Good customer service and life warranty on some products are excellent hassle free. Straight forward and quick. Website is excellent and good details on products and pictures compare to competition hands down.

I had to modify the part to make it fit my 2020 Gladiator. It looks like the right part but the tabs didn't line up. I only ordered it because it said it was verified to fit my vehicle when I ordered it. I chose to modify it because it is a super inexpensive part and I didn't want to wait for the replacement.

I paid for ground shipping which I would think the package would be delivered sooner. It was sitting at a FedEx location for 4 days prior to moving, which was a bummer since I paid for expedited shipping.

We ordered the Tube Doors for our 2021 Jeep in Nov of 2021 and they've taken the money, but we've gotten nothing. They say they're on backorder, but when we call in, we're on hold for HOURS. Never talked to a person. If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business!

Slow to ship, drop ships most everything and messes up their orders with manufacturers. Combine this with slow shipping, you wait a long time for the wrong parts then have to wait a long time for the right parts/ fixes to the first order.

Not great. The only issue I had is that I had my order shipped to a different address because it is a present. I had to call a second time to verify my banking information because it was not taken care of correctly on the first call. It took a week before it actually was shipped out because of this.

Not able to rate you guys, all due to an issue I'm having with the bedrug I purchased. Not having luck getting an response how and when my problem will be taken care of! If I had to rate you now, it would be a 1 star with a bad review!

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. The product received was defective. I contacted customer service which was great and is providing free return shipping. Product gets a zero but customer service gets a 5 star.

2nd time trying to place this order. Took awhile to find the OEM parts on the site but, when I hit "Proceed" to place the order, it failed telling me the system was down for maintenance and zero'd out my cart so I was unable to place items under my wishlist till ordering. Then I received an email the next day saying the items were still in my cart but, logging back in showed my cart to still be zero. Frankly, a little frustrating.

I've bought a number of products for my classic XJ Cherokee and YJ Wrangler and found Quadratech to be quite reliable and the products generally high quality. For many projects, such as suspension steering components, for example, there's typically a range of levels of quality depending upon how much you want to spend. The website experience is very good overall, allowing to find and order what you're looking without much trouble.

The experience was fine but I guess I didn't pay attention to the order because I thought I was receiving mats for a 2 door but instead received mats for an unlimited. The front mats work fine though.

I have made multiple orders where I received inferior/damaged items or items that quickly failed. While Quadratec is good at resolving these issues, it is frustrating to receive items that are not as described or not as reliable as depicted.

I ordered the parts because they had them in-stock. Other wise I would have made them. I have had problems getting parts from them because they were out of stock and had to come from the manufacturer.

Excellent Customer Service. After reading some reviews, I had a few questions regarding the fit of some items. I called customer service and all my questions were answered. I ordered the items and each fit perfectly.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Quadratec my leveling/lift kit was delivered the day after ordering it which was convenient for me to get it installed as soon as possible. This was my first purchase through Quadratec and I will definitely be ordering from them again for everything else I'll need!

Talked to Brianna about the compatibility for installation purposes of a rancho lift kit (that I have installed for 20 years) and replacing with a Quadratec kit -Rancho not available. Very informative and knowledgeable.

I have a 2019 JL
I ordered the part for that model but it does not fit. There is a piece on either side of my grill that does not allow the part to fit. Is there a trick to getting it to fit?

Two of the bolts on the bumper are not straight which is preventing the bumper from being places in the holes probably. Due to the bolts not being straight is preventing the bumper from being put in at all

Ordered a 54$ part from them july 9th. Recieved an email saying the part was back order and could take up to 4 weeks to ship. 3 months later i call to see whats going on and they tell me its still on back order. No notification what so ever. I asked why no one contacted me and the guy said its their policy to send that first email and then its up to ME to call or try to find out why i havent received my part. That was a month ago. Today (4 months less 2 days after ordering) i received an email saying that my payment method wasnt approved (i payed with paypal). I called again, he said its cause it took too long and i needed to try again or another payment method. I told him to cancel my order and hung up. Zero customer service. I operate a small business (30-35 employees), if i gave this kind of service to my customers i would have been out of business a LONG TIME AGO. Dont waste your time with these guys, shop elsewhere

Everything has been good that I have ordered, I do have two exhaust pipes I ordered (U*******) that are still on back order, not very happy about this. I thing you should mark it as unavailable when I try to order them.
