They do not vet sellers and provide no assistance with refunds from scammers. I sent multiple emails asking for help and I was told I would have to wait, over 7 days of having money tied up for no reason

I'd like to note that there may be a misunderstanding with this; you're giving us a negative rating for a service you received. Our system assisted you with a refund and you are being refunded now.
When you placed the refund request, our team informed you that your seller was still within their delivery guarantee. In order to keep cancelations fair, they may only be done if the seller's delivery guarantee has lapsed/expired already. In this case, you chose an offer where the seller's delivery guarantee is 48 hours. It has not taken 48 hours yet when you canceled the order. In this scenario, if they are still within their delivery guarantee, they are required to approve your cancelation.
Perhaps what you wanted was to cancel the order without giving the seller their right to confirm the cancelation. I'm afraid this is unfair; you are not canceling an order with us, you have not ordered from us but from your seller. What we do is facilitate the trade between two entities: you and the seller, and again, to keep this fair, we need to hear from both parties. Barring that, if no response from the other entity is made, that's when we can close the order after 72 hours. At no point is this "7 days".
We acknowledge your freedom to write any review that you wish, but your appeal to the public to not use the site is contradictory to the service and protection you received. Our system provided you a refund. If this trade had been without a middleman service such as PlayerAuctions, you may have had difficulty getting your money back — if at all. It is false that you received "no assistance" with a refund. It even states in your screenshot where the order status is "Buyer canceled early", not pending or anything.
The vetting process you are looking for is also contradictory to the services we offer. If you are looking for guaranteed trades where cancelations will not happen, then there would be no point in a middleman service like us. We exist to ensure your trade is facilitated and that you receive the order — and if you don't, you will get a refund. That is what happened with this order.

Playerauctions help team and inferior payment systems always seems to fail and leave a rift in your bank for the best part of week.
Then waiting on the other end is when you finally make a buy and it runs into issues. I got a refund for the account. But that is minimal in comparison to to my other investments into the account. They banned the seller. He seemed to want to cooperate but PA stopped any chance of that happening.
Looking forward to the "sincere apology and knowing how frustrating this can be" Richard. Save yourself the hassle and time and go somewhere else so you do not share my experiences.

I checked the image you attached and was able to check order 7132065 on our end. Can you verify if this is the correct order ID? Because as per checking, there are no disputes and no tickets received for this from our end. The order completed just fine on our tracker.

This website is misleading they said it only takes 1 hour but in fact it took over 6 hours because the additional information they needed. After they received payment... look at the pictures and time up top. No lies here

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. You may have seen an offer that states "Instant Delivery". This is true and after payment is completed, the -delivery- is instant. Payment processing is a separate process; we verify new payments only once. Provided there are no changes with the information or security issues found later on, rest assured, verification is only done once.

I recently have bought of of here twice in one day with two different cards and my account needed payment verification. I've tried sending them the documents and everything they needed. They never responded. I've used this site back in 2018 with no issues, but now there's an issue. The customer support is absolutely atrocious.

I had an issue with only getting a partial refund from PlayerAuctions after a deal fell through. The seller never had the account they were selling on the website and after a refund I was still out $60. It took awhile and lots of emails back and forth with PlayerAuctions to get a full refund but they've finally resolved my problem. I wont be using them again but I'm glad they at least worked with me to do what was right.

Buying is usually a pretty easy task on PA. Every once in a while it will take a bit to verify payment or something, no big deal. I recently tried to sell an account and every time I would fill everything out I would get the "an error has occurred" type message. This is a waste of my time and effort, I had to go another route which I really hated because it didn't feel safe.
Certainly beats getting it on DC where its usually a big risk... sellers are great to deal with so far in 3 transactions I've done with them. If it keeps up there will be a 4th and so on.

I was confused a little on how to use the filters but after figuring it out, the rest was easy.
My advice for anyone starting out on their site is to filter the offers by cheapest price, then find the seller you're most comfortable with (feedback, rating, # of offers, etc) I think that's how you'll get the best pick.

They were attentive to requests even for those outside of the order. I only tried to ask for additional stuff as a freebie and the seller was nice to throw in more than asked. I feel cheap for doing so but I also wanted to make the most out of the purchase as the price was significant. Extremely happy with how the seller handled it!
