This is from a while back, but I ordered over $80 of products, and over a few weeks I checked to see when my products have shipped. The status of my order has never changed from "processed" and when I emailed customer service, no one got back to me. So they basically scammed me of my money, and I'm pretty sure the majority of "good" reviews are paid lmao. Literal pieces of $#*!.

Also, WHAT A COINCIDENCE that ALMOST EVERYONE who's submitted a review of this company getting comments that they're "not in the system" or "don't exist". Are you freaking kidding me? That's some bs RaveReady reps lol
I ordered several items from RaveReady, and received the crappiest of them in about 2 months. I ordered some EL wire kits and basically received GARBAGE That didn't work. I also received the metallic temporary tattoos I ordered. I did not, however receive a $100 sweater that is fitted with EL wire. I have sent several emails (and even phoned the number I found online), with no response.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM!
They also just responded to this comment, which is complete garbage because over the past year and a half I have emailed and contacted them REPEATEDLY and phoned the phone number that was listed for their company via google, with no response and no attempt to fix the issue.
They apparently claim that they have never sold temporary metallic tattoos, and to tell me I'm lying about something that I purchased a couple of years ago just makes me mad and furthers my mission to let people know that this company treats people terribly, thinking they can get away with it. Pathetic.
They responded to this comment within minutes of me posting it, however directly afterwards I emailed them AGAIN and visited with site and sent them an email requesting assistance, and surprise, surprise... NO RESPONSE.
Hey Rave Ready, My order #*******, and I CANT sign into my account anymore, because CONVENIENTLY after sending a bunch of emails to you guys, my account "mysteriously" no longer exists. Thankfully I took a screen shot of the items I purchased (which I have atttached to my several emails, which received no response).
The site is a joke.
DO NOT SHOP AT RAVEREADY. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT SEND YOU THE ITEMS THAT ARE DUE TO YOU.
Completing my order was fine however, my tracking number didnt work until after the item was shipped. So its not perfect but its one of those things you can easily forgive.
Free shipping over $60! This is so awesome because if I were to order the same products anywhere else I know I will have to pay for shipping. Even though it's free I got my festie outfits in plenty of time.
The package came in very quickly and all my items were in good condition and not damaged, but I would have preferred it to be shipped in a box. The shipping people overstuffed the plastic bag so much that they had to use the additional sticky strip of tape.

I recently purchased some shoes off of raveready and was weirded out by them not sending me a conformation email, so I did some research online and read a bunch of reviews that this site is a scam. I can assure you it's not! Though there customer service kinda sucks, they eventually gotback to me and said that my item was shipped and they'd be here any day I bought the shoes on 6/13/17 and got them 6/21/17 the shoes were in perfect condition! They just really need to work on the customer service part of their business!
As an alternative model, finding outfits on the fly that are both creative and unique, can pose quite a challenge. RaveReady always has my back. I got my EDC and Beyond outfits in plenty of time.

I received my order in a timely manner and it was awesome because I got a 15% discount for using RaveReady for the first time! I will definitely be using them in the future for rave attire. The only comment I would make is they should offer different shipping methods and they should tell you shipping times sometime during the check out process. I was super nervous it wouldn't be here in time for EDC but luckily it did!
Ordered from Rave ready about 2 months ago and just got it now. Sent multiple emails no response no confirmation no email nothing! Finally got my order and it wasn't even the thing I ordered. Spent $50 on something i didn't want.
I believe I was able to find your order (I think!). I'm not sure where you were sending emails but we use an integrated messaging system, not email, for customer support. We messaged you (assuming this is your order that I found) on two different occasions letting you know we were out of stock on one of the color options and asking if you would like a different color. No response was given. As other reviews have mentioned, they do not fulfil orders and do not respond to communications. They'll happily take your money though, so the business is still in operation.
I am so upset I didn't read these reviews before ordering my items. The fully I only ordered one bodysuit, but they charged my immediately, never gave me a tracking number and I receive a bodysuit in the mail from somewhere in China that wasn't even on the Rave Ready website. Just like everyone else I never could get through on the phone, I never could get a reply via email, and I'm accepting the fact that I'll never get my money back either which makes me the most upset. RAVE READY, THANK YOU FOR RUINING ONE OF MY EDC OUTFITS AND THANKS A LOT FOR TAKING MY HARD EARNED MONEY. Karma karma karma
