Charged us a subscription without a notice. Can't contact anyone, all support emails come back as errors. Also they lock you in with no way to get out. Someone will eventually put them out of business I hope.

Update: It Gets Worse! Literally 30 minutes after leaving this review, my order was cancelled by RaveReady. And No Refund was issued. This is absurd. They never responded to my emails asking for a status update. First request was sent on 4/30 and the second email was sent on 5/3. But within 30 minutes of leaving this review, magically they found me, found my order and 'cancelled' it, and kept the money. As of now I don't have a refund on my credit card for the amount of the original order.

The response saying that my order is "ready" to go, but they cancelled the order is very suspicious and shows bad intentions as well as bad business practice. Why would you have my order ready then cancel it? All I wanted was an update on the order. You ignored all my emails, then as soon as you see this review, you are so eager to go and cancel a ready to ship order?

If they are doing this to all their customers this is a class action suit waiting to happen.

Horrible Vibes! This is exactly the opposite of what you expect from a company that is selling products to help spread good vibes. I placed my order on 4/15. They immediately charged my CC. I waited 2 weeks. Contacted them via their website, which is the only way. They never responded. Order still shows as "Order Placed". Contacted them again, still no response. Then I landed on this website and reading the other reviews basically seals the deal. RaveReady looks like a scam website. Not sure why they have not been shut down yet.

My next move will be contacting the fraud department at my credit card company to report this. And I will take further legal action to make sure they are put out of business for good so they can't continue to do this others.

I'm going to cancel out your order right now. You ordered two shirts that take 10-14 business days to make, then of course there is processing and shipping time. You placed your order on a weekend so it was sent to production the first business day... we were right on schedule to deliver your order within the window of time that is in the large red box on the product page. I am very sorry it wasn't fast enough for you, unfortunately those shirts cannot be rushed. I'm sorry for any confusion and I'll cancel it out for you right away!
