I ordered the wrong size jacket - thought this would be a horrible experience to return. Turned out they said keep the jacket then gave me a credit to order the right size. I ordered one shirt in the beginning on December, although website said I'd get it before christmas, Its January 8 and not even a tracking number yet. I tell.the company, I DON'T WANT THE SHIRT, JUST REFUND MY MONEY.
THEY TELL ME THAT, THERE GOING TO SEND THE SHIRT ANYWAY, WITH A WEBSITE WHERE I HAVE TO PRINT OFF A PIECE OF PAPER, MAIL IT BACK TO THEM TO EVEN START MY REFUND PROCESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm always a little hesitant to shop online but I've been pretty lucky until I stumbled upon this site.
After spending over $100 on 4 tees that I thought were gonna be worth the money, I now own 3 brand new I will NEVER wear do to the ridiculousness of full print on the front side (including the sleeves) and a complete white back side (including the sleeves). Not to mention the printing is flawed leaving white patches on the front surface.
I notified RAGEON about my total disappointment. They pointed out my total misunderstanding of my order as if someone would want to wear such a $#*!ty looking shirt. They let me know that because of the way the shirts are printed, flaws in the print are to be expected...
I was initially rooting for Rageon to be my new go to online store, but they offered NO solution to my first time disappointing experience and so because it's an online store, I'm not able to bring the shirts back into the store to get my money back or store credit.
I'm stuck with these tees that I can see no situation of me ever going out of the house wearing them in.
This SUCKS.

I bought a hoodie. I can't complain about the quality. The design is great but ofcourse it would be, the artist is amazing. My problem is there's no real size chart. I messed up and ordered a 4x but I normally wear 3x. Definitely glad I did, they run small I feel like I should have ordered a 5x.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
