You know... you can have problems in any company, the thing that makes you different is the way you solve it.
I purchased from them 6months ago 3 items they never shipped, i send 20 emails, they answer 3 times:
We are looking forward bla bla bla we will reship bla bla,
I asked them several times: if you dont have the item, refund me the money is very simple... no answer.
So the procedure is to contact with your bank, or card company(visa, master...)
