We used our new corner set as extra seating for todays lunch! And after unpacking, lovely quality i have to say and cushions are indeed a really good thick size
Delivery took place last week after we saw the sale on facebook and again what a nice and easy attitude rattan warehouse had even taking the large boxes through to our garage to store so from easy to use website to simple order process to efficient delivery a perfect web transaction!

My most recent purchase from Rattan Warehouse was a San Diego sofa and table. Sadly, one of the little corner legs for the sofa was missing. After sending the company an email, I received a response the next day stating that a replacement was on its way to me. Despite the fact that these things happen, I was pleased with how the situation was handled. Lewis from customer service will finish. Based on my experience, I would advise using this company.

Sanford set arrived on time by polite and friendly driver. Chairs very luxurious and comfortable. Table took a bit of time to put together but again a quick email to office and info helped. Thanks Lewis! Nice to have free cover and parasol. Both very good quality as well. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a San Diego sofa and table from Rattan warehouse. Unfortunately one of the sofa small comer legs was missing. I emailed the company and within a day had a reply confirming a replacement was on its way to me. These things happen but I was impressed with the courteous and prompt manner in which the matter was dealt with. We'll done Lewis from Customer Services. Ordered end of August. First delivery slot was cancelled. 2nd delivery slot a week ago only half the order was delivered. I have spent the week emailing, leaving voicemails and having no response on the live chat. I have paid £799.00 for items I haven't received and can not obtain a refund

Great product. Service second to none.Great communication on when delivery would be made. Cheerful delivery guy and a piece of furniture that has already drawn the whole family out into the garden when the sun's shone. Very happy with our purchase and the service provided. Thank you.

Helpful and friendly. Communication with lewis and staff was wonderful. They kept me abreast of my order and were very helpful when I called with questions. The products I ordered were well made and beautiful. The cushions added to the attractiveness. I highly recommend this company. I know quality is extremely important to them, so this is not a negative comment, but I do wish I could have received my furniture more quickly. However, the product was well worth the wait!

Excellent furniture. A Georgia corner dining table was ordered.The furniture is of wonderful quality and is quite cosy. A little more expensive than I had planned, but well worth it.

Richmond sofa very pleased. Delivered last week and all unpacked at weekend. True to ad no assembly required and looks great. Perfect size and have moved parts around to fit our space. Good quality cushions also. Very very pleased. Will buy again.

Bought the 6-12 seat havannah cube set. We had to wait a week longer than estimated due to RW discovering damage to the original set before it was sent. Mark kept me informed of the situation via email. No waiting on the telephone in a queue or having to explain things to 5 different people. New set arrived as scheduled and looks great. Lots of retailers could learn a lot about customer service from these guys i. E. Just keep people informed! Thanks to Mark and the team. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Rattan warehouse have been very good to deal with. My order was delivered as promised. There was a slight hiccup which was solved promptly and professionally by Dave and Lewis in Customer services. I was made to feel like a valued customer. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I love the key west furniture. It looks so good on the patio, and comfortable to sit on.

I love my rattan-loungers! The delivery man was so helpful to us and brought it around to the pool area. The lounge itself is well constructed and the cushions are marvelous. Will know where to go when I need more wicker. Thanks a million.

Portland 6 chair and round glass topped table set with cover has been excellent (arriving within the time stipulated at order and delivered by a driver who was prompt, polite and very helpful). The waterproof cover had a small hole in it on opening and we were sent a replacement immediately without a quibble (or being asked to return the defective cover) which is the right way to do business. The set looks great but it is early days so may return to this review in a couple of years. A 5 year guarantee is a reassuring part of the deal so let's hope it is not needed and the product retains its good looks. It has a lightweight aluminium frame so shouldn't corrode.
