Ordered from r4-3ds.ca the site is gone and now forward to an incomplete site r43ds.org anyone experienced something similar?

I ordered from the. Org site at least 6 months ago, and never received the item. I chased them several times and with no luck, despite them responding to cite production problems. It's a lost cause, try and claim the money back from your credit card.
