They screwed up two orders in a row. The last order I was charged twice. They say it is a bank issue, but there are separate charges for the same order of the same amount on my bank statement. This is not the first time they screwed up but it is the last time I deal with them. I should have ordered everything from northridge4x4,10 years and never a problem,
It appeared the item was a return from someone else. The bolt packaging was all open, the shipping box was inside another box and there was a return slip from someone else in the box. I was under the impression I was buying a new product from you.
Quadratec is my vendor of choice for all my jeep parts and accessories. Sometimes the items aren't a perfect match but a lot of them are aftermarket so it is a lot of times to be expected. Ordering is easy and usually get things quick, complete, and undamaged.
The keychain I ordered did not have a color description on the product page, so I took a gamble expecting to get a darker color keychain, but instead got an almost-white one. Probably my fault, but i just needed to add the item to my order so that I could get free shipping. Quadratec needs to clearly label which color is which so people know what they are getting.

Ordered something a month ago, I have not received it. Sent three emails, no response. Called the company and they said the FedEx office in Hagerstown Maryland was closed due to Covid. I called FedEx they had never been closed, they had always been open. Call the company back and they said they would look into it. Haven't heard anything. Do not order anything from this company.

Received 2 different email with 2 different tracking numbers both stating the order had been cancelled by the shipping had to call customer service and was told there was a different tracking number and would bumoer would be delivered that same day.
Other than that product was packed decently and good quality
The order process was simple bu there was some confusion between Quadratec and FedEx about the delivery date which led me to believe the item would be delivered a couple days sooner. The item that was delivered has performed as desired and I am happy with what I received for the price I paid.

Product had paint damage due to manufacturer packaging material, customer service gave a discount to help pay for the enamel to fix the chipped area. They are rails so they will get damaged eventually. Overall amazing product, great customer service, and great addition to the JLUX.
Ordered seat covers 3/28 got note on back order. Tried to call CS several times since and couldn't get through, sometimes holding more than 10 min. Finally got fed up and emailed 5/18 didn't get a response till 5/24 but no definitive answer on when I could expect my seats. Called again 6/02 got a body but seat covers still on back order. Called again 6/09, now on my 3rd attempt of the day and so far been holding 9:03min. If you think the cable companies have horrible CS, try Quadratec

I still don't know if my password is updated on Quadratec's side. UPDATE: products arrive the day after it was scheduled but I wasn't in a rush. Still arrived quicker than expected given supply disruptions. Follow-up on the order was above expectations.

Ordered a hood support rod clip which broke on first attempt to clip in hood support rod. First issue is low quality parts. Now for customer support. Doesnt exist. Just have to eat the loss and shop somewhere else.

My zip code is ******* as well is by Billing Zip Code for my Discover Card. Your system would only let me enter ******* which is another Zip Code for Jonesboro. Need to update your system.
Normally everything goes great with Quadratec. In this case, I was sent the wrong part. Stuff happens. I contacted customer service and requested the correct part and expedited shipping as my Jeep was in pieces in the garage waiting for the part. That was on a Friday. I got the correct part on Wednesday after it sat all weekend going nowhere. It was shipped on Monday instead of Friday and got here in 2 days which is respectable Really? You couldn't ship the part out on Friday or Saturday? In the end it took 2 weeks to get my $9 part which I could have ordered on Amazon and gotten in 2 days.
I have used Quadratec several times in the past and they have always given me great products, affordable prices and consistant great service. I like the fact they are my go to one stop shop for my Jeep accessories!
Not a single local tire store could get the Nitto Ridge Grappler tires in the size I needed. In less than five minutes my Quadratec order was complete and my tires arrived three days later with free shipping.
I was happy with everything except the quality of the parts I received. Two of the three screws for mounting the antenna broke off even though they were going into pre-existing holes the same size. Poor quality screws unfortunately. I was barely able to get them back out with vise grips after they broke off.
I'd really like to rate zero stars! I ordered the Bestop soft top on June 18th, during shipping is was supposedly damaged and sent back to Quadretec. They never once notified me of this, I found out by tracking the order thru the shipper. I emailed multiple times with no response, called several times and sat on hold from 30-45 minutes. First costumer service rep said they were out of stock and had no ETA, so I asked for my $1,500 refund knowing all the holiday sales were going on. Over a week goes by and no refund and holiday sales are done. I call Quadretec again and sit on hold, finally talk to a sales rep that gives me no explanation were my $1,500 is instead tells me someone else will call me, then rudely says he's busy! I have yet to hear back from this other person or get my money back. I'm feel like I'm out $1,500 and have never even been given an explanation or apology. I am beyond upset and frustrated with this whole situation!
