Quadratec

During packing some of my order was misplaced. After a call to Quadratec the replacement parts was sent the same day as the call. I had them in my hands in two days. Can't ask for better service than Quadratec provided.

So far while fixing up an old cherokee xj that I got a good deal for, this place has been my best bet for parts on this 22 year old clunker that I love too much. Outside of that parts are on time, and they follow up to make sure orders happened as they should.

Good products but follow up needs some work. I have another order I'm waiting on. I ordered it the same day. When I check order stus it says warehouse processing and direct ship from vendor. I have asked twice when it would ship in the live chat. No one has given me an answer yet.

I received my order in a timely manner but was missing one price that never showed up but showed delivered? I was able to chat online with a representative that explained it had been lost in transit, then overnighted the product at no extra cost. It was an overall good experience :)

1 of the 4 item sent was wrong. I called and was told it was the only one they have. Did my research on the website and found two similar items. I Called the second time and gave the two item numbers. The right one will be sent to me. Overall, I am very satisfied. First customer service person should have done the research but took the easy route by saying that's all they have. Last customer service person made it right.

I have ordered before and the products and speed have always been great. This time, with such an expensive item, I was a little disappointed by the way it arrived to me and the needed modifications that will be required to make a "ready" item actually be ready to use properly

Most orders I've placed usually ship out on time, or at least by the next business date depending on when the order was placed. Their site is usually up to date on whether something is on backorder or not, or if it's something that will be sent directly from the manufacturer or another supplier/retailer. So far I've never had an issue with incorrect items being sent.

Quadratec has great stuff at reasonable prices. You should pay attention to what's in stock and what's not, though. Sometimes, what appears to be in stock actually isn't. I get a message from Quadratec saying the item isn't in stock any more and is backordered. When that happens to me, I cancel the order immediately. I find it better than waiting an indefinite period for an item.

Site was easy to navigate had no trouble finding what I needed. The shipping was excellent and quick haven't had a chance to install the product yet due to bad storms so can't really rate the quality of the product but from the way it looks I should have no trouble with it looks very well done

I have always had a great experience with quadratec and i will definitely be using you guys again. The only slight mess up was the front bumper box had a rip through it and when I got the bumper out of the box one of the light tabs was bent. I was able to pins it out with a sand hammer though so it's all good.

I searched on line for a rack that would allow you full access to the door of your jeep wrangler and I know by brand name that Yama---- was well know so I bought it and installed it and it is in use already. Super easy to install for me, but may challenge others to pull the tire off the mount, etc but my experience was great!

Quick and easy with a nice selection. Waiting to see how the delivery goes for further update.
Incorrect product. It was probably my fault but I needed a JL grille and received a gladiator grille.
Other than that, it was a nice experience with prompt shipping.

I bought ball joints (dv8) from quadratec I am a 20 year ase master tech after installing and grease 3 week later my steering would stick and not return after checking everything over I determined one of the ball joints was sticking. Contacted quadratec and they said they would warranty them this was in March 2023 it is now June 2023 no ball joints but lots of emails saying they are on back order and will be shipped when available. I contacted quadratec to see when I would receive them and was asked for pics of damage but am not able to do so with the nature of the issue. Long story they tell me it's not the ball joints causing the issue and must be something else and they are not going to warranty them so after 3 months of emails saying they will be shipped when available now I have to buy new ones. Moral is but from someone that will honor the warranty read reviews even one customer saying they don't honor warranty is too many.

Hard to find this part. It didn't tell me what size the holes are in the spindle or what cap size for the universal joint that will go in it. So I got the wrong one. Sending it back cost me 14 dollars. And your going to charge me a restocking fee. What the hell.

I appreciate that you have first time customers call in to verify that it is them ordering the parts as an anti-fraud measure. Beyond that, parts arrived shortly after confirmation, and the service was excellent. The clips unfortunately did exactly what the clips do: one broke while I was pushing it in to the slot.

Fedex took forever to ship it- jumped over my state and almost to the other side of the country and the shirt is too big and i've been waiting on a response to return/exchange it for over a week now... most sites you order from you can just return a shirt, not have to wait for approval

Some how after using the shop by vehicle(I have a 2006 LJ) sort filter, I purchased wheels for a newer Wrangler. Of course they didn't fit my LJ, I contacted Quadratek. Lea was very helpful and I'm sending them back for a full refund. Great customer service.

We haven't put the hood kit on our Jeep yet so we don't know for sure if it will work/fit. The hood kit we seen in the Quadratec magazine was not the same order # or cost that was online which is odd.

Good and fast shipping but I wish whole sale accounts would get a bigger price break or not have to pay shipping. The products are advertised free shipping but if some one orders it through me I only save around $20 and then I have to pay shipping.

Product was easy to order, received in a timely manner and met all my expectations. A very good product for the price. Just what I needed to allow me to venture out in my jeep in this uncertain weather we have been experiencing in the south. Very satisfied..
