I ordered a bimini top, a front windshield bar for mounting along with some door trim pieces to secure the fit. Packaging arrives, missing the bimini cover. I call, customer service is nice, they apologize, say they'll get one out but that it will take a while because it's in Nevada (I live in Florida), 14 days later and I still don't have my cover.
During this time I realize I needed to also order some mounting bolts for the trim pieces, so I order those as well. Today, the package shows up - wrong parts in the box. I call customer service, once again super nice, but I still have a Jeep that I removed the hardtop on and it's now raining out and my only solution is to ask a friend to help me remount the hardtop. I'm guessing that even when the bimini cover arrives, I'll likely have to wait for the mounting bolts 2nd package attempt to arrive.
I've used Quadratec before, and for the most part I've been pleased, but these 2 back to back mess ups have me frustrated.
