My first order here and I was really impressed it came 2days early and I got the ps5 for a good price was really nervous cause I read reviews after I had already paid smh (silly) but the product is here and like I said it came 2 days earlier than originally scheduled

I was a QVC customer for 20 years before closing my account so this review is based on extensive experience.

Today's fashion presentations are virtually unwatchable thanks to hosts such as Shawn Killinger breaking the cringe meter daily with embarrassing behavior, poor grooming, and lack of preparedness in sales presentations.

The clothing is overpriced and the fabrics are mostly environmentally catastrophic synthetics. Styles tend toward the matronly and out of date.

In the last few years, I received used items, such as clothing that had been worn and had body odor on it.

Quality of items is very low indeed. A Halston sweater pilled all over the first time it was worn and a Barefoot Dreams robe fell apart in the wash.

Likewise, jewelry is a joke. The last order I placed was for a pair of broken chrome diopside earrings. They arrived with dried blood and serum crust on the posts! Maybe they could bother to check for this filth before sending them out again?

When I posted about this on the community forums, I was banned from reading or posting by a draconian mod whose existence seems to be focused upon the immediate removal of any critical content.

Recent customer service via phone is the worst I've ever experienced. This was most definitely not the case even five years ago. It has declined inexorably. I understand it is outsourced to freelancers now. Possibly there's no training or supervision now.

Also, because I continued to be sent items that were worn, contaminated, or broken, and I dared return them, I got a letter saying I had made too many returns and might be banned from ordering if I continued to do so.

This is a well known QVC tactic: blame the customer for returning what they should never have sent out in the first place.

No problem, QVC. I closed my account.

Disappointed

I am reviewing Malden Mills Solid Polarfleese sheet set, TwinXL. While they are beautiful to the touch and to sleep on, there is not enough material to keep them from pulling off the corners. They do not fit snug. If you have a very shallow mattress then they will work, but if your mattress is larger or one that goes up and down by remote, they will not work. They simply do not cover the mattress even on the sides. :( Will not be able to use them, will repurpose.

Trash company

Bought and xbox series x and set it up for "3 easy payments." Went to confirm my order and check the delivery date. Saw that you could change the delivery date, only after the order and first payment were made. I thought that was weird and stupid, but I though sure change the delivery date to a more convenient date and might have to pay a little more. No I paid about 800+ dollars. They charged me in full everytime I changed the date. And I only changed the date 3 times because I couldn't tell if it had actually changed. There was nothing showing me the day had changed. You'd think they would only charge for the change in the delivery fees. Since its an option they made available only after you've placed the order, not when your making it. No were does it say you'll be charged in full every time you change the date. Then customer service does nothing to help to remove the charges, even though my bank says they can remove those charges right then and there on the same day. Getting a supervisor to take the charges back is next to impossible, they just take your name and tell you someone (a supervisor) will call you back in 4 hours. Well after the banks will be closed. So here I am negative 900 dollars, because in total I was charged almost 1200 dollars for a 800 dollar item that hasn't even been packaged and shipped yet. And what do I get from qvc for all the trouble they caused, nothing but, I'm sorry sir. No discount, no help, nothing but a big fat middle finger of a sorry, fees for being in the negative and stress because now my bills will be late. I was on the fence about buying threw qvc before, now I know to never make the mistake of buying anything threw them ever again. Horrible customer service, useless and lazy. The website is flawed, not user friendly, doesn't give you all the information you need, and charges you more than what its showing without telling you or having you authorize it.

QVC is bad on many levels ( very poor customer service, zero transparency, borderline shady and unethical practices) and the company they have as customer financial facing( Synchrony) is below standard as well... Do yourselves a favor and stay clear of this nightmare they call QVC...

I have been fairly fortunate regarding quality of products. I have only had a couple orders that were not as advertised. My problem is the shipping time. I cannot believe it takes so long to receive an order. Why is this the only company that takes at least 10 days to ship orders. I could ride a bicycle to the warehouse to pick up my order faster. Happens with every order I place!

QVC Statement
August 16, 2022

On my QVC July statement they show no items listed for Store Burger Master. My August QVC statement shows 4 Store Burger Masters. I only ordered two. The 4 shows they have all had at least 2 easy payment paid on them. So why didn't they show up on my July statement? Also I looked at my statement on QVC and it only shows that I ordered one Store Burger Master. I called QVC and asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they would call me back in 4 hours. It has been 4 hours. No call back I am done with QVC.

Horrible

QVC is such a pain! Sometimes they have return labels included and other times they don't and make it impossible to get. Exchanges never seem to so they just charge a return and never exchange. Qualify terrible. Customer service can't do anything. So many other platforms with free returns, better quality and easier use!

