I received an email with a photo of a nice shade for the back of the Jeep. It appeared to be a kit. Instead it was just the fabric. That needs to be painfully clear in the email and the ad. The photo is what sold it, the incomplete product is getting returned

Perhaps put an * (asterisk) or some other marker stating "If you own a Wrangler S, and you want to install this passenger mirror, you may need to purchase new hinges or drill holes in the existing hinges." Might have helped me A LOT.

This is the Amazing site have seen ever. The most good thing is withdrawal system. Its too fast and easy. I love to use quotex. I påsfer everyone to use guotex. Really great

I ordered 6 items and paid for 6 items 2 1/2 weeks ago. I received 3 items quickly but missing 3 items. Checked the website several times with zero update on status of missing items. Have emailed customer service 2 times with zero response. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. Just emailed customer service a third time. Poor customer service.

We received the order in a timely manner however the cargo mat does not fit our 2019 jeep Cherokee. We love the front and back floor mats but need to return the cargo mat for a refund or obtain the correct cargo mat for our jeep

I am a new Jeep owner and am working on accessories for my new Jeep. I have placed two orders and received both of those orders very quickly (within a week or less) and have been very happy with the quality of the products.

I would've liked to have gotten an email when the order was originally cancelled. It was cancelled without noticed and I received a refund. Then a week later I got charged again and got an email that it had shipped.

I ordered a full top from them 10 years ago. They screwed that order up so bad I swore off of quadratic. Recently I made another order, hoping they had changed, not a chance.
They sent the wrong sun visors.
They sent the wrong rail covers for the roll bars.
They sent the wrong seal for the windshield. I ordered the outer seal, they sent the inner seal.
I ordered a full top, this showed up broken. The plastic on the top rail that goes across the windshield was cracked into pieces. This happened when it was packaged, the damage to the box was inside, no outside damage to the box at all.

Personally, hell will freeze over before I buy anything else from quadratic.

I placed an order for item which said in stock ships 2-3 days. After one week no shipping or info. I asked for shipping info and was told shipping from MFR. I will never use this site again!
Thanks for taking my $450 for nothing. I couldve found an actual place in stock rather than the lies your company has been feeding me for the past 4 days/

Tuff to find specific parts to fit my specific Jeep. If I put in the year and model it will show parts that don't even fit my year and model it's very frustrating to look and and go through 40 or so parts to find what fits my make year and model.

The order process was easy enough. The product is what I ordered but the quality of the finished product was questionable. It is functional but the finish on the product was what I would expect from someone who did it in their home in their shop. Not professionally done by any means. I. E I could do it better myself without allot of effort.

Credit card I used was expired on day of use and Quadratrec made it too hard to correct the problem via their web site so i ordered the bar from a different supplier, I never received my order from quadratic at all.

I ordered the Fab Four front stubby with the grill guard and the one I received looked like someone used it and returned it. Scratches all over it and the box it came in was a mess. I went one and called customer service and explained how it was and they shipped a new one out right away that is in mint condition. The only problem with the new one was fed ex who is the shipper said if it was damaged he was not taking it back and said I could not refuse it. Quadratec should look into another company to deliver there products.

Match the color descriptions on the website to match what the manufacturer calls it... had I known I was selecting "Copper", which is how the product was labeled by the manufacturer, I would've ordered a different color. The website listed it as "Brown".

Always great service and great products received! Never had a bad experience and they are always there to help with any questions and will follow up with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Bought front bump stops as well as rear ones. The rear ones were a breeze to install. The front ones are inside the coils. Don't know how I'm going to replace those. But it was really the rear ones that were shot anyway.

I have ordered from Quadratec on many occasions and have been satisfied. One of the Rampage seat covers ripped at the seam as i was placing them on the seat. There wasnt much effort on the cover so i can only assume the seam was weak.

Great experience all products in one location. It was great until i got to this stupid survey. I dont care to tell you the product was great but asking me to right a paragraph about a freaking wiring harness is rediculous.

Purchased shifter extension for 95 YJ.
The overall length is perfect, But the threads do not go far enough inside it causing it too not screw on flush. It leaves a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap where it connects that is very noticable. The male threads are also slightly short making it difficult to use factory locking nut for the shifter knob.

Overall it does work to extend the shifter making shifting much more comfortable, but looks poor.
