I wrote a review they told me to email then and the issue was still ignored. Scammers. I'm out $200 because of lack of integrity. 6 emails with no response back. This must stop! #ethicalissues

I don't know what everyone is talking about, but I just received my order in today! They shipped it Tuesday and I received it today (Saturday). So it was super quick for me. However, I never received my tracking number so I didn't know if I was getting scammed or not based on the reviews on this website.

THIS WEBSITE ISN'T A SCAM! They were quick on getting me my stuff before EDC.

The WORST

Do NOT order from this website! I placed an order two weeks ago and was only notified that my payment was accepted. I did not receive a tracking number when I ordered and though I sent many emails didn't get a response.

Finally I went through Pay Pal and submitted a claim. Then I receive a refund a day later but still didn't receive one message from Rave Ready. If I didn't go through Pay Pal I would have just been scammed.

Do not order from this website.

This company is a scam. Processed my payment in one day but NEVER sent the merchandise. Nobody answers the phone, nobody replied to my emails. How frustrating and disappointing.

I believe I was able to find your order (I think!). I'm not sure where you were sending emails but we use an integrated messaging system, not email, for customer support. We messaged you (assuming this is your order that I found) on three different occasions letting you know we were out of stock and asking if you would like a different color. No response was given and the customer associated with this order never cancelled the order through the website. I've gone ahead and cancelled the order and issued a refund. If I contact the fraud deperatment is there anyway to get a refund? Or it has to come directly from raveready? I've tried emailing multiple times to cancel my order and issue me a refund and no luck! Has anyone ordered from rave rebel and had good reviews?

Horrible

This is the worst website you could possibly order rave gear from. My order status never changed from "order placed", i tried calling them 5 times and they're supposedly on another line. This website is a SCAM. I tried emailing them multiple times and it took about a week to reply. The final response was "we don't have that item it's out or stock." Then I want my money back, what do i get in return? NO MONEY BACK AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. Do NOT order from this website, as you can see from all the other reviews they are terrible.

I ordered J. Valentine items on 4/27, they charged on 4/28, after 2 weeks, I asked for a tracking number via e-mail, no response, waited another week, still no response, I called the customer service (the phone number is on your charge statement) twice, can not leave a voice mail, today, 5/24. I called the bank, filed a claim, I am going to call J. Valentine to report that to them, this company is using the designer to sell

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this website. My experience is just like everyone else's on here, I ordered from RaveReady over 2 weeks ago and received no confirmation email or shipping info even though they immediately charged my debit card. I have emailed them 3 times so far and posted on their facebook today. I haven't been able to find a number for customer service but I see here that it would be useless anyway since it seems that others have attempted to call and got no answer. I need these items IMMEDIATELY as I am preparing for my first ever EDC and would like to be ready well beforehand... If they don't get back to me within the next few days I will be taking legal actions. Save yourself the trouble and order from iHeartRaves or Yandy- although they are slightly more expensive, they are EXPONENTIALLY more professional and reliable, I got my orders within days of placing them.

Ordered from this site and tried to contact them multiple times. They finally responded after I left a bad review to let me know they shipped my order. 2 weeks later I still didn't receive a tracking number so I sent them another email. They finally replied and told me they had to cancel my order because my items were out of stock. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN IF MY ORDER STATUS WAS ALREADY CHANGED TO SHIPPED. Now I want my money back but I have since changed my card details due to fraudulent activities.

Hey May! We only have one order with your matching first name and last initial this year, so I am going to have to guess this is you - You placed an order 3 business days ago and it already was packaged at the warehouse and your order status was updated so you can see that by logging in on the website. Also, one of the warehouse agents emailed you on Thursday letting you know that you selected the wrong state but that they corrected it so there would be no delay. It's expected to be picked up by USPS on Monday.

Very vague.

This website gave me weird vibes ordering from it but I had heard from a friend it was decent... So I ordered, 10 days ago. Haven't received any sort of time frame as to when to expect my order and EVERYTHING was in stock ( I need my order before EDC Vegas). When I messaged them I haven't received a reply. I ordered from iheartraves today and it LITERALLY SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. Do not order from raveready, it's a joke. Terrible customer service.

It is a scam! Me and my friends spent $400 on this website and purchased 11 items, only received 7 in the post. Despite all my efforts I have not been able to get in contact with them, I have not received one email from them. It has now been 2 months since my order was placed. The only communication I had had is through their instagram but that person claims to not work at the office - clearly they work for the company why wouldn't they take a customer complaint seriously. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and shop elsewhere

I ordered on the 4th April and got no confirmation or anything. Then on the 23rd of April it said shipper - still no tracking number. I sent about 8 emails through their "contact us" and got no reply. I got a package on the 9/5 and it only contained 2 out of the 4 items I ordered and it was WRONG. They sent the wrong colour. They clearly didn't read the order. So upset - and nobody is relying to me, what a suprise.

ITS A SCAM DONT USE THIS SITE!

Update: It Gets Worse! Literally 30 minutes after leaving this review, my order was cancelled by RaveReady. And No Refund was issued. This is absurd. They never responded to my emails asking for a status update. First request was sent on 4/30 and the second email was sent on 5/3. But within 30 minutes of leaving this review, magically they found me, found my order and 'cancelled' it, and kept the money. As of now I don't have a refund on my credit card for the amount of the original order.

The response saying that my order is "ready" to go, but they cancelled the order is very suspicious and shows bad intentions as well as bad business practice. Why would you have my order ready then cancel it? All I wanted was an update on the order. You ignored all my emails, then as soon as you see this review, you are so eager to go and cancel a ready to ship order?

If they are doing this to all their customers this is a class action suit waiting to happen.

Horrible Vibes! This is exactly the opposite of what you expect from a company that is selling products to help spread good vibes. I placed my order on 4/15. They immediately charged my CC. I waited 2 weeks. Contacted them via their website, which is the only way. They never responded. Order still shows as "Order Placed". Contacted them again, still no response. Then I landed on this website and reading the other reviews basically seals the deal. RaveReady looks like a scam website. Not sure why they have not been shut down yet.

My next move will be contacting the fraud department at my credit card company to report this. And I will take further legal action to make sure they are put out of business for good so they can't continue to do this others.

I'm going to cancel out your order right now. You ordered two shirts that take 10-14 business days to make, then of course there is processing and shipping time. You placed your order on a weekend so it was sent to production the first business day... we were right on schedule to deliver your order within the window of time that is in the large red box on the product page. I am very sorry it wasn't fast enough for you, unfortunately those shirts cannot be rushed. I'm sorry for any confusion and I'll cancel it out for you right away!

I order from is website on March 30 they took money out on April 3 and it is now may 2 & have not received my order and is still on order placed status. I've emailed 5 times and no reply back and just a recording when I call the number. Do not use this website!

I ordered on 4/1, hadn't heard any updated for 9 days, so I emailed them. Immediately got a response and they said they shipped it on 4/10, but they didn't give me a tracking number. Got it on 4/14 in three different bags. I was a bit nervous after reading all of these sketchy "never got my order" reviews but I got exactly what I paid for! And the material is surprisingly nice. Though the seams are kinda flimsy.
