I have been with ReadyRefresh for a few years now and I am very upset with this company. They cancel service dates without notification. They change delivery dates on a whim. Then when you call you're shunted to some offshore sales person who speaks very poor English and is no help at all. Yesterday I finally got hold of someone here in the US who cheerfully promised delivery today and now at 6.06pm after waiting here all day I got notification they are delivering next Monday! I was supposed to get water yesterday, then today, now Monday. Shoddy service. Unreal.
You have cancelled my service 4 times within one month, then I get a letter from you saying the account is being closed and your charging me for 4 bottles of water I never received plus the cost of a cooler that I didn't get from you. You don't answer your phones and your customer service is horrible.
Miami Location. The company is keep rescheduling my delivery without letting me know. They say "we are on the way" but no water show up. I can't get my water for a month already. When I call they say today you will get a water today but nothing is delivered.
We talked to them 8 months ago to cancel service, but only suspended delivery for 6 months. Now the bottles started to show up at our door 2 months ago and charging our CC. They will give you the run around not to cancel.
After this, I went to the website and suspended delivery for another 6 months, just to find another 3 bottles more at the door. This time, they sold our (inactive) account to another company.
Twice i was given a date for a delivery. Put bottles out - they never showed up when i called the first time they said delivery date was changed never contacted me to tell me. Second time i received text we are on our way - never showed up. When i called again they said date was changed again no contact from them their customer service reps are liars totally incompetent company.
Had a several failed delivery attempts back in March and decided to cancel my account indefinitely in April of 2022. A couple of weeks passed, and the dispenser, as well as three bottles, were picked up. Account had been canceled and was given confirmation from phone rep. Months passed, and a ReadyFresh driver showed up to my door dropping off water bottles. Good thing I was home and was able to let him know my account was canceled permanently. He then took the bottles back with him. We're now in late November, and ReadyFresh is calling me that I have an outstanding balance and need to take care of or else. I told the rep that I've had nothing but bad service with them, and had my account canceled for months, and that I was not going to pay them whatsoever. Their whole team is unorganized and unprofessional. Will never deal with them again! As you can see, there's a reason folks have regretted using them for services. Stay away far away from these crooks!
The website is terrible that it's usually difficult to accomplish simple tasks such as change a delivery date. Customer service is not helpful (although pleasant enough) but not enough to make up for it; s inabilities to really help you) The product is fine but not worth the grief of trying to manage this service. I'm out.
I never have auto scheduled deliveries of water. I always order when I need water. But this unscrupulous company keeps delivering water and says that their system got it wrong. So, they surreptitiously raised the price of one 5 gallon tank of water to $10.99. WTF?!? It was $6.99 just 6 months ago. I now understand why they keep delivering water that wasn't ordered... so they can just rip you off with ludicrously expensive water with the hopes you don't check your Ready Refresh bill.
I am in my 3 rd month in a row of changed delivery schedule. This is not the only time, this is the 10th time.
The customer service is horrendous as well as they don't do what the commit to.

Buyer Beware! ReadyRefresh is an organized crime unit. They try to increase your rates more than twice a year. When you don't agree to the price hike they illegally try and charge you a cancellation fee which they have no legal contract or signature to do so. They will then continue to charge you late fees and send you to a collection agency. When your credit card company denies there claim they still continue to charge you. When the credit card company calls and asks for an explication of charges they do not answer or return calls. This company is run like a mafia. Stay away and beware.
My building management does not allow bottles in the hallway, so I took a day off. They decided to reschedule my delivery date, sent notification 5pm a day before my scheduled date. On the scheduled date, I called them several times and they assured me that notification was sent by mistake and I was going to receive my delivery, which was not true. I received it two days later. Now I need to deal with my management since the bottles were in the hall all day.
This company overcharges for everything! I would be fine to overpay for a service/ product but problem is the delivery service never comes. When you call customer service you get someone you can't understand! Scam don't order waist of time and money!
They claim my debit card isn't working and was declined, called and told them to cancel and however much was total to pay they said they are processing the charges fee, so is it working or not!?
They are stealing our money! Do not purchase whatsoever. Horrible customer service and now I have to pay 204.59 for their mistakes and mixups.
The representatives lied about the cost and services this business provides. I was overcharged and paid the balance to cancel after the first month. Continued receiving charges but no services and continued to request cancellation. Then the company tried to say that I never returned my equipment yet I have an email stating all equipment was picked up and returned. I continue to get harassing emails stating I have never requested to cancel and get no response when I forward all email correspondences. Save yourself the headache!

I canceled my service when my first delivery consisted of three 5-gal bottles and being told that there are no dispensers in the warehouse. I told the driver to take them back to the truck and immediately called to cancel this service. That was April 11,2019. I am still dealing with 'service representatives' who cannot seem to figure out how to cancel service or stop charges from coming out of my account, although EVERY TIME I call I am told my account is canceled. It's simply insane.
Today is the third attempt at getting water delivered. First time, they were hours late and at 6:30pm (we close at 4:30 and scheduled accordingly) they were still not here. I was told by a rep that they have no way of contacting the drivers. WTH?! Last week they were hours late again and I told them we were not waiting after hours for a delivery that may not happen. They wanted to deliver today, told them between 9:30-2:30 and took a screen shot of our convo where they would "be sure to deliver the order by 2:30". This am, get a message that they will be here between 12:13-5:13. Not a typo 12:13? Really. I have called only to be told they are too busy and no rep can speak with me. Online chat, same thing. We will cancel and start picking up water at the store. Really don't know how they stay in business.
Very unreliable. Frequently does not show up when promised and reschedules deliveries, pushing out for weeks despite weekly delivery signed up for. Now says they can't provide a packing list for our office's delivery. What business delivers product and "doesn't have packing lists" for those deliveries?
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
