Paid extra for the two small pieces of fender trim that run along the body and they don't fit. 6 piece kit versus 4 piece. The angle they are cut isn't even close to matching up to the fender flare once it's installed. They're also too long and the holes aren't aligned with the factory holes on the Jeep.

Great prices and great products. If I had known that ordering shocks for my lifted 25 year old Jeep would have been this easy and successful, I would have ordered them 10 years ago. Awesome product, great fitment, great price.

The instructions in the box were a breeze for my husband and two of his friends. Installed in 45 minutes. The fact that you have the instructions on your site are also beneficial for those who lose the paper ones.

Quadratec did a great job! Products were delivered in a timely manner! Only problems were one order delivered to a different address (FedEx problem) and the locking latches didn't fit my jk very well. Everything else was great!

Everything is great except the ridiculous amount of time I spend trying to prove I'm not a robot when I log on. I mean come on. The most ridiculously lengthy captcha of all time. I answered four consecutive challenges to log on today. The a lot of the images are so abstract they have to be mulled over. Are we involved with highly sensitive information here?

L order a vinyl cab cover from your internet page. And i received a different cover l try to contact quadratec no answer. L chat with some one and l was told that l use an old catalog.to please the order this is not right, im veru unhappy

These CJ turn signals are JUST AWESOME! I haven't installed them yet, but they've got lenses and bulbs and plugs and everything. Am I digging them? Heck yeah! I'm glad they go the the front so they're going to be seen first when I pull up the the PAR-TAY! Rock on, Quadratec! When they legalize marriage between a man and a Jeep parts supplier, I'm bringing you a ring! You literally light up my life!

Order the visors, received them, and installed them. They are of high quality and fit perfectly. The only problem is me, I order two not knowing they were sets. I called your return department, they are sending me a label to return the other set. This is great customer service. Thank you.

Quadratec is the best to deal with and always has what I'm looking for. The only negative I have at all is some paint flaking off the brand new bumper. It's not worth not installing the bumper or taking off the vehicle now that I've installed it, I just wish it wasn't already happening when I pull it from the box.

12/30/21 I ordered a set of front and rear doors from Quadratec. Item # *******. Quantity is (1) which means a single quantity includes four total doors. Price $799.99 + tax.

3/25/22 the doors shipped, and my Amercan Express card was charged twice for $859.03. There should have only been a single charge of $859.03.

I emailed Quadratec on 3/25/22 and 3/29/22 and have not received a reply. I've attempted calling numerous times but have never reached anyone. I've only reached an automated voicemail which places me on hold and no one ever answers despite waiting a half hour or longer. As of today 4/4/22 I tried calling and reached a busy tone.

I've contacted AMEX to dispute the errant second charge, and also filed a complaint with the BBB. If you are customer considering doing business with Quadratec be warned. I will be taking my business to other companies who answer the phone and do not create billing problems.

Easy and quick-great product selection-took about 4 extra days from when said estimated date and box came in half opened and smooshed-products were fine on inside. Know with Covid everything is backed up though-glad to get them'

Fast shipment and wires are good quality. I am very happy with this purchase. Numbers for cylinders on wires weren't all correct, but no big deal. That wasn't something I really cared about as you can tell directly where at he wires go

No thank you. Horrible company to deal with. The customer service is unfriendly and when they make a mistake (which they will), they will make excuses and blame YOU the buyer. I ordered gears…yes you heard that right…I ordered gears and they sold the only set to someone else. I called multiple times expanding the coarse it several weeks and they don't have a clue about what's going on. All they do is mark up on other peoples parts. They are NOT the manufacturer or distributor. They are nothing but a company that takes your order, marks up on the parts and has them drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Unbelievable this kind of business practice goes on. So not only have I had to deal with lousy customer service, but I could have bought the same parts somewhere else for less without the insane markup.

Purchased topper bolts for our 2018 wrangler (dealer ‘didn't know' they were missing and wouldn't replace). Process couldn't have been easier, price was good, delivery was early (!), and product worked perfectly! Great job

Wanted to phone Quadratec to see if they had a shorter mounting spline for the rack that would fit my vehicle, but could not find any customer service phone number in the product documentation or on the web site. There should be. Ended up shortening one the splines myself.

I've seen lots of complaints recently with Quadratec, but I think that's generally focused on larger items damaged in shipping (bumpers) or backordered items. I could not have asked for better on this one - ordered it Monday night, it shipped Tuesday, and arrived on Wednesday. I picked up my Jeep and installed the Tazer mini w/ no issues. Perfect order from start to finish on this one.

Ordering was quick and easy. Easy to install. Friendly suggestion. Watch the YouTube video before reading the instructions. Reason? It gives two options for installation and I found when placing the rack on top, I reversed and went back and did it the Youtube way. Much easier.
