delivered on the day that I specify. It is not acceptable to give me a "Delivery Rescheduled for..." day after day until you find a day that works for your delivery drivers. This is a great service for people who really don't care if they get their water delivered in a timely fashion or not.

Rude delivery drivers.

Today 10/19/21 at about 3:20, one of their drivers parked the middle of 20th st nw DC, blocking drivers and alleyways. He ignored all the honking to move over and slowly took boxes out of his truck and delivered them to an apartment building. Shortish guy. Stragglee goatee. Truck license ending in 516. I tried calling customer service but gave up after 15 minutes. These people might want your business but rude drivers and lousy customer service.

Horrible

I enjoyed them in the beginning, but they have been horrible ever since. I ran out of water so I put in a request for more, except when they said they were going to show up they never did. Plus I got charged! They were consistently charging me every month and I haven't had a delivery since August. It is now October. I got fed up and decided to cancel my service. They are going to charge a $50 dollar handling fee for canceling (I figured I'd bite the bullet just to get out). Then they said they'd come and pick up on Monday, I received another email saying it would be on Tuesday, so I stayed home from work just so they could come pick up the %&$# dispenser. I sat in my house and watched as the truck drove past in the morning. I called them in the afternoon asking what the heck? They then proceeded to tell me that the pickup was scheduled for tomorrow on Wednesday. I'm tired of being nice to this company and giving them the benefit of the doubt. They've screwed me over and I wish I'd never gotten involved in the first place. Avoid this company at all costs. They had plenty of opportunities to make good, but has consistently fallen short of even the bare minimum for customer service.

Not sure why this company has gone so downhill. I've been using them for years and now with the price increases, customer service being almost impossible to reach, the website sucking, and the drivers not even having delivery instructions ("sorry, I'm new and they didn't tell me you wanted the bottles out back"). I'm about done. I've been waiting for my empty bottles to be picked up for over a week. Sigh... what on earth happened?

While automation is often a good thing for business Ready Refresh carries this a bit too far. Recently I received a call saying my payment had not been accepted. I verified I had a valid CC on file. I then tried to add a second card to the account - which failed. I then tried chat - which wasn't working over a period of DAYS. I tried calling during normal business hours - again no answer just a referral back to the non working website and APP.
How does a company survive when it won't accept payments no matter how hard you try. I'm about to refresh my water supplier because I'm sure Skynet has taken over Nestle.

Ready Refresh has been raking in money during COVID, making unauthorized deliveries along with unauthorized payments to my debit card. I am being robbed. Called them about 20 times, no answer. Email them 4 times, no answer. Disputing every charge with the bank. They won't let me cancel my account.

HORRIBLE!

Opened an account for my business in August. Initially very happy with the customer service and service, that changed quickly. They delivered the wrong water cooler. No big deal they said the one I ordered was on back order and when it comes in they would replace the one they gave me with the correct unit. Ok, they worked that out (after being on hold for almost 30 minutes then the automated system tells you to call back and disconnects the call. This happened 3 times). Then I my delivery dates kept getting delayed and we were out of water so back to the store I was running to get cases of water. Had my water delivery switched several days in a row for times outside my business hours. Every time I call the hold time is so long or i'm just told to call back later. When I finally got through after several calls I told them to just pick everything up and cancel my order. They showed up 2-3 days later and picked everything up but never closed my account. So there I am on hold for a total of several hours over a few days before I get someone. The gentleman told me he would put me through to someone who would be able to close my account and issue me my credits. I then spoke with someone who closed the account but also informed me that my membership fees could not be refunded. I told her that's insane. She then put me through to another department after another long hold where I was told there is a 3 day cancellation period. I then explained that how was I to know their service would suck! She then spoke with her supervisor and a credit is being issued. I would drink toilet water before using their service again!

Never use them

I am in my 3 rd month in a row of changed delivery schedule. This is not the only time, this is the 10th time.

The customer service is horrendous as well as they don't do what the commit to.
