Unfortunately there was a problem on my end with billing address and shipping address. Caitlin went above and beyond rectifying the situation for me. Thank you to her and the rest of the quadratec family

I've used quadratec for 30-ish years. Service is always dependable and to the point. Any issues are taken care of like i am the only customer. Parts are always well described and pictures are accurate.

For this purchase, fine, but a lot of orders placed end up as "on backorder" the day before it's supposed to be shipped. I ordered a tire cover with the understanding shipment was a couple months out, but the day before it was supposed to ship, it turned into "backorder" with no further information or updated shipping date given. Very frustrating.

The only reason I gave this company a 4 is because they use Fedex the WORST delivery company out there. Why would a good company like Quadratec even use a delivery company rated as 1? Fedex could careless about delivery or our packages. I truly believe you all need to look at using UPS, yeah it may cost more but you get what you pay for.

I don't blame y'all for everything being out of stock. Infact I have another order with an arb twin compressor. Y'all took my money when y'all said it was going to ship. Then sent me an email that it was back ordered again.

Received the bumpers, bends were not the same and the paint was the worst quality I have ever seen. Did a live chat, Lorraine asked me for a picture, sent one and never heard back. Then found out the flares were on "backorder" from crown automotive. Found a listing on eBay from crown automotive selling the same flares. I asked them if they are on back order and they replied that they have plenty available. Not sure why Quadratec told me they are on backorder. I would say the customer service is lacking in many areas and their products are not as described. These were supposed to be direct stock replacements not "close" to original. I will never deal with Quadra tech or crown automotive again. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else.

No problems navigating the site or checking out. Good selection of parts, but I'm miffed that the expensive door hinge "kit" I ordered doesn't come with the mounting hardware. The wasn't explained in the catalog.

The items purchased came earlier then expected, well packaged and in perfect condition. The products I ordered were also the cheapest in comparison to other vendors. The email receipt was legible and straight forward. My experience was awesome.

I received the bumper. It's a tight fit which is fine. There is some wear on the joints where the removable wings meet the stubby section that will need to be painted which is disappointing. But otherwise ok.

I am totally dissatisfied with Quadratec, I Place an order then the tell me it's unavailable. So I cancel the order and order from another company, the I receive the order from Quadratec now I have two.
I placed another order for a different item, I never received it and they tell me it was returned. Their customer service SUCKS big time. I called, waited 20//5 minutes had to hang up. So I went on line for a live chat, waited 20 minutes, finally someone comes on line and as were chatting, I asked a question, didn't hear back, then he comes on line telling me they handle multiple chats at one time. If I had to wait that long it would be nice to know I have his full attention. I'm done with Quadratec!

Easy to order - used the chat feature to confirm a $50 dollars shipping rate - which was a little deceiving when the Quadratec webpage claims free shipping with purchase of 100 dollar purchase. Item was on sale which was the driving force for me to order and then with the shipping cost it was an added expense I did not expect. Rock Sliders were easy to install - look great! Just wish the company was more transparent with their freight shipping rates.

I received item early. The item dropped in price 6 days after I placed my order. They stated that they would credit it me with the difference. Waiting to see if it happens. My experience was very good.

Quadratech is my go-to shopping vendor for my Jeep accessories. They have a huge selection of items with a good on-line presence that shows how the products work and how to install them. This is very helpful when shopping.

I have ordered many things from Quadratec since the summer of 1990. Overall, my experiences with your business has been very good. I did have one snafu with one order, but you got it worked out to my satisfaction.

Shipping was fast and the price was right. However I'm still waiting for the $100 gift card that was supposed to come with my purchase. It was listed as a separate item on the invoice but still no sign of it. Ive sent a message to Quadratec Customer support a few days ago. Still waiting on a reply.

Very nice everything installed just fine. The track bar was also easy to install. This fixed some of the "walking issues" we had but we still have some more work to correct the lift that was installed incorrectly by previous owner

Shopping is always easy and quick delivery. The instructions were easy to understand… I did almost all installation by myself but had to have help tuning the winch cables to the battery from under the engine or I needed longer arms!

My order was not shipped till I contacted your customer service dept 6 days after placing my order. Apparently my order was just sitting there in the que pending to ship. Horrible first time experience, but glad the customer service rep was able to figure it out for me.

Had an issue with an incorrect part number being ordered initially. Quadratec customer service was prompt to correct the issue and immediately issued shipping arrangements for the return of the product.

Easy online shopping. Tutorial videos are great! I like to watch even on the simple things. It's usually the small steps skipped that make the little tasks hard. The videos are a great reminder of all steps and tricks if needed.
