Scam - avoid
January 16, 2022

Purchased an item back in September and it's now January and still haven't received item. They responded twice saying item was shipped, but it was not. Never gave a tracking number. Some reviewers are nice and mention that they received product after months of waiting. Still feels like a scam. Avoid!

They charged my card immediately. Two attempts to contact them resulted in two identical canned messages promising to ship right away. After a month passed, I had to contest the original charge with Visa to get a refund. Avoid this vendor.

Avoid them -- it looks like a scam. They charged my card immediately, then never sent the product. Four times trying to contact them, they responded only three times, very slowly, with the same canned BS message about how they've had problems, but everything is OK now and they'll be shipping in two weeks. I had to challenge the charge, they did not dispute the chargeback with Visa.

People with no shame

You know... you can have problems in any company, the thing that makes you different is the way you solve it.
I purchased from them 6months ago 3 items they never shipped, i send 20 emails, they answer 3 times:
We are looking forward bla bla bla we will reship bla bla,

I asked them several times: if you dont have the item, refund me the money is very simple... no answer.

So the procedure is to contact with your bank, or card company(visa, master...)

So far I have waited 3 weeks for a product that the site claims should arrive in 5-10 days. It took 2 weeks before they even updated it to shipping and then claimed they waited 5-10 days to ship it because they were waiting to ship a newer product. If ordered the old product, then send me the old product. This is how business is conducted. It sounds more to me like they ran out of caeds or simply forgot my order. Either way, no need for radical stories, just tell me you forgot to ship it or ran out. I will give them 3 more weeks as others have suggested then call the bank to get my money if it does not arrive. Exactly 6 weeks. Not a day later.

Never received the card after almost 3 month!

I`ve contact them 1 month after the purchase and they said that they will send me the card. 2 month after the purchase I`ve contact them again and they said the same thing. And now its almost 3 month since the purchase and nothing!

Don`t buy they will steal your money!

They charge you immediately but it says "Awaiting Shipment" and STAYS like that. When you contact them they reply (sometimes) and the excuses are beyond ridiculous. The 3rd and most recent excuse was "we lost 2000 packages due to Covid, will reship immediately" 2000?!? After that "immediately", 3 months passed. Ignore the positive reviews, they are fake, probably by the scammers themselves. I ended up getting the same product from a legit website, for cheaper than what they scammed me for. There are plenty of honest websites that sell the same products, just do your homework first. Complete Scam, don't give them your money, you will not receive anything.

Can't give these guys enough praise for their helpful customer service that walked my son and I through the entire purchase. We had replies to our emails sometimes within minutes and they were very helpful even after the fact when my son and I were confused with the setup steps. Steve there walked us through everything step by step and made sure we were up and running before he left for the night. Highly recommend them. I bought a similar product from another store that ended up not working and they would not even reply to my requests for help or assistance whereas these guys were great - even before we gave them any money.

Bad Communication

I ordered the card but never received it. I tried to communicate with them but it was not pleasant. They said they have send another card to me but never received it and I tried reaching out again and never get back to me nor giving me a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST

Their brazen lack of customer service is appalling! After multiple messages with no reply and waiting for more than two weeks after my payment was successfully processed and my order marked as "Awaiting Shipment", I will be filing fraudulent charges against this scum. I wish I'd found this review site before I found their ungodly excuse of a business.

They are NOT legit! Ordered on 3/12/12 and as of 4/19/12 still have not received my item. Finding things about them being fraudulent online. The same "excuses" they were giving me in the beginning (now they won't respond at all) are the same they give to everyone. SCAM. Just had my bank reverse charges - you should, too.

It took three months to receive the order via Canada post with the shipping address also being in Canada. Normally this should take three days.

I tried contacting them and didn't receive a response outside of the first week or two. The week after it shipped they finally replied to my requests.

From my own experiences? Worst. Service. Ever.

Wish I could give this site NO stars. Paid for the product. It never arrived but they took my money fast enough. Sent dozens of emails and they have never replied even though I threatened to report them to the Federal Trade Commission... still nothing. I don't even know how to get my money back I mean, how do you argue with a company that wont talk to you?

Update: 1 year and 3 months later - still NO product, still NO reply to emails. Tried to contact the bank 3 months after purchase; the bank would not give a refund because this site fought against it. Stay Away!

Just as everyone else as said they stole my money. They replied once saying they were preparing for shipping then never will reply again. My order is just stuck at "Awaiting Shipment." Terrible site and to top it off they are forging the Verisign seal (see bottom of page). I had to get a new credit card. Report them so they get shut down!

It took just over 4 months to the day to get my order.

They emailed about a month and a half in, said my order was shipped, must have been lost, and they were sending it out again. 2 and a half months later it arrived. They also "upgraded" my order to another card type.

None of the three cards work. I tried all three. I'm not entirely sure they are compatible with my system, so thanks for the 4 month wait and the "upgrade" to something that doesn't work with my old DS.

Do not order from these jokers, they are amateurs and don't listen to anything you say and hardly respond.

Complete scam. Took them 24 hours to manually process my payment and after 2 plus weeks still awaiting shipment. Messaged them 6 times over the last two weeks with not one singe response. Finally filed fraudulent claims against them with my bank to get my money back. Be sure to report them and press charges if you can. Stay away from them. If you want to lose your money than just throw it in the garbage as you will not receive anything from them.