QVC as a whole is now very unorganized.
I placed an order during their July sales; a (2) pitcher set and a sweater dress.
I use Firefox on a norm, the chat doesn't open. The online chat only seems to work on internet explorer, which freezes and closes the webpage for me. Thus, I called on 4 separate occasions during apparent store hours; leaving 2 voice messages and calling the number left on the order invoice and on the QVC website.
To this day, I haven't received a response. Instead my account that has been active and ordering for over 4 years was suddenly closed.
My sister (an avid shopper) managed to contact them via chat using Microsoft Edge was told they're very busy at the moment fulfilling orders. She luckily got to keep her account.

QVC, if you know during certain times of the year there's an influx of orders- I implore you to hire more seasonal representatives.

Slow shipping!

I have been a regular QVC customer for years due to the excellent quality of the merchandise. I had come to expect long waits for my orders. I now shop on Amazon and see that Prime orders arrive within hours or 2 days at the most! For this reason alone, I am considering leaving QVC and giving all my online business to Amazon!

Not The Same

I've been a customer for more than 10 yrs. Some of my purchases were great quality and some not so great. That's typical though, hit and miss when shopping. Customer services has always been polite and professional.

I have notice a change in product quality. I use to love the Temp-tations nonstick bakeware & cookware. According to their advertising, it's suppose to last for many years to come. I ordered a Le Cruset stock pot, which is suppose to be top of the line, not for me. The Lock and Lock containers are one of my favorite items. Some of my bakeware starting cracking over time and the porcelain baking tray (came with the casserole dish) broke apart in my oven. My stock pot's lid squirted the liquid content all over my stove, from moisture building up around the lid. Wasn't even spill proof. Both items cost a pretty penny too. The Lock and Lock container's rubber seal builds up mildew, from water buildup underneath. I had to start taking the seal out while washing and drying the seal seperate. That possibility was never mention when I purchased my items. They suggest you remove the seal before washing now. Guess I wasn't the only one to complain.
Usually, getting a refund was super quick, within 24 hrs. I was told by a rep, it would take up to 10 days now to see my refund posted back to my card. Their email stated, "contact us if you don't see your refund posted into your account within two billing statement cycles". That's 2 mons... what the heck QVC?!

Things just aren't the same anymore. I don't know if it's new ownership, new management, or effects for the pandimic. I am more weary of buying from QVC. I will always read the reviews before purchasing items from now on.

I ordered Josie Maran 2 large size body butter, I never received it. I was told I had to wait 20 days to reorder, guess what, the product is gone. No kidding, it was a great price. So disappointing

QVC is a company which victimize their members if you want to stop as a member. Do not ever buy anything from them because of their attitude and expensive holidays which they want your money but cannot deliver. I stopped my membership 6years ago and still get monthly billed. Now they want to penelize me for not want to be a member. How ridiculous is such a company policy. They mislead you with their presentation and after that you struggle to have a good holiday. Read up about timeshares and you will find endless negative stuff which is true. They are sharks.

I have been with QVC since the start. They always had great customer service and always put the customers first. Their service in the last couple of years has become horrible. The quality of the merchandise is not to what it used to be. I purchased an item and ask to exchange it for a difference size, customers service advised me that they will send the other size out as soon as the post office receives the item. It's going on 2 wks and nothing so I looked at my account online to find out they not only didn't ship out the new size item, but they still haven't received the returned item. I called and found out the item is in CA, one state from AZ. The rep told me it first went in the other direction to TX before going back to AZ and then onto CA. I was also told the previous rep did not note anything in my account and never shipped out the other size. Now the item is sold out! It is so frustrating to lose an item you were expecting because of horrible customer service reps. I did ask for a manager, however, now you have to wait for them to call you back.

A couple of months ago I was informed that an item I purchased on auto-delivery was being canceled with no explanation. I called and was told they weren't making enough money to continue the auto-delivery program for that item. It's sad to see how far down QVC has gone. They have now lost another customer.

Still Waiting...

Had a problem, shipping address changed without my knowledge. Called QVC. 1st call, was told to investigate it myself. 2nd call
20 mins on hold the hung up on. 3rd call accused of changing info myself. 3rd time trying to get items I paid for.
I wrote the CEO. Very dissatisfied, unhappy, insulted and frustrated. Get your house in order or you will lose business. (I still haven't received my items.)

Tsv tote for 69$ joke by ameri a snd beyond. Uses ametica in co name fool shoppers. Not made in america but overseas by little hands. Its horrid too big. Fill eith junk and hurt shoulder. Go. 99 cent store or thrift. Best. Junky toye not woryh $1
