Not the fastest and best experience... but for what it's worth, it's the kind of support I'd expect for an online trade like this... so yeah, still good I guess.

The service values privacy, I asked the seller that he should not contact me inside the game to avoid any issues and that's what he did, only sent me 2 messages. One when he was about to send it then again when it's done.

The only slight annoyance is asking for the documents to be sent again. After that it was quick though. We had great communication and there was no need to complain about anything since it was the right order.
