I wish I could give this company zero stars. This website is nothing but a scam. I purchased digital services/codes from them, and not only did they fail to deliver as promised, but their customer service is an absolute joke.

After weeks of back-and-forth emails with their so-called support team, I still have no real resolution. They could've mentioned your bull$#*! 'terms and conditions' from the start instead of wasting my time for weeks asking me to provide screenshots several times. I did not receive valid codes, and you outright stole money from me.

What's worse is their total lack of accountability. As a loyal customer for years, the least you could've done was offer a refund or in-store credit. Instead, I got meaningless responses that sound copy-pasted from a script. Your customer service team is totally inept—honestly, I bet AI would do a better job soon.

This entire experience is beyond disappointing, and I will never make a purchase from your scam site again. Rest assured, I'm reporting this to consumer protection agencies and disputing the charges with my bank.

Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and lost money. Don't fall for their scam. This company is unethical, untrustworthy, and should be avoided at all costs.

I recently purchased PSN credit for the Singapore network from Playasia and had a very positive experience. The process was quick and effortless, with the pricing being both competitive and affordable. The integration of PayPal for payments added to the convenience.

What I particularly appreciated was the post-purchase account creation option. It was seamless—I only needed to set a password. This feature is beneficial for future reference, such as checking my download history or retrieving codes.

Initially, I was unsure about how I would receive and access the code, which led me to wonder about account creation during the payment process. Perhaps informing customers beforehand that an account will automatically be created after payment could alleviate similar concerns.

Overall, my first-time experience with Playasia was very satisfactory.

If they don't have it, they've probably ordered it - and will get enough so you can get one as well. The website is well laid out, and searchable, so if you have even the slightest idea of what you're after, you'll probably be able to find it for a fairly reasonable price.

Horrible experience trying to purchase PSN gift codes as a present for a friend. I bought 4 $50 codes and none of them work. Support is extremely unhelpful and sent me in circles. Would not trust at all for anything but physical goods, and even then you can probably get a better deal just by looking on Amazon.

I am a regular customer when it comes to buying these JP iTunes gift cards, and I can humbly say that they are ALWAYS fast and easy to buy! The only thing is that I wish they were a bit cheaper considering the worth of USD to yen. Definitely recommend however!

I bought this game and it came in good condition. This was the Japanese version but advertised as having English options. It Didn't. Shortly after the receiving game this was changed to there would be an English patch. There never was (although other versions received this) they pointed out the game could only be returned if it remained sealed. Obviously I had to use it to find the issue.
UPDATE

I just received a response from play asia after leaving a bad review. They have offered me an Asian copy (that has the English option) which is brilliant. I'm raising this to 3* as this a good response. I guess its going to take a while to ship but I will further amend this if the new copy arrives.

Edit #2. New asia copy (English options) free of charge. Im very happy. I ap pleased to say I was wrong about them.

See the title. I often cum from other online stores, having a hard time (ya see what I did there), and often I stumble here. I get me games, but I'm itching for some of that tentacle, tig-ol-bitty action.

Pretty easy process. I appreciate all the payment options! Bitcoin being accepted is really cool. I also like that if payment fails (mine did the first time) then the checkout is saved in Draft form and I just need to use the Pay Now button.

Had problems with payment and needed to contact support for help. Very friendly guys and generous! Shipment time was quite OK. However here in Europe some of their articles are nearly nowhere to find. I will surely come back.

This site has had some exclusive imports that are hard to find anywhere else. Not only this site has video games, but they also have art books, figures, collectible toys, and plush dolls. You can't get authentic Nintendo toys anywhere else than here. The only gripe I have with this site is their shipping prices. They are extremely high at times even with the cheapest option of shipping is higher than standard prices at other online stores. I remember wanting to buy a small toy set, and the shipping was more than the product itself! They always send a coupon slip if you order $50 or more. Which usually equals to one game on their site.
