IT'S A SCAM

This company is the absolute worst. I ordered an xmas gift on 12/12/16, at least that is when my credit card was charged. I finally received an email on 12/23/16 that they received my order. For a while the tracking showed my item was sitting in Poland (I live in New Hampshire), now when I try to track my item it tells me my order is not found. I tried to call the company but not surprisingly, they don't even have a person you can talk to. I emailed them, got an automated response that said someone would respond to me in 48 hours, it has been 2 weeks, still waiting. LONG STORY SHORT, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

Simply the best

Having had used a lot of online sites like Red Bubble for custom clothing, RageOn has provided me the best service and quality. While it is a bit pricey I feel that its worth the extra few dollars.

I initially gave this company 1 star because I had ordered 2 Christmas T-shirts 3 weeks prior to Christmas day and it took almost 2 months for the shirts to finally arrive, despite the website and confirmation e-mail saying that my order was expected to arrive prior to Christmas Day. My shirts, according to the tracking number, were stuck in Poland for weeks before the shirts finally arrived. I was told to contact customer service regarding the issue and everything ended up working out better then expected. Customer service was very understanding and apologized for everything, explaining that the delay in orders over the holidays were due to logistics issues in Poland (something that I still dont understand, which is why I am giving them 4 stars). I ended up getting a full refund, and when the shirts finally arrived they were mine to keep. The shirts are amazing, and better quality then I was expecting. In the end, this company redeemed itself for me, and I will definitely order from them again, but take into account the long processing and shipping times. I was compensated fairly for their mistake (better than most companies would), and I am happy with the outcome, even though I cant wear the shirts for another 11 months.

Its been 5weeks and still havent had an update on my purchase. ETA (Considering Covid-19 delays) is 15-20days but i havent even had an update tried contacting but there isnt a phone to this website. Now i cant even get my money back.

I placed an order for a hoodie and a T-shirt on 11/30. It was for a Christmas gift. On 12/13 I still hadn't received the product. I reached out to customer service and was advised it was in customs and I would receive it by Christmas. 2 days before Christmas and I still hadn't received my order. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They got back to me within 24 hours, I was given the option of having the product remade and reshipped, or a store credit. I didn't want either. The customer service rep provided me with a full refund to my bank account which I received 2 days later. I know this company is getting a lot of bad reviews and I am sorry for your experience. I am disappointed that I never got the product, but very pleased with customer service. Unfortunately, becuse they are over seas, I would not order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, We ordered a group of shirts from the company back in April and when Ten day mark passed all my friends received their finished product and I did not get mine yet. When I reached out to thier service center they did not help at all. They said they would escalate the issue to production and never heard a word back from the company. I had to escalate the issue through Pay Pal to get my money back, extremely unprofessional, extremely horrible service and DO NOT keep their turn around promise.

Don't waste your money

I've only purchased from this website once and never received my order. I've requested a refund multiple times but all I get in response are automated replies with a "20% discount code"... as if I would ever place another order from them. I've read online customer reviews and most people had horrible experiences similar to mine. People that did receive their orders have major complaints concerning the quality of the garments they received. From what I've read, their products are insanely over priced for the noteably poor quality. Also, I've come across multiple former employee reviews exposing what it's like to work at RageOn, (they all describe it as a horrible experience) and many of them explain they were forced to write positive reviews and feedback online. So if you come across any positive online reviews about their products or customer service, it's most likely an employee writing some bull$#*! review against their will. If anyone from RageOn sees this (and I hope they do) please reconsider how you run your business and treat your employees... before starting a business it's important to be aware of the standards that will be expected of your performance/ products/ services. Do some research on your competitors- no other online retailers perform so poorly in every area (i. E. customer service, delivery/ shipping time, employee retention rates, etc.). I mean come on, you guys practically stole my money considering i never received the one item I purchased (or even an email other than phony automated replies(.
