Good. Ordered replacement items needed for my CJ7. Received what I ordered in a timely manner, in fact better time than was originally told. Have not had an opportunity yet to install the items I ordered so I can't say anything regarding their quality or fit. However, looking at them as received I don't expect to have any issues in either installing them or their intended function.

Rather than leave you at the same page as the item that was just purchased, the "keep shopping" button should bring the shopper back to the page before that; probably where the "search" was conducted. For instance, after buying the upper radiator hose, I would rather see the search page for radiator hoses so I could buy the lower hose. This is true for many other items. Also, the quantity shown on the "Cart" didn't always update after a purchase selection, Though when I went to the cart page, the item was there.

So, I waited 8 days to call "customer support" about this order. After waiting 33 minutes for a representative, 'Joe' came on the line. He apologized profusely for the fact that after two weeks I still had not received my part and said there was an issue at the warehouse. Fair enough, sh@t happens. 'Joe' told me that he would send me an email TODAY( 7/7/20) on the expected shipping date for my missing part. To my shock [sarcasm], I never got any email from QUADRATEC about my parts, that are PAID FOR... now I understand a delay in shipping, No issue. However, after I opened a "customer service ticket" on 6/29/20, and called on 7/7/20, from and order on 6/23/20; you would think that a company as large as this could actually communicate with their customer. Apparently that is too much to ask of QUADRATEC? As of 7/8/20, I have only received an auto-generated email notification of my new 'customer service ticket'. Buyer beware with this company.

I paid extra money for a tie rod end to be delivered next day air. The next day i got a email saying it was back ordered. It shouldve been listed as out of stock and on back order. After 4 weeks i emailed them back about the status of my parts and its been 2 weeks with no reply. I dont know where my part is and they still have my money. I will never order form quadratec again!

Deceptive practices

This isn't really specific to Quadratec, more sitejabber.com. Only those that had ontime deliveries are pointed here to leave a review. The rest are referred to Quadratec customer service. I had to find this page on my own. I think this is pretty deceptive and am very dissappointed. I would never use a sitejabber.com review to decide on a purchase. I expect this review to be deleted shortly. We'll see...

Quadratec attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I've ordered a number of items from Quadratec and have never been disappointed. The orders always arrive on time and in good condition, and they always provide tracking. Most recently I ordered a locking fuel door cover, and unfortunately used the little ring that came with it to attach it to our Wrangler key ring. The fuel door key managed to come off the Wrangler key ring twice... I found it the first time and should have learned from that because I couldn't find it the second time. I called Quadratec customer service and they immediately put a replacement key in the mail at no cost! I definitely recommend this company.

Beware of Returns
July 31, 2021

I bought a wench plate and a tire spacer for my jeep that did not fit though the website said it would. When processing the return, Frank sent me a return slip in which I have to pay for the shipping back to Quadratec. The shipping cost as much as the items.

They will not ship you everything you paid for. They will also argue with you that their SKU didn't include the missing items. Make you spend weeks of providing excessive evidence the SKU should have the missing parts. Finally, after you get them to agree there are parts missing. They will put you in a cue that can last months, before you get the missing parts. Literally any other website is better to order from than Quadratec. This company and their customer service is pathetic. Not at all what they used to be 10 years ago.

Shipping was a bit of a mess. I got the order in a respectable amount of time but why did fulfillment ship two small rubber grommets in separate padded envelopes and ship them through two different carriers? There was no reason they couldn't have been shipped in the same envelope and by one carrier. They also arrived days apart.

I love just about everything about the bumper, except the fog light housings. They are a pia when trying to mount your fog lights. The screws are small and one side of each housing is a nightmare to get anything behind to hold your nut in place. Quality and look of the bumper were great though!

I'm trying to return an item. This is why I use Amazon. Their search engine sucks but it's easy to order and easy to return if there is a problem. I returned an item with them the exact same time I requested a return from you. Both are a bedbug product. I got conformation from them in two hours. I'm still waiting on you guys.

Just completed a restoration of my 87 Comanche

Just completed a restoration of my 87 Comanche. I placed at least a dozen different orders for various parts, even ordering the wrong parts and needing an exchange at one point. Throughout the whole process Quadratec delivered excellent service, shipping my parts quickly. 5 star for sure!

I knew what product I wanted that was on your site, I could find it with a google search but when I typed it into the search bar with 3 different variations it never came up. I had to go back to google and click through that way to purchase. Instructions said plug it into driver side tail light plug. Only 1 blinker worked. I found someone online say they had to use the passenger side plug. I can confirm this fixed the problem. 1998 wrangler.

When I asked questions about the product, your response came soon afterward (within the hour, for example) which is very rare. I thank you for that. This is going on a 3/8-16 Hurst shift stick that I have to reach for. It's chrome, and your item is black. So, not a perfect match, but evidently what I am looking for is rare and you folks are the only ones that carry anything close to what I need. So, I appreciate that you have something that will bring the shifter closer to me.

The kit was supposed to have come with a pair each of 3 different colored/sized springs, and the customer uses only one pair of the needed size. My set came with 2 complete pairs, but only one of the springs in the size that I needed.

The kit was not supposed to come with the self-adjusting gears, but that part is usually trashed when it's time to overhaul the brakes. And so it sure would be nice if two of those were included in the kit. I had to make a special run to the parts store just to get those.

Rip off

Ordered a windshield and my card was charged 195.99 and was informed two days later that it would be 2 months. Called to cancel and was told it would take up to a week to refund. Called 8 days later and was told they would make a refund request. Sill have not seen my money.;

In comparison, parts were competitively priced. I did have to make some alterations to the light socks on the volt and oil pressure gauges; came with two prong lights. I have the round plug in version. Shipping was delayed, but I'm sure it was due to all the problems with the virus.

Poor communication
June 15, 2020

After 3 weeks and emails not being answered, I waited 3hrs for a text call. To then be told it's only just come into stock, when it was listed as in stock when I ordered it.
And no they can't ship as urgent.
So that will be 6 weeks if I am lucky.

Can't call to follow up on an order it's Email only and I didn't get the answer I was looking for. Contacted your agent gave the person all the info I had and got a reply saying send my order number and tracking which I did and was ask to send order number and tracking, they they asked for my shipped address, Really... Won't you have this info with my order number... Hmmm... Makes me think I won't deal with this company anymore. Also when order was placed it supposedly ship the next day and took 2 weeks to get here.

NEVER buy to them! I've spoken to "Ross" by chat, he doesn't care of my problem and he closed the chat without answering my questions, they did not answer any of my email, Ordered 2 month ago, nothing received, no tracking, no feedback, nothing! They don't have any care for their customers!
