Helpful and friendly. Communication with lewis and staff was wonderful. They kept me abreast of my order and were very helpful when I called with questions. The products I ordered were well made and beautiful. The cushions added to the attractiveness. I highly recommend this company. I know quality is extremely important to them, so this is not a negative comment, but I do wish I could have received my furniture more quickly. However, the product was well worth the wait!

I love my rattan-loungers! The delivery man was so helpful to us and brought it around to the pool area. The lounge itself is well constructed and the cushions are marvelous. Will know where to go when I need more wicker. Thanks a million.

This is the second piece of garden furniture we have purchased for Rattan warehouse. Really pleased with the columbus sofa set. Excellent quality. Delivered by driver who was brilliant and super polite!

Portland 6 chair and round glass topped table set with cover has been excellent (arriving within the time stipulated at order and delivered by a driver who was prompt, polite and very helpful). The waterproof cover had a small hole in it on opening and we were sent a replacement immediately without a quibble (or being asked to return the defective cover) which is the right way to do business. The set looks great but it is early days so may return to this review in a couple of years. A 5 year guarantee is a reassuring part of the deal so let's hope it is not needed and the product retains its good looks. It has a lightweight aluminium frame so shouldn't corrode.

Customer service top rated. Rattan warehouse are an excellent company to deal with. The customer service is top rate. All my emails and queries were answered quickly and efficiently. They did their utmost to get my order fulfilled and made a customer very happy. Thank you Dan and Lewis.
