RageOn!

A while back, I decided to order a custom shirt with a design I made for a gift. I own a few shirts from them already so I knew that they ran large. The description for the custom shirts states they are RageOn brand tees (polyester and in their weird boutique sizing), so I double checked the sizing charts, measured some shirts three times over, and ordered a size down from what the recipient normally wears. When I received the shirt it looked great, but it was a standard cotton Gildan shirt that ran true to size, and therefore was too small. They don't do returns for custom shirts so I kind of just accepted my fate because it was also too late to order another by this point, but I was obviously pretty upset and didn't want others to have the same problem happen. I tried to contact them on two occasions with the hopes of getting some sort of validation but more importantly to point out the discrepancy. No response. When I finally resulted to posting publicly on their facebook page, they just deleted my comment! (In all instances, I was peeved but polite and tried to be understanding still.) In the end I never heard back from them and the information is STILL incorrect for their custom tees. Definitely will never be giving my business to them again.

Tl; dr- Custom shirt information (measurements and material) is NOT correct, customer service is atrocious and totally unresponsive, and they'll delete your constructive comments because it means they have to admit they did something wrong

I placed 2 orders, 2 days apart.
I spent $100 on a pair of shoes that said it would take 10 business days to make and shipping would take up to 5 days (due to current events)
That's fine. I order. Didn't get the tracking number.
These shoes were supposed to be an anniversary gift. But since they were so late, I had to buy something else and I'm really upset that I couldn't give these to him.

Anyways,
Second order the next day. I got a bunch of masks and a shirt. $80 later. I did get the tracking number emailed to me this time.

The masks came like 2 weeks later. The order says the shirt was delivered with the masks. It was not.

The shoes haven't even shipped out yet (over a month ago)

When I emailed asking for my tracking number, I got it. So that was good.
The masks were fine with 2 stretchy bands that wrap around your head.
All but 1 mask looks like the pictures advertised.
The 1 is weird and off center, you can't even tell what it is. So it probably won't get worn.

Still waiting to find out what happened to the shirt... and why the shoes never shipped.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before buying from this site.
Be smart and read the reviews first.
Don't waste your money here. It is way to hit or miss.
I spent $180 on this website and I really wish I would have gone somewhere else.

I recently ordered a onesie from RageOn on November 30,2018 for a New Year's onesie party that I planned to attend. The Item never made it in time for the party but upon receipt I quickly realized that the garment would not have worked anyway because although I ordered a small the onesie fit my 6 foot 1 son! Needless to say, at 5 foot 2 inches I had no use for the item. I would have kept it and maybe given it away to someone but it was pretty pricey for my pockets ($120) so I asked to return for a refund. The representative that handled my request not only refunded the money they said that I would not have to return the item! I guess since this shipped from Poland it was not worth the cost to send me a return shipment label. That's what I call customer service! They sympathized with me and kept in mind the old adage that "the customer is always right!". This experience has made me a fan of RageOn! I will certainly do business with them again if I am ever in the need of a unique printed wardrobe piece as this is their specialty! Thank you RageOn!

I have 2 fantastic shirts made specifically by this vendor Rageon, but I spent $50 on a pair of XL pizza shorts and another $30 on a XL shirt that went well with them. Both by 3rd party sellers, both COMICALLY tiny, not at all XL. And get this, NO EXCHANGES ON 3RD PARTY CRAP!

So it probably ruins my patronage of Rageon as a whole (1000s of these companies now, why go back to one that took my $$) but maybe you can avoid the bad taste in my mouth by avoiding anything they don't stand behind in their fine print...
