I ordered a stabilizer for my cherokee on 6/23/22, which they listed as in stock, and charged me for on the 24th. A few days later they emailed me to say it was coming from a 3rd party. I sent a return email to customer service questioning this. I finally got a response, one week later, that they would look into it. On 7/7 got an email saying I would be refunded in 3 business days. Today is the 13th, and still have not received my stolen funds. Tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes, when I decided I would just initiate legal proceedings against these scammers. Be very leery of this company.
I placed 3 orders with Quadratec. I was given a delivery window from 06/26-06/27. Either dates were acceptable to me and hence I didn't asked for rush service and saved some $$. I received one order a day late on 06/28. The others two are still pending. Customer support says to check with USPS. I checked with USPS and they have no update and cannot provide update unless I have track order. Kayla was the person I was dealing with. I called the 800 number and was hold on for 20min. Well, Will I do business with them again? I don't think so...
I ordered a replacement window for my Jeep wrangler, paid extra for fed ex overnight. It's now day 5, and it still hasn't been shipped. There's no one to call, so I went through their live chat. They told me it's a 3rd party vender that ships out the parts so they have no idea or clue what goes on and couldn't give me a quick answer. They told me it would take 2-4 business days to get a status on my order. So much for paying extra for overnight delivery. I will never order from them again.
I ordered a bimini top, a front windshield bar for mounting along with some door trim pieces to secure the fit. Packaging arrives, missing the bimini cover. I call, customer service is nice, they apologize, say they'll get one out but that it will take a while because it's in Nevada (I live in Florida), 14 days later and I still don't have my cover.
During this time I realize I needed to also order some mounting bolts for the trim pieces, so I order those as well. Today, the package shows up - wrong parts in the box. I call customer service, once again super nice, but I still have a Jeep that I removed the hardtop on and it's now raining out and my only solution is to ask a friend to help me remount the hardtop. I'm guessing that even when the bimini cover arrives, I'll likely have to wait for the mounting bolts 2nd package attempt to arrive.
I've used Quadratec before, and for the most part I've been pleased, but these 2 back to back mess ups have me frustrated.
I have made several purchases from Quadratech's website with good results. Prices are good and very fast shipping. The reason for the four-star rating is because a recent purchase of a brake hose kit that I bought wasn't of the best engineering. I called Quadratech and they are helping me with the return of the item. That is great service in my book! I will continue to make future purchases with Quadratech.
Ordered items, and half were on back order, but the other half were sent to me. One arrived broken, so I contacted Quadratec and they're sending me one when it comes back in stock, but I have to return the broken one through FedEx, which means I have to drive to FedEx to send them a $15 part that was broken of no fault of my own. Disappointing.
The order process was simple and the products came on time as expected. Only issues I had (but I have to share some of the blame) were:
I emailed to cancel part of my order, it came anyway. The mirrors I ordered dont fit. I thought I ordered based on the catalog I was sent and I was told by a friend, the catalog only has products that fit your vehicle. I will have to return these and figure out the correct parts. I am new to the Jeep world and probably should have paid closer attention.
I will order again and would have rated better, but it didnt work out this time.

The low satisfaction is because I paid for one day shipping and got it a week later. And that's twice I'm a row that's happened. I wouldn't have minded waiting if I didn't pay for the fast shipping you offered me.
I bought the quadratop adventure top sw/e2 fold sunrear for my Jeep I'm 2016. In June of 2020 we had a hail storm here in Colorado. It punched a small hole in rear window. I called quadratec and they told me they would send replacement window. Here we are in December 2020 and the window finally tore the window to shreds from that small hole. I've contacted this company every 3 weeks since June and gotten the same answer. It will be sent in one week. Now I'm in the position where I don't have a back window at all in Colorado during the window. Up until this point quadatrec was my go to for accessories and I always recommended them to other Jeep owners. I will no longer purchase or recommend them to anyone.
According to the directions there were supposed to be some discs to go over the battery terminal but they weren't in the bag also had to grind the one that went on the positive post because the hole was drilled off

Bought a soft top for my new Jeep Wrangler JL from Quadratec. When the top arrived I took my hard top off and when I went to install the soft top one of the cardboard boxes in the large shipping box was empty and therefore I was missing parts and could not install the top. I called quadratec right away and they blamed it on Mopar who makes the top, and they said that within 24 hours they will know what is going on. I called back 3 days later and they said someone would call Mopar and get back to me. Another 3 days went by and I heard nothing, so I called again and waited on hold for 45 or so minutes again, and was told that someone would call Mopar and get back to me that day. Surprise, suprise, no one ever got back to me. Its been a week since I have had the top and I still can't use it. I would love to know if I am ever going to get these parts or if I need to put my hardtop back on. Very disappointed in Quadratec and their customer service.
Purchased a product for a very specific purpose (allowed for a newer engine with fuel injection into older vehicle chassis). While pricing was similar to the original manufacturer of the product, the piece of mind that was provided by ordering through Quadratrec (and their commitment to customer service) made the selection to use them a "no brainer".
Your customer service is always fabulous. One of my items which was a spray cleaner was on back order and I only added it to the cart to make up the free shipping. I called up and was easily able to cancel with no penalty. The coasters for the cupholders did not fit and I was sent a return label so I did not have to pay for the shipping to return
The bed is really nice once you figure out the correct amount of air to pump in, otherwise it can feel too firm. The air pump sometimes doesn't want to engage when the knob is turned, but after reinserting the battery a few times, it works. Not a big issue, took it camping for a few days and it works great, doesn't leak air at all and keeps its firmness for days.
I needed a document from quadratec so my shocks could be posted to me. Emailed both customer service and info emails and also tried them online. Waste of time. More than $600 at stake! Internatioal buyers need to be proactive when making a purchase and deal with sales reps rather than the online check out option especially when youre getting your items sent through to a freight forwarder. Quadratec have great presentation and catalog so if you're making a formidable purchase then deal with the people there rather than a website! Their customerservice and info emails have both been discontinued.
Ive received the Quadracrap catalogs for years, so when they had an item I wanted and guaranteed free delivery in less than a week, I placed the order.
Dont be like me! The will screw you, lie to you, make excuses and youll have a grand old time getting your money back.

I purchased a clock spring with Quadratrec and I needed it quick so I could finish mu customer's vehicle, and it came very fast. The price was also great, very affordable, less then half the price from he dealer. Will definilty buy more parts from them.
Worst service on the planet. Ordered several parts to replace a sway bar including the bolts for the mounts. Bolts were backordered so I told them to cancel that part of the order. They refused and said they could not cancel it (lie!). Weeks later they finally get around to sending them. They only sent 3 of 4 bolts. They do not respond to email. They say their hours are 9AM-9PM but when you call they say they are closed and hang up. I will go elsewhere from here on out!
